I consulted in advance on the requirements and they didn't say anything about registration. I came from far away, it turned out that they would not accept any options according to my registration. I wasted a whole day and money on the road and organizing everything. As a result, I passed in Slonim and, thank God, everything turned out to be somehow easier and faster there.
I came at the beginning of the day at the time of opening, there was already a queue for about 40 minutes.
I've never seen a worse place to register a car. Five hours in line to check the numbers. FIVE o'clock, Carl!! And the queue for submitting documents is moving even worse, because their "program" constantly freezes. As a result, they could not even submit documents for their entire working day.
Terrible service!
The employee left the inspection site at 14:00, lunch from 15:00-16:00. after dialing the number to ask where the employee was, they were rude, saying there was no one to work, everyone was on vacation and this was not their problem, and then she threw off the phone !!!🤬
This institution is simply not designed to serve people. There is a catastrophic shortage of space, which leads to constant queues and solving the simplest issue will take a lot of time.
The old traffic police building. Narrow corridors, unhurried staff. Fortunately, there is an electronic queue that is monitored so that it is not violated.
Out of all 5 windows, a maximum of 2 are working. And how lucky you are. Operators sometimes just sit and that's it. Constant interruptions in their system for some reason. People just stand and wait. Nothing has been thought out. Very bad. It is better to choose another department if possible
Electronic queue, very convenient. One window, the application does not need to be issued somewhere else, as in Minsk at Avtovaz, there is still a live queue. The purchase and sale agreement is also in place. They work quickly, the main thing is that employees do not get sick. Of the minuses, the parking lot is in terrible condition
6 windows, 2 are working, another big inconvenience is that the whole road is broken at the reconciliation of numbers, access roads are also broken, many districts gather in one place and the queue lasts forever.
Everything is fine in this department, but it needs to be expanded. If you arrive half an hour before the opening, you will only be 80 in line for actions with transport. Thank God there is an electronic queue, this is a very big plus when there are a lot of people. The staff is responsive, polite, and considerate.
4 stars only because you need to expand.
Civilization bypasses this place in every possible way, but finally an electronic queue has appeared. The repair was beneficial, but unfortunately it has practically no effect on the speed. The site often freezes, which stops the work.
Very negative!
While the car was being inspected, the queue passed, literally 1 minute was not enough. I had to take a new ticket and wait for 2 hours. + operators work slowly and sometimes leave the workplace for an indefinite period.
So, be patient.
I was here in October 2022. A vivid example of the organization of the work of state institutions. Although comparing with other similar establishments, it is much better organized there. Here one person performs all operations, as a result, the bandwidth is at a minimum.
To say that I'm in shock... is to say nothing!!!They work very slowly from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. They couldn't register the car!!!It's just a nightmare how rudely employees communicate with people!!!!it takes 2 days to register the car, when in Grodno it takes 1 hour.
Why are only 2 out of 5 windows working??? There is no boss or deputy in place!!!!
Fast and, most importantly, high-quality service. Competent staff. I really liked it, I advise everyone to visit here when passing exams or registering transport
The work of the staff is very slow!!!
6 people per hour.from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., they could not register the vehicle!!! Keep in mind that it takes 2 days for all registration operations
Quickly, on business. The main thing is to choose the right time.

Well done. All processes are organized so that there is no accumulation of queues. The registration process takes place calmly without nerves. It would be like that everywhere and the nerves would be in place!
You can't think of a worse MREO, for a long time, disrespectfully, uncompromisingly, employees are clearly not in their places, especially if they get into the fifth window, it's easier to take a new ticket!!!
I re-registered the car, there are no questions, an electronic queue, everything is fast. But with the replacement of the rights.. They are changed in the office where they take the exam.. You stand, you prop up the wall, you wait for the new (non-) to pass the theory. Is it really impossible to allocate time and specify it to replace the rights. In fact, the replacement of the rights takes 20 minutes, and you stand under the office for two hours...
Very slow service after the introduction of the electronic queue. One window works, sometimes two. But 6-8 people per hour is nonsense . It doesn't go through any gates. There was no electronic queue, everyone coped with any flow of people, now only with 1/10 of them.
An old, battered building with huge queues at all offices. Like all state structures, there are good people, but most of them think only about themselves
There are always queues. The staff are working well, but it would not hurt to introduce an e-queue and an application to-n, so that everything is for people
