The hotel is decent, but the decoration in the rooms is a little tired. Moreover, in one standard room the shower cabin was made of tiles, and in the other an acrylic tray with plastic doors. Some plumbing needed to be replaced soon. The hammam and Turkish bath were closed for repairs. In general, if you come to the sea, then you can skip it by the eyes, since the territory of the hotel is picturesque, there are many different trees and shrubs, descent to the sea from two sides. On the one hand there are rather steep steps with terraces and sun beds on them, on the other there is a smooth path along a wide path and also with terraces and sun beds on both sides. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the water is gentle, there is a pier, also with sun beds, next to a bar. Two pools, one for adults, the other for children. There is a bar by the pool and by the beach, in the basement of the cafe. The food is a bit monotonous and with a Turkish bias, but you can find something to eat. There is no children's menu. The range of alcohol is narrow, one kind of beer, several local wines, pop cocktails. The so-called juices are made from powder diluted with water. There is a weak animation and a kids' club. In the evening, a children's and adult monotonous disco. For nine days, once, instead of a disco, there was an interesting vocalist who performed American pop songs quite well to the accompaniment of a synthesizer. In general, the hotel is more for a relaxing holiday. There were not so many children during our visit in August-September 2023. The composition of tourists is predominantly Russian-speaking.

We have been staying at the hotel since July 25th.The hotel is declared as 5 stars, but it is a solid 3. The attitude towards tourists is bad, at first they put 3 adults and a child in a room for two, changing rooms through an additional fee.They gave 2 towels for 4.Meals for 3. Very modest.The child had a birthday, there was no congratulations from the hotel, they did not have it in the concept of the hotel.Everywhere they do some kind of congratulations, there is nothing here.You need to go to the beach through a damp passage.I do not advise you to come here.The keys give 2 keys for three people.They barely changed to another number.They promised on the 5th floor and then settled on the first floor with a child above the dining room next to the disco rumbling until one o'clock and in the morning so that the rumble from the dining room could be heard.They could have counted that there was a child in the room.The reception staff is very reluctant to accept the requests of tourists.Disgusting attitude.I don't recommend it to anyone.Russian speakers do not understand or do not want to understand.

I recommend going to discos in the "Illusion". The sea itself is very clean, there are no problems with sun beds, the hotel territory is neat, there is no garbage anywhere. Gorgeous sea views from the rooms of "siaview". Good beaches, one at the hotel, the second much further away, closer to the roadway. The animation is weak, the food is also a C-grade. The food is very modest, but there is no crowd in the dining room. Beautiful, picturesque, very green area. The beach is multi-level: there is a sandy beach, and there is a pontoon. But in the morning the sun does not appear immediately, the sandy beach is in the shade until lunch. The bay is protected from the waves by a cape. There is a bar, a bathroom and a changing room on the beach. A significant disadvantage of the hotel (for me) is the evening noise of animation both from the neighboring Asuka Hotel and from Utopia. I couldn't sleep for up to 24 hours. It is also a long walk to the bus stop, shops and pharmacy. There is no exchanger. There was no animation in May. Cute lizards live among flower beds and picturesque terraces.

a pontoon. You can enter the sea from the sandy beach and go down the stairs. Blogs are located everywhere and you can always find free ones. In the evening, everything is very beautifully illuminated.
There are 3 bars (one on the beach, the second near the pool, the third in the restaurant). Local drinks, delicious Tuborg beer!
Delicious pastries are put on high tea.
Animation: I would like to thank Aziz and Roma for hosting various entertainment programs. The guys are just great, they are trying very hard!!!! Positive, sociable, active!!!You can play darts on the beach, do water aerobics in the sea, water polo takes place in the pool, and you can also participate in shooting.
In the evening there is a fun children's disco, then at 21.30 an animated show and it's time for an adult disco.
There are small shops near the hotel, if you are interested, you can go and see.
The Wi-Fi in the hotel is good, it catches throughout the territory. Sometimes it doesn't catch in some places (but it needs to go very far from the hotel).
The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive.
At the reception, the friendly and friendly administrator Tolga, speaks Russian, will always answer questions, help and explain everything.
The waiters in the restaurant clean the tables instantly, there are always places, the tables are clean with appliances.
The cleaner came every day. I cleaned the room well, changed the towels, the bed, everything is clean. She laid out flowers beautifully on the bed.
Minuses : 1. There was a little lack of variety in the food.
2. In most cases, remixes are performed at an adult disco. It would be cool to dance to the usual good songs. (But everyone has different tastes)

