We stayed at the hotel from 10/19/2024 to 10/29/2024. I really liked it. The hotel is located across the street from its own private beach. The food is delicious, respect for the cook. There were fish and seafood every day. Lots of fruits and vegetables, ice cream. The staff is friendly and friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel is not new, the rooms are ordinary. The hotel is solid, four. Would you come back here again? Definitely YES!

I had to spend the night with 2 children in the same bed. Then, until the evenings, they could not enter their room - they did not clean up and there was the luggage of the evictees. We were exhausted on the first day of arrival. Then it's fine. The entrance to the sea is terrible, we swam in the pool. Everyone was poisoned in turn (apparently, with water from the pool - chlorine could not cope with the amount of dirt). The rooms are clean. Towels are changed every 3 days. Shampoos and gels were added 1 time in 14 days

We rested from 21.10 to 03.11.2024. When choosing a hotel, I read all possible reviews. We arrived early in the morning, about 7 a.m. we arrived at the hotel and...we were not settled, even for money, they say there are no places. Well, let's say. Closer to two o'clock, they gave bracelets and sent them to lunch, prepared a room, gave a room with a sea view without extra charges, the view is gorgeous!
Minuses:
- sewage is a rather noticeable smell.
- tired rooms - we are not pretentious, the cracked parquet does not bother us, tired plumbing, everything is not fatal, but who cares, keep in mind.
- low-salt water in the shower - it's not clear at all, I brushed my teeth after checking in, I thought it seemed, but no.
- the most noticeable disadvantage is only for those who arrive at the end of the season - 1.11.24 without declaring war, the pool bar and the beach bar were closed (food and drinks finish). Everything turned on started to turn off a little bit. Well, I kind of paid for everything inclusive until 3.11.24! I didn't like the moment.
Food: a plus for someone, a minus for someone. In general, there was everything for a normal diet, but without any frills, the fish is simple, the meat is almost always chicken, sometimes some cutlets, fresh vegetables, stewed, salted. We were pleased with the cheeses, there are some similar to our balyk, pigtail and mozzarella. There are enough desserts, soups, everything is realized from yesterday's menu, if there was boiled broccoli for dinner, then tomorrow there will be cream soup from it, but this is logical, I do not consider it a minus.
Positive:
- two snack bars: burgers, pasta with sauces, vegetables, fruits, drinks, it's good.
- I've read a lot of negatives about cleaning. They cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, floors were washed every day, bed linen was changed very often, there are no complaints about cleaning.
- the beach is there, there are sun beds, tables, umbrellas, ashtrays, a person constantly runs around with sun beds, helps, the beach bar is paid, only food and soft drinks, toilet, shower are all there. Of the minuses, there are two small rivers and a beach between them, I don't know if the rivers are sewage or mountain, they smell suspiciously, but the water is clean. They flow into the sea and because of this, the sea seems cooler than in other places. There are plates in the sea, you have to be careful. We liked to go in from the pier more, but you can reach the rocks there too.
Another point: the coffee in the hotel is terrible, everyone wrote about it, why they won't buy something more decent is not clear. Turkish coffee is brewed in the sweet bar for 2 euros, very good.

A budget hotel. Mostly Germans live there. There are very few Russians. The staff doesn't speak Russian, but I didn't have any problems. Of the amenities, I will note the beach and civilization all in one place, and shops and restaurants (my husband and I went for a walk) the hotel was calm and quiet. Which made me very happy. Since we came for a seal vacation to sleep it off. There were no hungry people left. The menu, of course, is also budget-friendly. You can only drink cola and tea from drinks, as juices and coffee taste disgusting. The Turks themselves recommended cola and said you won't find anything else good. As a result, we had fun, ate and slept well.

The hotel consists of two buildings, we lived in the second building on the 6th floor.We rested for 7 nights. From October 17th to October 24th.There are Turks at the reception, they speak English. At the reception, one of the staff will immediately take your bags and escort you to your room (here you need to tip him). Rooms are normal for overnight stays. The rooms are not very well cleaned, but you can use the slippers that are in the rooms. Salt water is flowing from the tap, because of this, the plumbing is all ruined. The toilet and shower are combined, there is soap, shower gel and shampoo in the shower. There is a buffet in the dining room, the food is delicious, cheeses, sometimes there were 2 types of sausages, fried and boiled eggs in the morning,pancakes,different cereals with milk, buns, etc. lunches and dinners are also always delicious. There is a coffee machine, tea, juice machine,water. At the bar in the canteen they give free white and red wine, diluted ephesus beer, soda, whiskey and Cola, if the drinks are stronger - for a fee. There is also a pool bar, whiskey and Cola, ephesus beer, a couple of cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails, tea, water, coffee - for free, other drinks are paid. The pool is not heated. The beach is free, located just across the street. The hotel does not provide beach towels for free, but you can take them at the hotel for a fee (I do not know the cost, they took them with them because they knew this moment). The entry into the sea is perfect, the sand is fine, small pebbles. The sun beds are free. There is a bar near the beach, coffee, tea, water, soda, beer and a snack for free.

