A cozy and peaceful hotel. We lived in a suite, breakfast included. Of the advantages: 1. The hotel is beautifully decorated according to the time of the year. The restaurant has delicious food, the price is slightly higher than in the neighboring establishments in the city. Breakfast: buffet and a choice of dishes, delicious, satisfying))) 2. The room is large and bright. There are 2 towels, a bathrobe, soap accessories, one-time slippers for each person. Every day, all this was updated with new ones. The bed is comfortable, the bed is clean. There is also a hairdryer, refrigerator, and cups in the room. 3. The staff is polite, check-in and check-out at a convenient time. Of the cons, for me: 1. Hot water in the cooler in the common hall on the floor, I think it's not very convenient, it would be better to have a kettle in the room. 2. The room was cool, the month of December, but we were provided with a heater and adjusted the central battery. Apparently, this was how it was supposed to be. 3. The toilet flush button was stuck all the time and the water was gurgling all night long. The plumber came, for some reason, at a time when there were guests in the room, did not figure it out and left. We figured it out ourselves and fixed it . 4. And probably the biggest disadvantage is audibility, there is no sound insulation at all, you can hear people talking in the next room, taking a shower, etc. I think this is unacceptable for a suite. And generally for hotel rooms. In general, I recommend this hotel! Convenient location in the city center. I took off the star only because of the disadvantages, but this is my opinion, perhaps for someone these disadvantages are not critical.

Although the hotel is small, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and amenities of the rooms. Everything you need is provided: bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, hair dryer. The beds are very comfortable. There is a cooler. There is a smoking room on the floor for smokers, but there is a pleasant smell in the corridor. A good hotel, the location is good - almost the entire center and the park are within walking distance. Nearby there is a shopping center, shops and an exchange office, which is not a little important in another country. Why put 4, we had a suite designed for 4 people. But there were three of us, two adults and a child. And it turns out to be a suite for four, and towels were given only to adults, the child had to buy a set of towels for a fee, so also every day they sent a cleaning service to ask to bring this set for the child, since they forgot to put it to us.... the question here is not about money, but about the attitude towards the guests... then why did we flaunt the suite for 4… Well, the breakfasts were a little disappointed, the food itself is normal, a very small assortment, but to be honest, all 7 days are the same. That's a solid 4!
