The staff is quite friendly. He speaks English decently. The third visit to this hotel was overshadowed by the fact that we were moved into a room that smelled of tobacco smoke. Since we checked in after 24:00, and the staff was no longer there, and the room keys were provided by a security guard, we had to stay in this smoky room until the morning. They changed our room in the morning, but the sediment remained. And not so much from the fact that when booking, we indicated in the preferences - a non-smoking room, but from the fact that the administrator after the relocation tried to convince us that there was no smell of tobacco smoke, but it was just the smell of dust. Therefore, I'm minus one star.
