Everything is as usual, after receiving the money, they are no longer interested in you. The delivery was carried out in wet form) Loading was carried out in the rain according to the driver. When ordering, the delivery package is not really specified, the result is not the module that I wanted. On the question if there are problems due to moisture, they were sent culturally.... from a conversation with a manager in a Free Country, look for the truth in court. I understand that any questions related to the warranty will be sent to the same address.The only plus is delivery within the time specified in the contract, and in my opinion this is the merit of the manufacturer.

I had an almost impossible task in front of me - to find a sofa that would comfortably fit into a niche of 1.9 meters, had a storage space and could be conveniently unfolded. I am happy that I went to the Mercy store and was able to order a Korsak factory sofa there, which suited me perfectly. Many thanks to the store and the factory for making my sofa a little smaller than the size stated on the website and it fit perfectly into the niche! The children are happy and so am I! I recommend both the manufacturer and the seller. The convenient location of the store and the availability of accessories and assembly at an affordable price is also a huge plus. Thanks!

The store is for those who want to save time and money. Everything is fine, from the location (near the metro) to the choice of fabrics. Prices are much lower than in other stores, but it's bad that very few sofas are available, they work to order. This is a plus for us, as the room is not standard. I recommend it!

The first Alice bed was bought in Mercy 3 years ago. We were satisfied with the quality, nothing creaks, the mattress does not sell out, it looks like new. In June, we ordered another one, to the nursery, arrived in early July, as expected, without any problems in terms of delivery or quality. When ordering, we were surprised, as the site was not recognized immediately, and the design and logo were changed. Objectively, it has become more convenient to use, especially from mobile phones. Since I ordered a non-standard sized sofa, I had to wait until it was made. As soon as the sofa was ready, they immediately called and informed about it, specified when it would be convenient to deliver. Delivery and assembly were carried out efficiently and quickly at a pre-agreed time, which was very gratifying. The sofa turned out to be stylish and beautiful and perfectly fit into the interior. The sofa was ready quickly enough – within 3 weeks. The store took over the delivery and assembly. The sofa was delivered exactly at the agreed time, assembled quickly and neatly. The sofa fits perfectly into the interior of the room. Although it is large in size, it does not look bulky. In general, we are satisfied with the purchase, quality and price. When they began to fill out the contract, the specialist suddenly saw that the fabric was not in stock, as a result, 20 days of waiting. The website says that there are no commissions and overpayments on the Halva installment card, and as a result, when the specialist found out that the Halva card was charged another 3,000,000. Thank you, the sofa is very good.
