One of the advantages is a good location.Everything else is negative.Before buying the tour, we read the reviews, but hoped that everything was not so bad.There is no air conditioning at the reception, and if you arrive ahead of check-in time, you will find a free hammam)The rooms also have tired air conditioners.The worst thing that was seen in the room was a cockroach, but thank God a couple of times (probably a stray one)
The washed towels are terrible!!Even wiping your feet is squeamish .There is no cleaning !!!!I travel a lot, but I haven't seen this before..The food from the restaurant is more or less, you will not stay hungry, but standing in line in the heat is terrible.The air conditioners are not working everywhere!!
Water... they don't put water in the room , they were without a refrigerator for 2 days, they barely asked for it.But there is a cooler in the courtyard of the pool.There are no glasses in the room either, but they can be taken from the bar.
Near the hotel there are excursions at Misha's, I liked the hot air balloon flight Pomukkale 120 for a balloon (everything else is Cleopatra's pool and Pomukkale, in the heat for 1600 lira is not justified)
There is a Jasmine cafe at the hotel not far from the canal.(The cafe is clean with air conditioning , the hotel is also wonderful , we looked at the future , we really liked it !!!

We went on vacation with a child to this hotel, bribed, of course, by the low price of the hotel. Honestly, this hotel does not pull at 3-4k at all, although Anextures and SanFan have a solid 4k:
1. a bad buffet, either chicken or soy meat from meat products (very salty or very peppery), soy sausages, soy sausages is impossible to eat simply. Because mostly Turks live in the hotel, apparently the buffet is more tailored to them. Of the soups, only corn and tomato soup were given (again, salted). it is not clear what to feed the child at all. Of the fruits, only apples and oranges, in the evening they also gave watermelon. Juppie powder juices, diluted with 1/4 - norm water
2. Cleaning of the hotel and rooms leaves much to be desired. Neither towels nor bed linen in the room were changed for us, the floor was not washed, as there was dirt, and it remained. There is always a wet floor around the pool, the staff never wipes it at all, thank God, my child slipped and fell on his fifth point and did not break his head. After that, we tried to walk around the pool as carefully as possible.
3. Staff - young teenage Turks work, tables are generally cleaned somehow, they can be rude, they can ask for money for a good cocktail. in a word, borzos behave. And in general, the entire staff is trying to earn money somewhere and somehow. They give you a bad number, if you pay extra, we'll give you a good one. There is no TV or refrigerator in the room (the base of any room) - similarly, pay extra and you will be happy.
4. The hotel does not have its own beach, although Anex tour tells everyone that there is))))be ready to rent sun beds, or go to a cafe to eat, where you will be given free sun beds
As a result, yes, it was cheap and angry, but in the end, in order to eat properly, I had to go to other places with my child, and I also had to pay separately for the beach. You can spend the night and have a light snack at this hotel, but no more.
We rested in the fourth from 21-28.08.24. We liked everything, the room was cleaned 2 times a week, once they refused to clean themselves, towels were changed, shampoo and gels were replenished. The staff is responsive, very kind, they did not extort anything from us and did not try to deceive us, the light in the bathroom did not work, it was repaired the next day. The room was two-room, the bed was comfortable, a large bed, we could fit in it, freely in three. There was water all the time, we did not see cockroaches (we read angry reviews). The food is normal, the hungry did not stay, they even gained a little. Desserts are not very good, but everything else is delicious, pick up something to your taste. There were fish 2 times (river trout and something marine). Delicious coffee, beer, red and white wine, pepsi, Fanta, Sprite. Right in front of the hotel you can take a bus to Marmaris, we went several times, the waiting time is about 10 minutes. Excursions were taken on the street, Sasha was on the right (turned out to be a little cheaper, made a discount), and just a nice person, and he also has a talking parrot. Misha will be on the left, they also took tours from him and changed dollars, the exchange rate is higher than in the exchanger. Sasha's exchange rate is the same, but he also changes rubles to lira. In general, we recommend it, the hotel is normal, take excursions (Aegean Islands, the confluence of two seas, Pamukale, Pirate ship)
We rested in August for 13 nights. A very tired hotel. It doesn't pull at 4 stars at all, a maximum of 3. We were lucky with the room, because talking to other guests there are rooms just a quiet horror. Everything worked for us, it was whole. It's not bad for food, we weren't hungry, but it's the same thing. At the end of the vacation, I'm already tired. The pool is very small, as if they were swimming in a barrel. I personally swam there three times during the whole vacation. Once all the water was turned off for almost the whole day. There is no cleaning in the rooms. Gel, shampoo, soap were replenished as they were used. The view from the balcony was gorgeous - the sea and the mountains, the hotel is located in a great location. But all the same, there was a constant feeling of some kind of dirt around.