The sea is nearby, either through a pedestrian crossing, but cars rarely stop, or through an underground one, but I didn't go there.

A great hotel, the rest turned out to be 5+. Very attentive staff, although, as everywhere in Turkey, they offered a better room for an additional fee, but we arrived at the sea, so the room was not critical for us. Especially in the evening, there is a great promenade for walking.
We liked the food, the choice is pretty good, which is breakfast, lunch or dinner. And there are many different snacks.
The beach is across the street, but there is an underpass. There are always places on the beach. The entrance to the sea is with small pebbles, but we entered without slippers.

Rooms.
I will rate it as 4/5 (I got it on the 1st floor, but nothing), there is a balcony, the room itself is with an interesting design (furniture in good condition), small plasma TV, shower (not clogged), shampoo /soap/gel /paper was brought every day during cleaning👍🏻
By the way, we were in many 4 and 5 hotels, but we only came across the exact cleaning schedule here for all 8 days at the hotel - we cleaned every day at the same time, the cleaners decorated the bed, a trifle, but it's nice)
There is no sound insulation in the rooms (it was not very pleasant to listen to drunken guests on New Year's Eve, but in general, it was quiet)

The hotel does not have it as such, but there is a swimming pool (without heating, it works like a pool bar - only in summer), but the hotel has a second hall with access to the street, where the bar worked in the evening (from 20:00 to 22:00 who is all inclusive, and for the rest - before the victory, some day we had fun until 4 a.m.).
We were from 12/30-07.01 and the hotel was occupied, but not completely (most likely sold out in the season)

A chic buffet for a 4 ⭐️ hotel on the first line in Alanya. There is a variety (I do not understand the comments where they write that every day the same food)
Meat of 3-4 types (chicken / turkey / sausages, etc.), there are days when the grill (also meat and fish), constantly delicious fruits and vegetables, sweets, snacks (sausages, cheeses), salads👍🏻
Breakfast 7:30-10:00, lunch 12:30-14:00, dinner 18:00-20:00.
For lunch and dinner there is a bar in the restaurant, there is alcohol - Efes beer (live/bottled), whiskey, gin, wine (red/white) + cola / sprite /fanta, etc.
We tried beer, whiskey and gin - everything is very good) I don't feel like going to Dutyfree, but having a couple of glasses in the evening is super👍🏻
Service.
Check-in was early (we were traveling from Antalya ourselves), we were invited to lunch at the reception, after which we were immediately checked in😊
The waiters and bar staff are super guys! Polite, neat, attentive👍🏻
Location.
From the hotel towards the center of Alanya, you can walk along the embankment (30-40 minutes, depending on the pace), or take a bus (1/101)
Nearby there is a Migros store and a pharmacy with Russian-speaking staff🫶🏻
Bike rental is 10 minutes along the embankment (not on the map, after Banana hotel)☺️

A small, cozy hotel. The food is normal, you will not stay hungry. I don't speak languages, it was difficult to negotiate, but everything worked out. The requests were fulfilled. The young man at the reception used a translator. There were more Germans, this should be taken into account. They are noisy, loud, cute, funny, pleasant. There are many restaurants nearby with very loud and cool live performers. But it's not all night. If you need quiet, look for another hotel. The beach is nearby, across the street. Everyone was afraid that they would not cross over... We even missed it, but we have to be careful. The sea is clear, the approach is not very convenient. If you can swim, swim over the rocks and enjoy the purest sea. There is a walking path along the coast, both for pedestrians/runners and cyclists. Bike rental in May was 125 lire per day. You can get to Alanya by bus and bike))) In general, I would go there again.

Initially, they move into room 119, an air conditioner unit from the kitchen is hanging on the wall of this room, this unit works loudly for 20 hours a day. It is impossible to sleep at night because of its noise. Relocation to another room is paid, they wanted 150 euros.
The receptionist at the restaurant, Murat, was arrogant and ill-mannered, trying to take away the lemons that we were crushing into cocktails, despite the fact that the tour was all inclusive. He provoked a scandal over lemons and called the police. The police arrived, laughed at the reason for calling them and at him, and left.
After that, alcoholic beverages were removed from the all inclusive.
I do not recommend visiting this hotel.

