People get up at 5 a.m. to queue up and get a stupid ticket!!!! And it's not a fact that they will be served on the same day. The staff responds rudely, realizing that people have been standing for days and are tense to the limit. When trying to figure out what is being done to solve this issue, none of the bosses were in place. What happened 3.5 years ago has remained the same, in fact, this issue is not being resolved in any way. Everyone is satisfied with everything.. It's very, very sad. People who plan to register / remove a car from the register, keep in mind that it is necessary to take a queue from early morning.
What can I say. They take half an hour in the windows. You won't get coupons after lunch. They just don't give them out, despite the fact that there are no people with coupons. In general, then there is the reception of documents without coupons, for one person 20-30 minutes, although there are more nimble ones. Unfortunately, I had to face a special person who decided to choose who to accept, registration or withdrawal, chose a more profitable option for herself and it is more expensive to argue with this. I am writing this review in the hope that the management will reconsider the attitude and this institution will become more customer-oriented. There are examples of excellent work.
There are really huge queues of cars right now. But from what I've seen, the inspection works very fast, because of the constant flow, it seems that the queue is not decreasing. Since there are no other options for registering a car in Grodno, you still need to go.Arriving at 12.00 (06.2023), I did not have time to register the car, because by that time there were no coupons, but I passed the site.
