The neighborhood itself is in a good location, near mountains, fresh air. Cons: it is very dirty everywhere, there is garbage all around, despite the presence of bins. Playgrounds are not cleaned, broken swings, slides, carousels. There are dried-up young trees next to the new houses. I have not seen a single janitor, only in one yard the lawn and young seedlings are regularly watered.
