First time in Mogilev, nice hotel, cozy atmosphere, helpful staff ❤️

We stayed for 2 nights, booked a family Suite for 2 adults and 1 child. The location of the hotel is TOP, the very center, everything you need is within walking distance, if you wish, you can play billiards (you need to make an appointment at the reception). The hotel has a swimming pool and SPA, but unfortunately it was under renovation at the time of our stay. It is better to come to breakfast a little earlier than it ends, because especially popular dishes may end. The staff is very friendly, they check in quickly, answer all questions, help. The room itself is great, but it's a little cramped for 2 adults and 1 child (there is no door in the second room - it's very inconvenient). I recommend booking two rooms for three, or a family suite for two :) the room has air conditioning (only in the bedroom), refrigerator. Clean, cozy, cleaning every day. The ground floor, the Windows overlook the Catholic Cathedral (from the point of view of the view - super, from the point of view of noise - not very much). To ventilate, the windows were opened, but since there are no insect nets on the windows, various mosquitoes flew in. We are very satisfied with our stay, if we visit Mogilev again, we will definitely stop again.

Prices, by the way, are lower than those of less well-known hotels in Minsk.
The location also did not disappoint - next to the building of the Mogilev Drama Theater, a bunch of shops, two large shopping complexes) Atrium and TSUM. There is a very picturesque church behind the hotel.
In addition, there is a place to have a snack nearby and even eat a lot. For example, there is a restaurant "101", decorated in the style of a fire station. By the way, it is located almost on the territory of the fire station)

On weekdays it is very quiet in the hotel, on weekends there are many more people, so at breakfast you have to wait until the food is updated.

The good location of the hotel is close to the Drama Theater and two main streets of the city. The town hall is nearby. Spacious rooms with everything you need, clean. One of the disadvantages is a modest choice of breakfast, but, in principle, everything you need to eat. The restaurant is open only for breakfast. A small parking lot is located behind the hotel and it is better to specify in advance how to get to it so as not to get lost.

Cozy, clean, friendly staff.
I always stay at this hotel when I am in Mogilev. Good location, in warm weather there is a place to walk (near the pedestrian zone with a lot of different cafes), clean and spacious rooms, high-quality cleaning, very responsive staff (carefully and quickly smoothes corners and finds ways out of situations). I don't like breakfast a bit- there is a choice on the menu, although coffee and drinks, a light snack of sweets are on the organized table. It seems to be good in quality, it seems to be possible to mix the offer, but the buffet is the most convenient in my opinion and would be an advantage here. There is parking in the backyard, equipped with cameras.

A great hotel. Nice, clean rooms. We took an improved room, it is spacious, there is a mini bar. A chic mattress and pillows. It is important. Quietly, they slept like babies. The location is excellent, we walked all day, went around all the sights on foot. The breakfast is good, the staff is polite. In general, a solid five ☺️

The Metropol Hotel is located in the tourist center of Mogilev. It is convenient for walking around the city, near the town hall, museums, the embankment, the eternal flame, a pedestrian street, directly opposite the entrance of the drama theater, and for shopping - within walking distance of the Central Department Store, a shopping center with a cinema, cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself is very decent, clean, adequate staff, there is an elevator. Breakfast buffet. Not wow, but I'd say a solid four. Access to the spa is included in the price. The Spa itself includes a swimming pool of 20 meters, maybe a little more with "gurgles" and counterflow, a relaxation area with sun loungers, a bar, everything looks very decent, a hammam and a Finnish sauna. Of course, changing rooms, showers, toilets. In the next room you can do a massage and something else was not there, the price does not include. In the courtyard of the hotel, a parking lot for guests is lowered at night. They don't charge separate money for it.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly and courteous staff. The rooms are large and clean, and there is a free SPA and swimming pool. Delicious breakfasts, there is a choice. I had a check-in earlier, I turned up at the reception at 5:30 in the morning. I did not like that there is no opportunity to drink coffee or tea at the reception, only in the restaurant. And the restaurant opens from 7:00. Well, at least there was a cooler. But the administrator quickly settled us in and everything was resolved. I recommend putting a coffee machine at the reception, and guests are pleased with the additional earnings.

After a couple of unsuccessful hotels, the Metropol seemed luxurious. Pleasant, friendly people at the reception, decent breakfast, cleanliness, delicious smells on the floors. A separate bonus is a free SPA area for guests: a rather large swimming pool, sauna and hammam.

