I did not pass the 3rd time due to not knowing the execution of the element, which is the fault of a better driving school than an examiner. And the 4th one is just a laugh, there are very controversial points, in this case, examiners have different opinions and interpretations for one case, which spoils the objectivity, it seems there are traffic regulations, but their conditions are different.
The conclusion is that you need to be able to drive anyway, you can't learn in driving school, you learn on the dope, well, the share of luck is also a very important fact, it really depends on the traffic cop whether you pass 20 percent or not, the rest is your skill.

My opinion of the traffic police is generally positive.

I rented the city by car to the traffic police, it's good, there's no point in overpaying for a driving school.

There is a great dislike for driving school, where they did not teach at least 4 elements necessary for passing the exam.

But we should be glad that everything is already working quickly enough.

I studied law at this driving school and still fondly recall the time of my studies. Wonderful teachers and instructors were always supportive, explained things in an accessible way, and were there for you until the very end. There was real concern and a desire to really teach, and not just "roll back the clock."
It's been 2 years since then — not a single accident, not a single fine. I think that says a lot. The knowledge that was given in the classroom was really useful both in the city and on the highway.

If you sum up the assessment: every time I passed a new inspector, they were all adequate and objectively took the exam. What I did in my first 2 attempts, what other people did: they didn't pass only because of their own mistakes (well, probably a little bit of bad luck). The first two times, at the end of the attempt, the inspectors commented on the driving and made mistakes. All the tasks that were given on the road were clear. And if you put yourself in their place, then I would not allow myself to be issued a license in the first 2 attempts, nor other people whose driving I happened to see. By the 3rd attempt, having worked with the instructor, it seems to me, absolutely all the moments, I finally got the coveted change)) so maybe the problem is not in the traffic police, but in your knowledge of the road, the rules, driving skills, or maybe just a bad day : (in general, the impressions are only positive, and the rights were obtained just when I was finally confident in myself as a driver. I got my license for the first time, I have a lot of experience working with instructors on different cars. However, when visiting this place, there is no doubt that the exams are NOT being put on stream. When I came to take the playground, I caught the examiner that he was deliberately pedaling on the slide for me. They go to the city both 4 and 6 times. They mislead, give ambiguous and impossible commands, sometimes at the last moment. Apparently there is some kind of scheme according to which they bring down and a certain plan for not giving up. Moreover, different categories of people have different chances of passing. There are cases when people pass the first time, probably when the plan for the day for non-deliveries has already been worked out. About one out of 5-6 passes (only here this is possible).
Bureaucracy, just an endless circle, you come, they knock you down, you go pay them money again, you stand in 2 queues, fill out some papers, and if you don't make it to 16, the doors are closed in front of your nose, and so on until you bring enough money to the cashier for several attempts in the amount of the site and the city (one attempt is 80 rubles). There is a constant steady flow of retake, but then there are a lot of questions for driving schools - how do they teach then? But there are still questions for the host, especially in contrast to the theory test, where there is no human intervention and they take much more. Registration for the city on your car for more than a month, on their car (they are not always in normal condition) - from three weeks, so the transfer to the license can easily last for a year and take more time and money than the training itself in the amount of additional instructors (one additional lesson is 50-60 rubles). It's just some kind of bureaucratic hell.
It doesn't matter how well you can drive, if you were flunked the first time, then you are unlikely to pass the second time. The chances of passing increase with the number of attempts, and when they consider that you have put enough in the cash register, it is not difficult to pass, the commands are easy and you pass (of course, if you can drive). In fact, everyone in this "business" is directly interested in not passing exams - examiners, instructors, etc.
At one point, you just realize that there is no longer any need to throw money at instructors at all, you will not drive better at this stage.
It is disappointing that for some cadets, the hosts cause the development of Stockholm syndrome and a sense of self-blame for the failures.
I passed the city the third time, no one knocked me down the third time, drove in a straight line, turned around in a wide place and passed, no ambiguous commands as before, the examiner was the same.
Advice - you didn't pass the first time, don't be nervous - pass anyway, often it's not your fault, just accept it, you'll have to come several times, don't give up and the rights will be in your hands. I guess if you can't drive properly and you don't know the rules well, then you'll probably need even more attempts and additional classes.
Another tip, if you see that the traffic police car does not respond adequately to the pedals, inform directly and immediately that you refuse to rent this car and demand a replacement car, you have every right to do so, since you pay money for it.
