A good store, lots of things you need. However, not everyone knows what is in the box. When we asked the seller if there was a pipe, they told us that there was, we bought a heat exchanger, opened the box right in the store and it turned out that there was no pipe. They wanted to buy batteries directly from their store, the seller replied that there were native batteries in the remote control, then, as it turned out, there were no batteries either. And the installer is not very competent, to put it mildly.

The staff is frostbitten, unenthusiastic. The product was sold broken during transportation, they refused to check it, referring to the warranty. But for a replacement and a refund, I had to go to this store again. The seller made excuses, instead of at least just apologizing for the inconvenience. The product was returned, the money was returned without problems, but an unpleasant experience remained. Unless absolutely necessary, I do not plan to buy more here, perhaps only if there is nowhere else to look