Hello. Thank you for the warm welcome! The view from the window is a miracle! Parking is good, we found it right away. The breakfast is excellent, the coffee is gorgeous, however, you can add a slice of lemon to the tea. The staff is friendly! Of the cons: the room is very cold, we were in a severe frost and escaped only with personal blankets and warm pajamas, hot tea; at the spa, the girl at the reception opened the window wide (it's January and -18 outside), came to warm up, and we got a surprise at the exit((( The rooms are clean, linen was changed, water in the there is a regular cooler.

A good hotel, but no longer 4 *, but rather 3.5) everything is tired.... It requires repair, at least cosmetic.
They no longer provide bathrobes.... Last time we were there, we were in the rooms.

We were passing through on 05.10.2024 in the city of Mogilev, we decided to rent a room at the Metropol hotel. Here are our impressions:
Reception. We checked in on 05.10.2024 at about 18:00, a hotel employee met us sitting, continuing to go about her business, did not greet the guests, communicated arrogantly, answered all our questions abruptly, nervously. But on 06.10.2024, on the date of our departure, a very friendly, friendly girl worked at the reception, for which she is very grateful.
Number. Panoramic windows overlooking the temple. We had a standard room, spacious enough, clean. The bed is large, the bed linen is of high quality. But now the repair is already tired, the wallpaper has come off in some places, the carpet is stained with dirty spots. I really did not like that there was no hot water in the room, they called the reception, promised to eliminate it, but in the evening they did not eliminate it, I had to wash barely warm, I would even say cold. This is not the level of a four-star hotel.
SPA. This was one of the main criteria for choosing a hotel. And immediately after moving in, we get a call from the reception and they say that the SPA is full, do not come now, when we were asked when to come, the answer was "I don't know, it doesn't depend on us." Despite this, we immediately went to the SPA, and it turned out that there were plenty of free lockers, not so many people, a lot of free sun beds, tables, in the sauna, hammam and pool for a maximum of 3-4 people. Hence the question, what was the purpose of this call? But overall the SPA is quite good.
Restaurant. In the restaurant, the tables were not cleaned, there was nowhere to sit, there were no clean forks, cups, we had to ask the employee about everything and ask them to bring it. When we arrived (1.5 hours before the end of breakfast), there was almost nothing left to eat))).
To summarize, I will say that this is not 4 stars for sure, 3 stars, and even then with a big stretch. At the same time, the room costs from 260 Belarusian rubles per day! This is the second most expensive hotel in the city. Therefore, I do not recommend it.

Excellent location relative to the historical part of the city, clean and quiet room (not taking into account the quite natural street noise), good plumbing with good water pressure, responsible and at the same time unobtrusive staff, convenient Parking in the backyard. We did not find any obvious disadvantages for daily living. I take off one star for breakfast, which was included in the room rate - for a hotel of this level, the buffet is clearly meager and poorly organized, the breakfast reception time is early and short, but if you do not come to the beginning, everything that should be hot awaits you in the cooled down, what ended up on the distribution is not reported (according to at least, while we were having breakfast, we didn't report anything from the previously disassembled ones), you can't pour coffee yourself, but you can wait too long for it to be done with sufficient occupancy. Otherwise, you can recommend to visit.

Удобное расположение в самом центре исторической части города. Девушка на ресепшне (Валентина) была гостеприимна и очень профессиональна. Сам номер чистый, пусть и слегка уставший. Не хватало чайника, но был наполнен мини-бар со вполне вменяемыми ценами (что редкость). Номер выходил во внутренний двор, т.к. на время закрытия СПА посетителей было не много, сон был хорошим. Белье чистое. Сантехника в ванной нуждается в обновлении. Напор воды и температура хорошие. В связи с малым количеством гостей завтрак предлагался по выбору в одном из четырех сетов. Удивило отсутствие сметаны к драникам в Белорусском сете. Также отмечу крайне долгую подачу выбранного блюда (~20 минут). При условии, что было занято всего четыре стола, это слишком много. Персонал (молодой человек) на завтраке был вежлив. В целом, за стоимость номера со скидкой (в виду закрытия СПА), я проживанием доволен.

