Everything was always good. But this time it was the human factor that ruined everything, namely the administrator Alexander. Absolutely not customer-oriented... I'm really, really sorry... Without familiarizing myself with the shares, I took the money in an hour. Then we extended it by 2 hours, paying double the price. But you could have informed us. And then it was our choice whether to take it at a discount for subsequent hours or pay for an hour... Then for the second one... In general, he didn't get out very well either... When the questions appeared... there was a huge hole in the mood and an unwillingness to visit this place... It's a pity that such a staff spoils such a good establishment... I would like the management to pay attention to such service... We not only pay for trampolines, we also order from the kitchen... We always come here to relax with the children... But with this attitude, the desire did not remain...