The staff is friendly.There was a little trouble when leaving the hotel. The transfer was delayed. A great cozy clean green Hotel. You can find food for everyone, morning eggs, pancakes, donuts,cheeses, sausages. I went to lunch only once (it's unbearable to eat in the heat) and the choice was huge. There is always something to choose for dinner too, chicken beef every day, fish a couple of times. Fruits are always there.By the way, no one keeps track of who eats how much, and even bring the drinks themselves to the table (sometimes). Very clean area, friendly staff. Animators Michelle and Yusuf are Love. Funny guys who conducted animation for adults)) exercises, darts, water polo, disco and even karaoke a couple of times 👍 the sea is the purest , entering the sea either sand , or going down the stairs where the stones are. We came, cleaning had just begun and the toilet was being repaired. In short, in the end, they moved in an hour later. The room is nice, cleaning on demand. Towels and linen were not changed. The sheets are full of holes, but at least without stains. The cons are food and smoking is ubiquitous. The sea and the area are very good. Young people definitely don't need to come here, it's boring. Mostly the elderly or with young children have a rest.

The hotel has changed not only the name, the word "Miarosa" has disappeared, but also returned from the tenant, as they say, to its owner. What changed in May 2023, the INTERNET used to catch all over the territory, the last router hung in a beach bar and covered the entire lower beach, along with the router, the clock that showed the time and temperature disappeared, there was a refrigerator under the clock in which ice cream was given once a day. There is no refrigerator and no ice cream. The stairs from the relax beach already in May had only 3 steps, 2 of them fell off, the tents built in 2019 had curtains on three sides, which made them a private area, only the cornices for them remained. Clay pots for garbage stood at each table near the sun beds. Now we need to look for where to put the garbage. The fence on the relax beach was made of ropes, now from a plastic chain that has already been torn off by a wave, careful with children is not very reliable. The animation is there, but you have to find them yourself, no timetable says anything about their presence, found them and played darts about bocha Victoria said she is, I do not know the rules. In the evening, you will hear joyful applause and dancing from nearby hotels. There was live music 1 time in 2 weeks. It is possible that something with animation will get better. Now this descent is closed with a grid. Food was once not the strong point of the hotel, everything is the same as before. The drinks are normal. The question arises, what the hell did you come here for 5 times? For us and for other regulars of this hotel (and there are plenty of them) this is a FLOURISHING area and a GORGEOUS sea. There are no sun beds from the hotel, but you can rent one or lie on your towel. There is a sandy beach, the entrance is sand, there are no stones. It is very convenient that we have a bar on the beach. Pepsi, sprat are normal in taste, but the juice is like jupi. I liked the alcohol, we took beer, gin, whiskey. They make cocktails for free, and there are also paid ones at the bar. Special thanks to Mustafa, your cocktail was just fire)) the food is delicious and varied. For breakfast every day, either fried eggs or fried donuts, pancakes. Vegetables, cheeses, ham, milk porridge. I also like dinner, something from meat has always been chicken, turkey, beef or fish. It was smoked once, there was grilled trout. Of course, there was soy, but it is immediately visible. Burgers on the beach with soy patty, but with vegetables, onions and pickled cucumber are delicious))) They didn't take soy for dinner, but they said meat a couple of times, and it was mine. Well, they just took another dish. Once there was salted salmon for lunch, just lightly salted as small pieces for a sandwich, I ate too much of it))) Cleaning is carried out every day, towels were changed often too. The only negative is animation, there is practically none. Every day there is a show at 21:30, like everywhere bingo, karaoke, etc. But after the show there was no disco, there was only dad once in 10 days, and for 2 days there was just nothing at all in the evening, there was no animation and that's it. During the day there is yoga, darts, shooting range, aqua aerobics and something for children. The hotel is located at the top, but there are not many steps. And there are paths where you can go around with a stroller, for example. There weren't many children in the hotel. The rest was great, we went to Cleopatra beach ourselves, I wish everyone to see it. I definitely recommend the hotel, you will not regret it. We got 86 tr for 10 nights. It all depends on the mood, come and enjoy the sea, sun and vacation))))