A wonderful hotel, great service, very kind and helpful girls at the reception, will always answer any of your questions and requests. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Also, a swimming pool with a sauna is a great addition.
The only drawback is the long elevator. But this is already a quibble, do not consider it a minus at all.
In short, the hotel has only advantages. I am happy with everything, I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is declared as 4 stars (the loud name "Metropol" alone is worth it), you expect the appropriate service, but it's not 4 stars, three is a stretch!
We found parking with difficulty. There are places for the disabled in the parking lot, there is not a single ramp at the entrance! The reception staff is not trained that when guests come in, you need to get up from your chair! Well, these are all small things.
The hotel is very gloomy and uncomfortable, both in the corridors and in the rooms. The towels smell musty for some reason. There are mosquito nets on the windows, but there are mosquitoes in the room. At night, the window was closed and the air conditioner was turned on, but it began to make such a crackling sound that I had to turn off and open the window again! We didn't really sleep!. The breakfasts were also not impressed, everything was cold and breezy. Ridiculously: 6-7 croissants were taken out, they were quickly disassembled, they were not taken out anymore. During our entire trip to Belarus, this is the only hotel that none of our large company liked.

We were at the end of August 2024, for one night. The room was on the 4th floor, overlooking the Church of St.Stanislav, you can get inside until 12 o'clock in the afternoon, then it is closed to the public. Falling asleep and waking up with a view of the church is wonderful!!! It is very convenient to get from the hotel to the pedestrian street Mogilev-Leninskaya, where the exposition "Stargazer" is located.
By number: the room is small, the mattress is comfortable. A second blanket was quickly brought on request. Check-in is fast. The parking lot behind the hotel is small.
A quiet, peaceful place, I recommend it!

The hotel leaves about itself:
On the one hand it is beautiful, a good courtyard, sauna and swimming pool, mini bar top, good coffee, pastries. On the other hand, there are already cold breakfasts, there is no normal heating of food, waiters react very slowly to the number of people in the restaurant and leftovers in the buffet area, water flows from the ceiling in the rain, in our case it is not comfortable at all, a common problem in Vitebsk and Mogilev with a seat on the toilets, smaller than the device itself, as well as the problem of wiring to the mixer left and right hot water. Therefore, we will definitely come back when they fix it.

I can't compare it with other hotels in Mogilev, because this is the only one where I stayed, but if you compare it with other cities, it is probably one of the best hotels in terms of Price/quality ratio. Yes, it's not a cheap hotel, but it offers so much for its money. The only special feature is free access to the Spa complex for hotel guests, which is very good. And breakfasts can feed the most demanding and hungry customer (in the photo, a Belarusian breakfast). The hotel is in the very center, but it has its own parking, has its own style (the building is quite old), large rooms, no problems with the Internet. In general, if we are still in Mogilev, we know where to stay!

Отличный частный отель, который отвечает всем стандартам гостиничного сервиса 4*. Уютный интерьр, компетентный персонал, великолепный SPA-салон, удобное расположение в центре города, очень вкусные завтраки. Проживание в 1-м номере было в удовольствие.😍 В следующий раз только в Метрополь

Гостиница очень понравилась. Чистейшие номера, отличные матрасы. Кулер на этаже.
Тишина. Вид из окна на Костёл. Доброжелательный обслуживающий персонал.
Завтраки был шведский стол. Вкусно, но почти все блюда были холодные. Хотя ходили в 8-30. СПА входит в стоимость. Пожелание , включить в услуги халаты, а не платить за них отдельно. Спасибо за отдых

Гостиница в самом центре, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности: Драматический театр, Ратуша, пешеходная улица (Ленинская), у нас был вид на красивый костел (рекомендую обязательно посетить: внутри просто необыкновенно ). Есть парковка во внутреннем дворе. Отдельный респект за завтрак, континентальный ( 4 варианта на выбор), вкусно, разнообразно, красивая подача.))

Мне отель понравился очень. Отличное расположение - тихий центр, напротив драмтеатра.
Простой одноместный номер, с кроватью и диваном. Приятный интерьер, спокойные тона текстиля. Хорошая сантехника.
Завтраки по меню на выбор, очень обильные, всё вкусное. Есть спа, бани и бассейн. Очень жаль, что была всего два дня. Надеюсь ещё приехать в город, обязательно выберу этот отель

Очень расположил к себе и отель и город Могилёв! Приезжали на выходной посмотреть достопримечательности города! В отеле доброжелательно к нам отнеслись, спасибо! Жили в двухкомнатном номере Сюит, окно выходили на Костёл в котором есть орган! В отеле имеется небольшая автостоянка.По отъезду нам дали скидку 20 процентов на следующей заезд! В общем и целом собираемся приехать ещё👍
