Incompetence of employees and lack of support
I bought the flagship Xiaomi 14 model in this store and immediately indicated that I needed a Tax Free refund. I was assured that everything would be processed according to the rules, and after an hour and a half of waiting, the documents were issued. However, at the border it turned out that some data was missing, including some kind of branded store seal, without which a refund is impossible.
I tried to explain to the employee that the store assured me that there would be a refund, but he said there was nothing he could do. It was also not possible to contact the store administration — there was a complete lack of reaction. As a result, I lost $160, which should have been refunded.
I highly do not recommend this store — the staff are incompetent, and you will not get support from them.
