The installation of 3 rooms is very fast. There was a nuance due to our fault with the wire, we forgot about it at the moment of stretching the ceiling, the guys arrived without any questions a couple of days later, removed the edge of the ceiling, and re-stretched it! It's terrible! We did repairs for our parents, we had many different construction teams working all summer, but this is the first time we see such a nightmare as in this company. The rudeness of the team that came to the installation is simply off the scale, they began to be rude right from the doorstep. The elderly mother was even afraid to stay at home alone with them. They are completely unfamiliar with the project, what needs to be done and in which room - they have no idea. According to the project, a mortgage is needed in the corridor, they did not even ask where to install it. It was also agreed that for illumination it is not necessary to strip the walls, but to put the wires into the box. When it came down to it, the installer called back and said that he meant that it was necessary to persuade them for a fee. To persuade? Is this how professionals work? Well, if the masters are so incapacitated, it should have been agreed in advance. They also arrived completely unprepared for work, brought part of the canvas to half of the corridor, although it was previously agreed a week before that there would be installation in the corridor and room, and the next day in another room. As a result, we arrived with only the material for half of the corridor. And all this for a lot of money. It seems that not only do they not know how to communicate with clients, but they also cannot communicate with each other. We agreed on one thing, but in the end we brought something completely different. The price does not match the quality absolutely

We did it in Minsk, the measurer does not hear at all and does not ask for details. I'll tell you from the beginning... I called the organization and told them what I wanted and said that the estimated cost was 380 rubles, BUT I understood that naturally it was thrown on top, a measurer came and *** 680 rubles is with free lamps, if anything, for a room of 18 sq.m. an ordinary matte ceiling, I said that I was not ready to take for 680, that I expected that the cost will not be so inflated, to which he said installing a cornice as a gift and 500 rubles will come out, can you imagine? Installation of a cornice 180 rubles!!!! I had one caveat, I told him without seams around the perimeter of the room, he pretended to hear, but did not ask again and did not even tell me what types of ceiling they could offer at all, but because naturally I did not figure it out and no one explained to me, it turned out that what I want (without seams) is called a floating ceiling... And when I saw these seams on the sides (plugs), I was furious, I called the measurer, and he began to explain to me in fact what is without seams and what is a floating ceiling. I was dissatisfied with this organization, Fedor, who installed the ceiling, did it well, there are no questions for him. But the measurer is just something, of course

The installer arrived alone and was in a hurry...As a result, the socket was torn out, the chandelier was incorrectly connected and the cornice is held on three screws! After my call to the office, they promised to fix everything, but until today no one even called! No one gave a receipt for payment of half the cost! I will not recommend it to anyone!
