Hell started right from the airport, a transfer was negotiated, but no one met us, we got there by taxi, at the most expensive rate. In a hotel, so to speak, if you can call it that. No one was really waiting for us. The taxi driver himself called the owner, the hostess opened the door, showed the room, hell is hell, there is not even a window in the room, the window is made of double-glazed windows, the plumbing is broken. We ran out of this hotel at the speed of a whistle, and the owner was yelling on the phone that he would withdraw all the money from the card. Thank God there are still many kind people and good hotels in Tbilisi. I don't recommend it to anyone. I wouldn't even give him one star.
The repair is somewhat tired. But it is quite comfortable to accommodate, the room is relatively large. Location 40 minutes walk to abanotubani, 20 minutes to the metro.
It's a pity you can't put -1000 stars! It's just hell!!!
The location is not the best, as it was written, on the mountain + paving stones.
I don't know what was meant when the owner wrote that he speaks English when he doesn't know the banal words check in / check out. I specified check in at 19.00, check out at one o'clock in the morning. The owner, an ignoramus (and an ignoramus too), apparently was sick on this topic, and did not understand what it was. When I arrived at the hotel at 19.00, no one opened the door for me. Kind people from a nearby hotel let me call the owner of the hotel, to which he told me that he had left on business, because I was supposed to arrive at one o'clock in the morning.... I sat under the door for 1.5hours while waiting for the owner. When he arrived, he continued to make a fool of me, as if I had written that I was coming at one o'clock in the morning, and he had not confused the words check in and check out.
Tormented by the road and completely unreasonable expectation, I checked in. I was given a completely different room, not what I had booked. The room is smelly, dirty, the renovation is ancient, there is no window. A flophouse and a bedbug is an appropriate name for this place. I had no choice, I stayed there overnight because I was in a foreign country, alone, without communication, with a suitcase on a mountain in the dark.
In the morning I wanted to have breakfast (paid breakfast), to which the hostess replied to me, "but there is no breakfast, you didn't tell me what time you want). I started asking why I was checked into the wrong room, the answer was "your room is occupied, and we can't post all the photos on the site." I asked for a refund for the remaining time (GEL 159), they yelled at me, the owner stopped abruptly picking up the phone. I was given back a measly 50 GEL out of 159.
Due to the current situation in the world, it is better not to consider this hotel for Russians.
Be careful with these crooks!
I sent the complaint to London. Try to justify yourself, the owners of the hotel.
P.s. the only positive review about this bedbug is made by the owners themselves)))
I suggest you compare at least the photos from the bathroom. Some kind of converted sauna, smelling of mold
