The new owner received the transits, I don't know on this day or another, it didn't concern me anymore. But that's why my car was taken off the database on 07/22/2021, and not on 06/26/2021 - a big mystery that I can't get an answer to, since no phone number is answering. If I bring a certificate to the IMNS stating that the car was de-registered before 07/01/2021, then there is no need to pay tax. But in fact, we have two owners, is that how it turns out?

On July 2, 2021, I submitted documents for car registration, I was told to come for documents on July 8 at 11 o'clock. I came in advance, stood in line, at 11 o'clock they said that the documents were not ready yet, you need to wait 10 minutes. After not even 10 minutes, but about half an hour, it was unclear what started. They said for an hour that they still had to wait, and then just to everyone who was already at 12 o'clock and later they said that the documents were not ready and they did not know when they would be ready. At the expense of my documents, they said wait for another 30 minutes, and then the same information sounded as for all car owners. To date, there is no information, no phone number is answered, people are completely prostrated by what and when. This is just a boorish attitude towards car owners, and just towards people. The fee for all documents is not small, we all lose our (working) time, because many people take time off from work. Maybe already such organizations as the MRO of the Traffic Police Department and others who work with people will begin to respect at least a few people, note the Belarusians.

In general, everything is well organized. But be careful! Do not mess with the "overbidders" who stand at the entrance to check the numbers. Deceived or at least framed through the "left" execution of the transaction.
