We have been working with this company for a long time, it is nice to see how they are developing.
But the problem is the frequent change of managers, which greatly affects the quality of service. Sometimes no one pays attention when you're waiting for service. Sometimes everyone just refuses to serve if your manager is not there.
It also pisses me off that it takes a VERY long time to collect orders in the warehouse. Well, after receiving another eye, you need to check for the received goods.
There is often a defective or incomplete product in its original packaging. But you can always exchange it. It's good that they're going to a meeting in this.
Among the advantages are low prices, the work of individual experienced managers and convenience in location.

A very unpleasant experience working with this store:
I ordered through an online store, an order in the amount of more than 150 rubles, indicated in the notes to the order that delivery was AFTER 6 PM.
On the day of delivery, at 2 p.m., the courier called and was very upset when I said that I would not be able to accept delivery now, but only after 18:00, but in the end the courier agreed. When the order was delivered, the positions were mixed up (due to the fault of the store), of course I did not accept it.
The next day they called me back, apologized and rescheduled the delivery to another day, I AGAIN clarified that I would be able to accept delivery after 18:00. On the day of delivery, the same courier calls and again offers delivery at 11 a.m. and simply REFUSES to deliver after 18:00. I contact the store, they swear they will still bring the order today after 18:00. And....... They do NOT bring it, and they do not even call to warn about it (i.e. from 18:00 to 21:00 I sat and waited, and the courier and office phones are unavailable).
The next day, there were a lot of useless apologies again, but at least we were able to bring the order the third time.
The result: 3 lost days and a little nerves. Think carefully before contacting them.
