Худший сервис, на складе, который я когда либо видел. Настраивайтесь на прохождение квеста. 15 минут заняло оформление документов, ещё 15 ждал, пока запустят. И вот прошло 50 минут нахождения на складе, заставили 4 раза переехать. А загрузка ещё и не начиналась. Склад в Заславле.

Как только появились свободные деньги, решил поставить на кровлю снегозадержатели. Ребята-строители сразу посоветовали обратиться в «Металл Профиль». Здесь менеджеры помогли выбрать все комплектующие, подобрали подходящие цвет и покрытие. Недавно установили, смотрится надёжно и красиво.
Возникла необходимость установить на дачном участке ограждение. В виду ограниченого бюджета остановил свой выбор на металлическом профнастиле. Учитывая соотношение цена качество обратил внимание на эту компанию. Сотрудники помогли определится с оптимальным размером и толщиной листов по моему запросу. Забирал материал сам, воочию убедился в его хорошем качестве. К тому же сэкономил покупая у производителя.
Заказывал забор из металлопрофиля,забрал установил не хватило листа,докупил у другой организации он оказался толще заказывал 0.4 мм продали 0.35 инженер по качеству даже не приехал на замеры значит у них это нормальная практика сразу предложили компенсацию,при получении заказа потребовалось около двух часов хотя машин в очереди было пару штук и мой заказ заставляли по несколько раз,один негатив!!! Изначально пытались впарить металл 0.45-0.5 якобы лучше,по факту получил бы тот же 0,4 НЕ СОВЕТУЮ!!!!!
Заказал в прошлом году кровлю Монтерроса в покрытии викинг мпе, редкий цвет 8019, смотрится шикарно, у всех моих соседей коричневые металлические крыши реально отличаются по цвету от моей, видимо цвет 8019 реально модный. Прошёл год, никаких проблем. Дозаказал в этом году еще металлический сайдинг Lбрус на фасад в цвете белёный дуб. В сочетании с кровлей 8019 смотрится просто супер. Всем рекомендую фирму МеталПрофиль на Тимошенко 8-14
Пока тепло, начал строить дачный дом. Ну, и потребовались материалы для строиельства. Стал мониторить цены, сравнивать отзывы. в итоге в Металл Профиле оказалось все подешевле. Мы знали только размеры, но консультанты здорово помогли. В подробностях нам объяснили что к чему. По качеству никаких претензий.
Хорошие ребята но бюрократии много. Сделал заказ на сайте, никто не позвонил, пришлось самому набирать и объяснять что мне нужно. Потом нужно ехать на офис с паспортом, пол часа времени на выписку накладных и оплату. А доставка оперативно, в тот же день.

случилось неприяное. Расстроило отношение к клиенту. На объект приехали инженер по качеству Сельвич. Что то замеряли, ничего никуда не записывали, уехали ни сказав ничего. Приходилось звонить спрашивать инфу. На мой вопрос с какими данными они пошли к начальству для ответа на претензию, ответили у нас все в голове. Получила стандартный ответ на претензию. вот поэтому и интерессно стало откуда сделал начальник выводы???? не рекомендую данное предприятие, халатное отношение к клиенту

Как и многие, летом я ремонтирую дачу. А значит, постоянно езжу по магазам. Вот недавно понадобилась металлочерепица. Почитали отзывы на сайтах, решили ехать в Металл Профиль. Плюс, у нас знакомые там профлист брали. Мы сразу и поехали - че ждать, сезон-то идет. В офисе посмотрели образцы товаров, выбрали. Менеджеры молодцы, конечно - они профи! Столько лайфхаков подсказали! Ну, и по продукции сориентировали. Заказ сделали оперативно, не тормозили. В целом я могу сказать, что очень достойная компания!
Брали у Металл профиля черепицу стальную - Монтекристо. Решил купить в Металл Профиле, потому что там была распродажа. Показали чертежи - нам рассчитали количество. Хочу отметить, что товар качественный и реально недорогой. Полгода как лежит на крыше, всё норм.
Сначала 2 недели ждали оплаченный по предоплате металл, в день отгрузки сообщили, что его нет и не будет. Сейчас уже более 2-х недель ждем возврата денег.

Нашли в Металл Профиле штакетник нормальный. Теперь не нужно каждый год подкрашивать и обрабатывать - поставил и забыл. Минус в том, что пришлось ждать несколько лишних дней, пока на заводе сделают. Но зато сделали нормально.
