I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was far from what was advertised—dirty carpets, stained sheets, and an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with mold in the corners and a leaking faucet. To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful and borderline rude when we brought up our concerns. The breakfast was another letdown, with stale pastries and cold coffee. For the price we paid, I expected much better service and accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

Service - the rooms are cleaned, but not everything, sometimes you come in the bed is made up, but you haven't put new water, tea, coffee, and the trash is also in the trash can, sometimes you come in the water, the trash is removed, but it's in bags in the center of the room, very nice.. I flew there for my birthday from February 18-24, every year I celebrate my birthday in different hotels and always on this day the service pleases with a little thing, at least the staff always congratulates at least, they completely ignored my day, the inattentive staff, it was somehow unpleasant. Also on the 7th floor there is a hookah cafe, which feels like half of Istanbul is coming to, in the evening when you return to the hotel, it feels like something happened because there seem to be a lot of people smoking, everyone is shouting and talking in the lobby, a lot of people come into the elevator with you and somehow it's not comfortable.. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, it's definitely not 5 stars, even 4 doesn't really pull, there are much better options.

The bed is of medium severity, by default cotton pillows and the same blanket. A special "fu" deserves the sheets, whose size turned out to be insufficient to tuck under the mattress. That is, if you spin around at night, there is a chance to wake up on a mattress pad, but since its size is much smaller than a sheet, then on a bare mattress. The ghost of comfort on the bedside table is a mini questionnaire, according to which you can choose another (including down) blanket and pillows. But as it turned out, this questionnaire is exclusively for beauty. Houskeeping was not interested in the completed form. It is sad that this turned out in the evening after houskeeping "went home." Around the hotel Next to the hotel (5 minutes on foot) there is a large Galataport, where there are many cafes, restaurants, shops with a pier for large cruise liners. A clean, cozy space. I highly recommend it for an evening walk and dinner. Or lunch. If you go through the port, you can find a pedestrian street with lots of cafes and restaurants. There are also good hotels there.
