Yes, Three stars, I agree the metro is a brand, but we must take into account local realities, firstly, it is inconvenient on the outskirts of the city, and secondly, competitors have built their own supermarkets in the city. Prices are not suitable even for the middle class. Because of this, there is no reason to go to the countryside. It is much cheaper to travel in the city.
There is nothing for a simple buyer to do there. Everything is much more expensive than in regular stores. Even if you take it in bulk, it's still cheaper in the city. And to go so far for some one product at a bargain price - I don't see the point.

There is always one cashier (at least when I was there, there was always one), very slowly serves the uncountable 3 people in the queue.
