The room was located at the back of the hotel, through some labyrinths. There was no lighting between the corridors. Special thanks to the staff (I think it was the maids) they went back and forth all night, slamming the door, talking loudly. The night's sleep and rest has been disrupted! However, the room is warm and clean.

The room is very cold, you have to wait for the air conditioner to progress the room. I didn't like the breakfasts at all, it's tasteless and there is no buffet for that kind of money. The staff does not serve super well either. Hotel on the 3rd floor

The hotel is very cozy, it feels like the owners put their soul into every little thing during construction, and although the hotel has been maintained at a very high level for many years. Room prices are not cheap, but they are not sky-high either. The hotel has all the necessary services and amenities, such as WiFi, laundry and ironing, breakfast included in the price, parking in front of the hotel, for those traveling by car, and others. The restaurant at the hotel looks original, in the Old Russian style. The cuisine is also high-quality and delicious, the prices are quite reasonable. The convenient location of the hotel, almost in the center of Karaganda, carries additional advantages. When I travel through Karaganda, I often stay at this hotel, and I always get only positive emotions.

The restaurant is gorgeous, all the staff of the hotel and restaurant have a lot of respect! Among the wishes and disadvantages - poor water pressure and huge pillows like a bag of potatoes)! I lived in this hotel. The staff is polite and correct. The rooms are clean, cozy, the bed is fresh, clean, the towels are fresh, soft. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. Everything works. There is hot water in the shower around the clock. That's just the price for accommodation, I would like it to be a little less. In general, I was satisfied with everything.
