Mia Apart Hotel is located in a nice central area of Saburtalo. There are many supermarkets and shops nearby. Mia is an excellent, friendly hostess, the apartment itself is in good clean condition, has everything you need for a pleasant stay. In general, we liked everything, we will definitely come back, I highly recommend this place to everyone if you are looking for a budget vacation in Tbilisi

I booked a room with an official confirmation, but upon arrival they said that I had not warned them in advance and there were no rooms. A minute later it turned out that they were there, but they requested an amount 2.5 times more than it was originally in the booking. I'm sitting on my suitcases, looking for a new place, be careful.

I don't like to write angry reviews, but in this case the situation is critical.
During the period of 27.12-02.01 we stayed at the Mia guest house.
It is impossible to call the time spent in it a "comfortable rest".
Our settlement began with a scandal: the owners provided a room that absolutely does not match the photo (it should be noted that we chose the most expensive room). We were provided, I'm sorry, with a "shabby" room in which there was a cot instead of a sleeping place.
We expressed our dissatisfaction and with great difficulty (it is not very clear at all why the room we paid for and selected had to be won back) we checked into another room corresponding to the photo.
And then the most interesting thing began. There were 5 of us, which we indicated before the placement, but it turns out the hosts meant that we would be in the number of 4 people plus a child!! Where did this information come from, if neither we indicated anything about children in the booking, nor they have written clarifications, it is unclear.
In addition, there were 5 adults, and bed sets for only 4. The hostess said that an additional set of linen is only for an additional fee. I had to pay about 50 GEL (about 1000 rubles).
As it turned out, the "linen set" meant 1 towel per person and 1 blanket for two. The towels were dirty and had to be washed.
Well, we go into the bathroom: black hair on the sink, rust everywhere and the feeling that the apartment was cleaned 3 check-ins ago. We were forced to purchase cleaning products and wash them ourselves (a fun activity on vacation before the New Year, isn't it?)
There is no curtain in the bathroom, so there was always a swamp. We are not even talking about bathroom accessories: there was an old piece of soap, that's all.
The water on the second day was neither cold nor hot.
There was no hair dryer.
There was no microwave oven.
I would like to note that the availability of all this was indicated in the booking and it was important for us, since we were going to cook for the New Year.
With any question to the hostess, the answer was the same: leave. After calling the Booking Office and clarifying that it was impossible to return the money, I had to stay.
Moreover, the amount for Tbilisi was quite a lot, even on New Year's dates.
Of the advantages, I note: a good view of the mountains. Also, the apartment is really spacious. After scandals and requests, we were given a microwave and a hair dryer.
We will not advise anyone to stay here! How much we travel is the most terrible experience.
As the hostess explained to us: all services are registered in the information about the apartment. That's just that they are not available in every apartment offered by it: well, someone has a microwave, someone has a cot, and someone has shower accessories. The service is on the level!((
