The place is so-so. It's very cold indoors, which is unacceptable in winter.
There is no alternative milk, "only in certain drinks," they didn't bother to list it, and they didn't offer anything in return. At the same time, another cashier allowed the next customer to choose between regular and coconut milk when ordering. It's absurd. Employees are not interested in customers at all. The toilet sink is completely clogged. The tea is so-so. I regret that I wasted my time and money.

It's a horror, why recruit such inexperienced employees, the dough is disgusting, friends are complaining too. And the last time I saw a HAIR in my drink!!!!! It's disgusting, curly brown hair. I ask you to review your staff, as the cafe was wonderful before that.

I don't understand at all how these workers are still at the cash register..If you can't make orders and remember TWO cocktails, then what did you forget at the checkout?

Should I empty them more often?, the restroom is beautiful, but dirty (the mini urn is overflowing - the restroom should be clean - a large urn, there is a lot of water near the sink, the rim is dirty as if they are stepping on it).
