Pros: the location of the hotel is excellent: a 5-minute walk from the metro (the European part of Istanbul can be reached in 15-20 minutes), metrobas (then one metro transfer to the new Istanbul airport), bus stops. Kadikoy Marina is a 20-minute walk away (you can take a ferry to the island of Adalar).
Cons: during the 8 days of stay in the hotel, the room was never cleaned, the bed linen was not changed.
Stable wi-fi was only at the reception, there was a bad floating reception in the room every other time.

The hotel is not bad, though it does not match the description. On airbnb it is indicated that there is a kitchen, but there was no stove, despite the fact that there was a gas pipe in the room (closed with a plug), and there were also no cutlery and dishes. In fact, there was only furniture from the kitchen, a sink and an electric kettle with two cups
As Olin said from previous commentators, the Wi-Fi is terribly unstable, even though the access point is installed right next to the room door
