The most successful carrier we've ever met.
We arrived at the bus station, asked when the next flight was, the cashier said that in an hour. I asked for seats next to my husband and me, and not in the very back of the bus. We bought a ticket, which in principle costs more than a regular carrier at 19:00. We boarded the bus, got settled and the controller just dropped us off before departure, because our ticket was issued at 23:59. I also asked IF there was DEFINITELY wi-fi, and my question was answered: of course yes! After asking the cashier what exactly happened, he just shrugged his shoulders. Of course, they refused to return the money to us. God be with him, we arrived at the bus station at the appointed time.. We are sitting at the VERY end of the bus - it takes 12 hours to drive. Wi-Fi IS DEFINITELY MISSING! To all questions, WHY IS THIS SO? The staff always shrug their shoulders and pretend that they don't understand anything!
