The main advantage is a gorgeous host who will help with everything, arrange everything, and will be available 24/7. The apartments are really cool, mine had new furniture and fresh renovation (May-June 2022). Of the disadvantages, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea, preferably by car (fortunately, Afri can rent). There is a mosque on the side. And it's very loud, you have to sleep with the windows closed, otherwise you get up at 5-6 in the morning.
