The most dishonest and unreliable contractor of all who participated in the construction of my house. We ordered from them (I worked with a man named Ivan, the contract was signed with Delo Engineer LLC) several types of metal structures and a concrete fence - always with one result: low quality, violation of all deadlines for months and endless promises that "everything will be ready next week"
The metal columns were not made according to the project (not the amount that was required according to the drawings) with poor painting quality: initially there were flaws in the painting (the contractor could not immediately eliminate them and began promising to repaint next season). The technological process was also disrupted: after a year and a half, rust appeared on all columns. The contractor promised to fix the defects for 6 months. As a result, they made several attempts, which worsened the situation. I had to look for a restorer at my own expense. The cost of restoration exceeded the original cost of the products.
The concrete base of the fence was completed more than a month late. The formwork turned out to be of poor quality for finished concrete - from the very beginning, completely different quality requirements were stipulated. Mortgages for electric cables (according to the project) were not made. It took the involvement of third-party contractors to put the fence in order, because the contractor promised to fix everything for many months.
The project of a metal and louver fence was prepared for 4 months, initially it was promised to be done in a couple of weeks. As a result, the fence was never made. The current delay is 2 months without understanding the final deadlines.