07/29 - we arrived at this hotel for our honeymoon, but we did not know that 3 days of hassle were waiting for us. The Biblio-Globus company accompanied us. We were brought by a transfer to the hotel, externally, we immediately realized that the photos did not correspond to reality. Room 1203. We were escorted to the room, and the employee began to explain how the light and air conditioning work. The employee noticed that the air conditioner was not working, so instead of providing us with another room, they started making air conditioning in front of us. Also later we noticed that the shower drain was not working. And on our honeymoon we were provided with a room with separate beds. When asked to replace our room, we heard the answer "there are no available rooms, come tomorrow." 30.07 - we approach the tour operator to be resettled, to which she hears the answer "there are no available rooms, come tomorrow at 10:00." We were even promised that they would provide the Bellavista hotel with an additional fee of $ 30.
If anything, tour operators are aware of what kind of horror is going on in the hotel, and when asked to solve problems, they answer "It's your fault." This was answered not only by our tour operator, but also by other companies (for example, FUN SUN).
31.07 - at 10:00 we come with a request to change the room, but the staff at the reception have already forgotten about the promised. The employee suggests coming at 14:00. To which there is already a scandal that in a place to rest, we must beg them to provide us with the room that should be! The hotel employee promised that everything would be provided at 14:00. At 13:00, passing by the reception, the employee asked to vacate the room, and he will show us other rooms. The first room was of the same type, only it was in the next building (double bed, larger room, air conditioning is running on its last legs). To which they charged us $ 30 for it, for the room that we should have! We asked to be shown a different type of room in Bellavista, for the same promised $ 30, but no, we were already asked that this room would cost an additional $ 50. To which I said, "first show us the number so that I understand what I have to pay $50 for." They show us a room in Bellavista, and it's even worse than in the first room (the bed is broken, and the room is less than 2 times). To my claim that this room doesn't cost any money, and that a standard room is better than this one. The employee rolled his eyes and said, "take that standard one for free."
In general, if you are going to this hotel, then the hotel is aimed at Europeans. It's very dirty, they don't clean up, the food is disgusting. For the most part, the food is spicy, alcoholic drinks are impossible to drink, the room is not cleaned until you ask, the dining table is all dirty.
A 4* hotel does not pull in any way at all. That's 2 * I agree. The territory is small and dirty. The hotel is filled with British and Turks. The check-in was long. There is nothing to eat at the hotel. If you were planning to lose weight, then this is the place! Thanks for the white bread and French fries, there was a passable turkey a couple of times. There are flies and ants in the dining room. The food is extremely poor, monotonous and tasteless. Elbows stick to tables and chairs. It's disgusting to touch everything. The staff are school children, but nimble and responsive. In the pool, sorry, you can accidentally get pregnant. I've never seen such dirt before. The bar has tolerable cocktails and beer. The room was relatively normal, but the rooms are very small, the three of us can't really run apart. The furniture is old, everything is shabby, the hotel is really old and needs renovation. All this sad picture is offset only by the beautiful nature around, shops within walking distance and interesting excursions. The hotel does NOT have its own beach. We went to the free city , it was not bad in the evening, there was a lot of dirt in the morning . I can't recommend the hotel, only if you are a desperate tourist or very unpretentious.

Ичмелер очень красивое место. Отель находится возле горы, вокруг сосны и пальмы.
Ресепшен- по русски не говорят, английский практически тоже. Но открывают переводчик и решают все вопросы.
Отдыхала одна, сентябрь 2023. Приезд в отель в 10 утра, сразу выдали браслет и предложили позавтракать. После оставила вещи в багажной комнате и убежала на пляж. Заселили сразу как вернулась, около 12:30, то есть раньше обозначенных 14:00 без доплаты. Номер на двоих, полотенца, гель д.душа, шампунь, фен, кондиционер, холодильник, тв. Вид на горы и пушистую сосну.
Полотенца меняли через день, постельное белье - ну, я не успела за неделю его испачкать на столько, чтоб истерить (как в некоторых отзывах). Воды в номере нет, чайника тоже, это минус. Кулер с водой внизу у бара только. Что в баре - кофе, чай в турецких тюльпанчиках, местный алкоголь, пиво, холодный кофе (рекомендую), кола-фанта-спрайт, делают разные коктейли.
Еда. Голодными не останетесь. Но кашу тут не варят, блинчики не пекут. Остальное - мясо, гарниры, овощи, море фруктов, сладкое - всегда можно найти что-то. Супы бомба!
Бассейн - был. Но я приехала к морю и желания провести там время не возникло.
