Excellent and thoughtful LCD, convenience and comfort, but accordingly at prices. The location is for an amateur, almost the very top, but right next to one of the busiest transport arteries, and the view down on the city is 9 days out of 10 in smog. And so, it is quite premium and very earthquake-resistant

The most beautiful residential complex in Almaty. I was very worried about how the LCD would behave during strong earthquakes in winter, but everything is fine, we live on the 17th floor and there were not even cracks, while most of our friends had small cracks in the new LCD

I find this residential complex the most prestigious for living. The comfort of living in it competes with its quality, the beauty of exterior and interior decoration, and thoughtfulness for living.
