One of the best ceramics workshops in Yerevan. Perfect stuff, great design, best master classes. Cool place for creativity and inspiration. Probably, it’s my new addiction.
I visited this place on the "date" program.
1) It looks more like an apartment, not a workshop. Especially the entrance group meets very "neatly". The studio looks much more beautiful on Instagram than it actually does.
2) Besides the couple and the master, there will be more people there))) This is such a private date. The master of Taisiya, unfortunately, is not at all customer-oriented. I didn't really explain anything, I didn't control the process, we were on our own for most of the work.
3) No one warned that it would be impossible to do ALL the work in 1 visit. I have already had the experience of visiting a studio where I worked on a potter's wheel. After that, the master dried the product with a construction hair dryer, and we were able to paint the product immediately on a date. Colored glaze - here, of course, you need a separate visit.
4) Coming on a separate day, when in the studio "coworking" to color your product, then you are on your own, although initially you paid for a date, which includes EVERYTHING except colored glaze.
5) The materials are in terrible condition, the paint was scraped off the walls and the bottom of the jars, a palette for mixing with the remnants of old paints.
6) We witnessed when the master had 2 dates at the same time)) Keep this in mind when you want to schedule a date in this studio.
If you put things in order there, monitor the materials and be customer-oriented, then this studio can be recommended for a visit, but for now - I do not recommend this studio to visit
My favorite place of power. I love everything here: the creative atmosphere, the paintings on the walls, the view from the balcony to Ararat, the assortment of drinks to suit any mood. The hostess of the studio, Armina, will always cook a fresh Armenian-style cafe for each guest. Or you can sculpt your masterpieces with a glass of wine. You can come to a coworking, a master class, or modeling on a free topic. Or you can take a course with Xenia and become a real ceramist! Everything is beautiful here. Of the cons: It's super addictive, it's no longer possible to stop!
The place of clay is a special place, a place of fantasy and creativity. People of different ages go there to sculpt from clay or draw. The atmosphere is very friendly and inspiring. Armina, the hostess, helps to create her own personal masterpieces. There you rest your soul from worries and worries
This is, of course, a magical place — the atmosphere is simply incredible! The girl who was with us helped us a lot. It was the first time we came to modeling, and it was great. I recommend it to everyone — it's a very cozy and pleasant place!
The place is inspiring and cozy. It is very pleasant to be there and I do not want to leave. Large Windows, lots of light and air + air conditioning)) 🍀
People fill you with pleasant emotions. Easy, positive, understanding. 😇
I was given a certificate. I came to work with a potter's wheel for the first time. They told me the theory about clay, which is very interesting. We started working with her, explained everything, showed her and prompted her. Everything is clear and very exciting. She could come up with any product, they did not limit it in any way. I made my first plate in an hour, it looks great 🥣
We were treated to coffee, cookies and even a freshly baked cake ☕🥧
Everything is fine in the studio "Place of Clay"!) I want to come there more often for inspiration, relaxation, calmness (or vice versa - for a huge portion of positive emotions), new skills, knowledge, and also to see the kindest pleasant people again! The studio is spacious, bright, clean - I just want to stay in it longer) And in such a cozy place, a lot of different events are held: modeling classes, drawing, master classes, concerts and much more!) I highly recommend this studio!
My favorite ceramic studio in Yerevan! Thematic workshops are very cool, we went to sculpt Khrushchev panels and V60 funnels for brewing coffee, everything turned out super cool! And there you can make new acquaintances, learn how to draw or work on a potter's wheel. And of course, all this with a top view of Ararat, and this is important.
A very interesting place - my colleagues and I went to a modeling master class, all without experience - and everyone was satisfied!
Firstly, everything worked out for everyone) secondly, it was interesting to listen about clay and try new things in such a creative atmosphere: this is an artist's studio with ceramic works and paintings. Panoramic windows overlooking the city and the sunset. Everything is equipped for workshops as conveniently as possible - tables, special mats, materials. There are two kilns and an etching machine. Lots of cookies and coffee/tea.
But the main thing is a friendly team of clay lovers. They prompt, guide, inspire!
One of the most inspiring places in Yerevan, for both adults and children. The studio itself is incredibly atmospheric: an attic filled with art, an open balcony overlooking Ararat. The owner of the studio Armina is just a miracle! The potter girls will always tell you everything, they will joke, in general, for inspiration, new experience, cool company and aesthetics – go there!
A kind and beautiful place, a wonderful team envelops you in comfort, warmth and delicious compote.
We came with the whole family, dad mastered the potter's wheel, and my daughter and I played with grenades))
You can arrange birthday parties, I think it's great for any age.
Thank you dear, the place of clay Van lov forevre, we will be back ☺️
Excellent pottery workshop - there are all the materials and tools. There are always craftsmen in the workshop who will help if you have any questions. There are many master classes, there is a coworking, you can go out and cook yourself or under supervision. They always serve coffee and tea.
Be sure to come to a coworking or private lessons. You won't regret it. Stress relief and rest are provided.
The studio is very beautiful and it is immediately clear how creative the people behind it are.
Tea, coffee and sweets are always offered, which is also very pleasant and pleases the soul :)
A stunningly beautiful studio with a lot of paintings. Here you can practice pottery, modeling and drawing, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to help with the creation of works
Wonderful studio ❤️ Sculpted here from clay for the first time in my life) There is a powerful atmosphere of creativity in the workshop, A. Baghdasaryan's paintings and sunlight are everywhere. Armina is a wonderful hostess, she will tell you everything and tell you everything. It's just a pleasure to come and do modeling here) And the guys also have various other creative events (like creative evenings or markets), so you can come not only for the sake of clay. I recommend it)
I really liked the modeling process, instructor Armine. They explained everything to us and helped us, but at the same time they did not limit either the creative impulse or the amount of clay. We were treated to tea and cookies. After firing, the products were taken away a week later. They're great, I'm happy to use them. I will definitely come again. Thank you 🩷
It is a very atmospheric place, you can buy ceramics for yourself or as a gift, come to master classes, and see art, everything is covered with paintings, it looks amazing
It was a very cool place, a homely atmosphere, and the teachers were on the same wavelength with us. The cost is 8k drams per person. They explained everything in detail, suggesting the correct position of the hands for working with clay. I recommend this workshop to everyone)
A magical place, a very cool atmosphere, kind and helpful people! I really liked the master class, everything was as clear and pleasant as possible! Thank you very much!
It's a wonderful place. The owner of the studio, Armina, is incredibly friendly. We were with my daughter 3.5 g. The lesson costs 10000dr. When they left, my daughter said that she really liked it here, because you can sculpt whatever you want, and not on assignment like everyone else (before that we went to another studio). And it's also very beautiful in the studio: There are paintings by the artist A. Baghdasaryan on the walls.
A friend gave me a certificate for several clay classes. As a result, I now have a plate with an eye made by me by hand!
The workshop is very atmospheric and cozy.
I was also here at the apartment party: guitar songs and treats with tea or wine. It's just amazing.