Что еще… у отеля бесплатные лежаки на пляже, берите только полотенца с собой. Море чистое, солнышко ласковое.
Экскурсии в 2-3 раза дешевле, если покупать не у гида. Выходите из отеля и направо сразу за парикмахерской.

It's fine if they give you a room on the 4th floor, then it's gorgeous, the food is delicious, the pool is more beautiful in the next building, you can't take children there.
Очень хороший отель! Уютный, встретили гостеприимно,кормят вкусно, персонал отзывчивый, рядом море. Природа очень красивая. Не понимаю людей, которые пишут плохие отзывы о отеле🤨 Нам все понравилось, дети в восторге, поставили бы 5 звезд😊
Близко к пляжу, бесплатные лежаки на пляже! Просторные номера! Пусть нет большого разнообразия . но очень вкусное питание! Никаких пластиковых стаканчиков в баре! Только стекло! И главное отзывчивый персонал! Все вопросы решаются оперативно! Хотелось бы живой музыки и легких шоу! Но возможно было начало сезона и в разгар сезона все будет. Рекомендую!
Хороший отель. Еда вкусная, чисто, персонал доброжелательный. Удивительно что отзывы были на трипадвайзере и топхотелс ниже плинтуса. Рискнули, приехали, все отлично, ставлю 5*, т.к. думал что будет не очень, но нет, было здорово!
Отдыхала в отеле с 21мая по 31мая, отель по соотношению цена-качество достойный, близко к морю, уборка номеров отличная, полотенца меняли каждый день, вопросы на ресепшен решались быстро и качественно. Еда вкусная. Ичмелер-уютное и спокойное местечко с красивой набережной. Отель рекомендую для отдыха.
Только вернулась из отпуска который провела в этом отеле! Была приятно удивлена отелем, сервисом, питанием , а особенно отношением персонала! Мне не понятно откуда эти негативные отзывы! Питание прекрасное ! Много фруктов, вкусные сласти, рыба, мясо нескольких видов ! Номера просторные, постель удобная, с полотенцами и заменой тоже все в порядке ! И конечно замечательный персонал! Все отзывчивые, улыбаются! Бесплатные лежаки на пляже, что редкость для Ичмелера и Мармариса! Не все отли 4* это предоставляют! А туристам посоветую ,покупая отель 4* не ждите сервиса сети Rixos !!!
Увы, но это не 4* отель. Низкие 3 звезды. Уровень сервиса ниже среднего. Еда без изысков. Развлечений на территории отеля нет. Только переночевать и поесть. Номер достался старый. Не везде работают кондиционеры. В комнате не убирают.
Плюс только за близость к морю. В остальном этот отель, полный показатель антисервиса Турции. Отдыхали там с 14.08.22 по 19.08.22. Начнём с ресепшн, там работают только студенты, которые плохо знают английский язык и редко бывают на рабочем месте. Нас с подругой заселили в номер с одной кроватью, пообещали принести вторую, но так до конца отпуска этого не произошло. Мы два дня просили принести нам второе покрывало, нас усиленно слушали на ресепшн, обещали, но принесли только на третий день. Номер у нас был ужасен, облезлые обои, грязный пол, неработающий телевизор, в общем, это не то, чего ждёшь от турецкого отеля, а сравнить есть с чем. Отдельная песня - это полотенца... без слёз на них не взглянешь, к тому же их могли унести в стирку, а новые просто не принести. Пришлось названивать на этот треклятый ресепшн и просить полотенца. Уборка номера производилась каждый день, но либо уникальные уборщицы, либо сверхсилы, но уборка была невидимой. У отеля очень тонкие стены, соседей слышно было постоянно. Что касается, еды. Скудно, однообразно, блюд очень мало, постоянно образовывались очереди за горячим. Кофе можно попить только, когда открывается бар, потому что кофемашина с растворимым кофе сломалась, а чинить её никто не собирался. Вилок и ножей недостаточно на всех, их нужно было постоянно ждать. В общем, это очень грустное место, я бы своим друзьям не советовала сюда приезжать. Либо мы попали, как говорится, не в то время, судя по отзывам, в это время многим не повезло с обслуживанием и проживанием в этом отеле.
Этот отель совершенно не соответствуем четырем звёздам ,очень скудное питание ,отель старый ,море находится в 250 метрах от отеля ,пляжа своего нет ,лежаки платные . Нас спасло что у нас был корпус C , корпуса А и Б это просто клоповник . Уборка в номерах не было ,только меняли полотенца , чистые приборы на ужин заканчиваются быстро и есть не чем . К природе и самому поселку притензий нет ,вокруг красиво и есть где погулять . В отеле одни немцы,турки ,англичани ,их заселяют сразу . Не советую для проживания данный отель .
