The location of the hotel is excellent. Beautiful view. A gorgeous balcony. New air conditioning, washing machine.
Of the cons:
1. The bathroom is not very cozy. the shower stall is falling apart.
2. The kitchen is in a similar condition. The sink is small, it is difficult to wash anything. The faucet is not selected correctly. The cold water is specially muffled.
3. There is mold around the perimeter of the countertop.
4. Water is gradually seeping out from under the kitchen set.
5. During the stay (4 days), the room was never cleaned, towels were not changed.

Good location within walking distance to the historical center and the sea. The hospitable host Irakli. With a sense of humor. Cleanly, positively, he listens to requests. Provided an opportunity to leave later. Thank you. There is a desire to come next time.

We are very pleased that we chose this hotel! The place is very convenient, everything is nearby. The room itself is clean and spacious. We didn't have a balcony, we didn't specify it in the conditions, but the view from the window was amazing! A set of dishes is enough for two people, there are single toothbrushes, a clothes dryer. Plenty of storage space. Very helpful and friendly host Irakli. All our requests were fulfilled immediately! And we asked to add glasses and a second set of keys. You can leave your belongings after vacating the room at evening departure.There is a wonderful light smell of hookah on the ground floor, but it does not reach the rooms.
