In some halls of Brest there are saunas right in the locker room, which is a huge plus. Unfortunately, there is no sauna here... but the locker rooms are just great. There are two of them - on the 2nd and 3rd floors. They are spacious, the benches are large, separate, you don't push assholes. The gym itself is large, divided into zones, the simulators are good, everything works, the air conditioners are in a comfortable mode, there are no complaints. But here's what I'll remove one star for - it's for the shower. Or rather, for the shower itself. Well, what about it? The gym is not just about exercise machines, barbells and dumbbells... Auto-off shower. And no, it's not a smart shower or a touch mixer. You press the button - the water went, the button went back - the water turned off. Apparently, you either need to adjust this button somehow... 6-7 seconds of a shower is very short. In a minute, up to 10 times you need to press the button to wash, you wash with one hand, with the other you constantly press the button. One day I noticed hair bands in the locker room lying on the lockers and windowsill. At first I thought that someone had forgotten, but then I saw them again and not one, but several in different places. Have you guessed why? )) That's right: so that the button is fixed and the shower does not turn off.
A good, very large fitness center. Not the cheapest. It is conveniently located in the city center. There are disadvantages that are especially visible if you walk in winter:
- very (very) narrow and uncomfortable drawers in the locker rooms. There is only one shelf, and it is at the bottom
- ice floors in the locker rooms (for example, in the neighboring Delta, heated floors)
- small showers. In order for the water to flow, you must constantly press the spring-loaded button. First, you need to wait 10 seconds for warm water to flow
Well, otherwise everything is OK, there are a lot of different simulators (by the way, there is no rowing)
