We've been bowling for a long time. The children were taken with the class. The children really liked it. The adults who went, too. We ordered a meter—long pizza, drinks, snacks - the children were delighted. The price was reasonable. Pretty serious security. The staff is polite, they showed and told everything.

We wanted to sing for half an hour. We went to karaoke here. Deposit 15,000 per table, approx. No one is there. They were delighted. And then it became clear why.... I didn't like the sound, but it's a matter of everyone's taste. The freshly squeezed juice was with added sugar for some reason.. spring rolls with shrimp promised 6-8 pieces per serving, in fact - 4 (or even three, I did not remember). But the most unpleasant thing!!! I took a pizza home to the child, because there was money left on deposit. Not only did the fillings, to put it mildly, regret it, I noticed it inside.... That she's bald…I made a remark, but there was zero reaction... so it turned out at home that they also burned it!!!! And they didn't hesitate to pack me in a box!!!!! What a surprise that was!!! And now the management of this institution should think about why so few people come to you. And only during the peak hours ((((

Good afternoon! My review about karting. The track is interesting because it is multi-level, with a bridge. Low score for a specific experience. We agreed in advance to rent time on the highway for half an hour. We arrived 15 minutes earlier, just to solve all the organizational issues. An advance payment of 50% (30,000 tenge) was made in advance. When we said that we had a recording, the guard said that "There is a live queue, where is your recording?". There were no customers except us, as well as the administrator. A young man came, who, it seems to me, was the only one who had any idea about working with people, and asked to wait, apologizing. The receptionist came at exactly the time we had the lease for. Then they slowly handed out questionnaires where we had to sign, then very slowly they gave us helmets and took us to the track. The rules were slowly explained to the first group of 4 people. We arranged a check-in for 5 minutes. Then they also slowly distributed helmets to the second group and explained the rules on the track. By the time the second check-in started for 5 minutes, 23 minutes had already passed from our rental. Since the people were in such a hurry, we thought that time counted for the races. When we were told that we would not make it to the third race, we were surprised. They met us halfway, arranged a third race for 4 minutes. We finished 6 minutes later than expected. That is, 36 minutes have passed.
We were charged 60,000 tenge. There was a feeling that they were dissatisfied with us)
And now we all have a complete feeling that we were well deceived. After all, just a check-in costs 2000 tenge on the track in 4 minutes. We came at a time when there was no one but us. And they paid 60 thousand for 2 arrivals of 5 minutes and one for 4 minutes. We rode for 4 people. In total, the ride cost 1,071 tenge per minute per person. This is more than 2 times more expensive than the usual price on the same track. We didn't argue or swear with anyone. But the sediment remained.

The pool has only 2 tables, which is bad, the tea is delicious, but the prices... The website says on Sunday after 18:00, 1800 tenge per hour, and the bill was issued to us for 2700 hours!! And we heard the argument "it was like that until today", how else do we understand this? And before 18:00 we played for 20 minutes, we were billed 600 tenge, although the prices on the site should be 400!!!! In general, if your price list does not match the real prices, this is your problem!

We booked go-karts for 30 minutes. They were allowed to the court 5-10 minutes after the start of time. The briefing took up a lot more time. As a result, we skated 15 out of 30 minutes.
The staff just don't care about anything. If you value your time or money, then don't visit this place.

In general, it's not bad, but there is some stagnation, or something. On karting, some cards just barely crawl. The time of the races is not fixed, there is no competitive spirit. It is quite cold in the pavilion in winter - it is better to ride in a jacket and gloves, and the girls must wear trousers.
Everything is standard in the bowling alley, but there are hitches with the kitchen.
The restaurant - cuisine and service are weak. There is karaoke.
In general, it is not crowded. We celebrated the New Year's corporate party, except for us there was only one other table occupied.

We went karting. The cards are damaged, different in speed - it's not very interesting to compete. There is not even a scoreboard showing the time of each lap.
A mess with the queue, at first we waited for half an hour to buy tickets, then another hour in an incomprehensible live queue before check-in, searching for the people in front of us for a long time. Arrivals are not completed with people, if 2 people came, they were launched, despite 2 more working hours.

I've never seen a worse place. Three people came to play billiards, BUT!!! We were not allowed to take three cues when two out of 10 tables were playing. Then we were not allowed to choose a table. To the question of how we normally play, we don't like it, don't play and leave.
I do not recommend this place. There is no hookah either, if anything, the site is not updated there.