We rested at the hotel at the end of June 23, a wonderful place, although we had to pay a little extra for a magnificent view of the sea ($ 30) we were glad to contemplate these unforgettable beauties without getting out of bed. The service is excellent: cleanliness, courtesy and friendliness of the staff, delicious and varied food. Our air conditioner turned off one evening, so the customer service arrived within 2 hours - we were not left in the stuffy at night 🙏 We were in 4 or even 5 fours in the Oba area, but this one is the most worthy. I will definitely come to my beloved Alnya and, most likely, to the Mesut hotel.

We returned with our daughter from this Cool hotel a day ago!!! Personally, I have only positive emotions, the food, the location, the city itself is clean, well-groomed! Everything was in the room, cleaned every morning, the pool was clean, we were lucky with the weather, we even swam in the sea. We will fly there ourselves and recommend it to our friends!!!

The hotel is 4 stars. Rooms for 3. We were given a standard - the room is small, the balcony is small with a blank wall (it was windy in the evening, maybe it's for the best). Looking out, you could see the sea. They cleaned every day quite well, there were no complaints. Shampoo, soap, gel were in the room - everything was replenished except soap. The territory is a swimming pool behind the hotel itself and is in the shade almost all day, as a result, the water is cold. Bar one + the one that opened in the dining room during meal hours. The standard set includes beer, wine, vodka, whiskey, gin and three cocktails (pina Colada, blue Hawaii and Cosmopolitan) The territory doesn't seem very big, we were in October, there was enough space for everyone, but it's hard to imagine what happens in the season. Mostly older people have a rest, there are few young people. There are also few families with children, because there are no children's animation and a children's corner. There are only high chairs for children. The food is monotonous, but delicious. What you didn't eat hot yesterday, you'll see in some strange salad today. Of meat, only stewed chicken, kebabs, grilled. You can start crowing in two weeks. But it's delicious. In the second week, they started giving achma (something like khachapuri) - it's very tasty for tomorrow. The grill is almost always the same thing. Breakfast omelette, fried eggs, pancakes or bread in an egg. Fries. Disgusting sausages. Lunch is fish, fries, peppers, cutlets. Dinner chicken, peppers, fries, cutlets. In general, there is zero variety. There were snacks, like the table was bursting, but the composition was puzzling - a salad of mini-dumplings with fried potatoes and fresh cucumber. Clearly an amateur. But in general, they did not go hungry. From 11 to 16, pizza or a burger could be ordered at the bar. At the same time, you could have a snack on pasta, burgers, fries, and vegetables on the beach. There was no alcohol on the beach, only jupi drinks and tea, coffee. There is one elevator per hotel. Sometimes it takes a long time to wait. It's easier to walk. The beach is across the street from the hotel. In general, I recommend it, for the unassuming, the hotel is quite normal.

Mesut hotel is an ordinary average three without frills. I was there for the 2024 New Year. The rooms are frankly cold, the air conditioner does not save, it takes time to warm up under two blankets. The food in the restaurant is normal, in principle almost 4 *, but the staff is arrogant, looks almost into your mouth so that you eat faster and free up space. He immediately cleans the next table, dumping food and shaking tablecloths, crumbs flying right in front of your eyes. If you stay up late at dinner, then just turn off the light, sit and eat in the dark! At the reception, the schedule /information is usually in German, for the rest, translate as you want.
The location of the hotel is excellent, the first line of the sea, of course you need to cross the road, near the bus stop to go to the city, Migros store, pharmacy, shops with all sorts of stuff. But there is some devastation behind the hotel, the buildings were demolished.

The first hotel in Turkey for our first trip abroad with my daughter.2013I really liked the location of the first lane,500 m to the sea , we walked along the passage under the road.We settled into a great comfortable room, excellent kitchen (all inclusive), swimming pool between the buildings.Of the entertainment, there was a performance once a week.There were a lot of people from different countries (Germans, French, Turks, Spaniards, etc.)Everyone found entertainment for themselves.It was very comfortable and fun to relax!

We returned from the Mezut hotel 3 days ago. We had a great rest, We really liked everything, especially the food, very diverse and everything is delicious. the sea is 100 meters from the hotel. On day 1, there were no places in normal rooms and we were accommodated on the ground floor above the dining room. But as soon as a normal room was available, we were immediately moved to a room with a sea view. We had a great rest. The lobby is near the pool, where you can hang out from 10 to 23. The animation is weak, if you need moves in the hotel, then this one is not for you. There is everything nearby, and the outlet is within walking distance and the Alanya Mall, they took gifts for everyone there, although the price tags in the surrounding shops are not rude. It's cool to go to the sea at night, an honest 100 meters. We went to the hotel for a massage, a Thai girl, go to her, she gives a great blowjob. If the price tag is small, you can safely fly. For comparison, they gave 63,000 for 2 for a 9/9 direct flight.