We are currently vacationing with our son at this hotel, we chose it based on reviews. apparently, the hotel manager changed this year, and it got worse than it was. Everything seems to be there, but something is missing) The rooms are good, it is clear that the staff cleans and monitors. a gorgeous beach with clear clear water and fine sand, without any stones at all! A very beautiful view of the bay, there is a passage through the stones from the stairs, the water is also clean, fish swim. The sun beds are located on the pier, on the sand and there are small individual ones with canopies (they have never been able to occupy them). The food is normal, the food is delicious, but it is spicy for us. There are always fruits, watermelons, melons, peaches, apples. The alcohol is quite decent, not diluted. By the way, Wi-Fi works well, by the pool and even on the beach. There is no animation at all, the children's disco is 15 minutes long. There is also nowhere to go outside the territory, there is a large public beach nearby and the nearest hotels are 15-20 minutes on foot. The hotel is suitable for a quiet vacation, who is only interested in the sea and the beach. We liked it for 6 days, more - it would be completely boring. For 4* -good.

A beautiful place, a sandy beach is very convenient to relax. The hotel is not big, the food is not varied, but it is normal for 4 stars. The rooms are small, but cozy and freshly renovated. A room with a sea view, beach towels are also available for an additional fee. There are no entertainment programs for either children or adults. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday without children. The pool without heating was in May, the water is cold, probably this is the only minus, but for 4 stars I think you can forgive. We rested at this Miarosa lncekum West Resort hotel in August 23rd. Budget hotel for little money. The hotel is clean, nice rooms with new renovation, plumbing, furniture in good condition. Wi-Fi is practical and catches throughout the hotel. The territory itself is small, well-groomed, all in greenery and flowers. There is one pool for adults and a very small one for children. The food is without frills, but in principle there is enough of everything, meat, vegetables, fruits have always been there. There is one beach on the territory, a lagoon, the other is a five-minute walk to the public beach of Injdekum. The beach is excellent, the sand is fine, the entrance is beautiful, the sea is clean. The children are absolutely delighted. The only thing that upset the child for breakfast is nothing to feed. I arrived today. The hotel is great, I visited it for the first time. I liked everything. If you don't have to worry about the little things. I estimate between 3-4*. The food is at a good level, all that is necessary is to eat (meat (in priority),lots and lots of vegetables, a lot of emphasis on sweets, apples, grapefruit, oranges, melon).Cleaning is daily, clean, towels were changed several times per check-in. The beach is nearby, fine sand,the sea is calm, clean,blue lagoon, the air is enriched with phytoncides due to the abundance of conifers and the proximity of mountains. The contingent of visitors is families with children of all ages, pensioners. There is a small shop near the hotel where you can buy various excursions and souvenirs. Animation is trying, well done👍(darts, after lunch you can play polo in the pool). The place is quiet and relaxing. If you need shopping, stormy parties, then this is not the place. It is more designed for middle age and families with children. Special thanks for the aqua aerobics and morning exercises in the sea, lit up.

I do not recommend it!!! We visited this hotel 2 times, in 2022 (end of May) we really liked it, so we decided to return. But then and now, too, May 2023 is a quiet horror (boarding house for legionnaires and invalids 70+). There are zero animations!!! The staff in Russian is not boom boom. Now they're charging money for everything here! The food is so-so, but you won't stay hungry. There is no "compliment" for regular guests!!! The reason is the change of the manager. The owner of the hotel has changed and that's it, there is nothing for children and middle-aged people. Everything is only for pensioners (silence and rice....). I do not advise!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel with my wife twice. After the first visit in 2013, there was euphoria. I couldn't wish for a better holiday. The territory is well maintained, lots of greenery, several beaches, super staff, good cuisine. The hotel was a three, everyone rated 4.5. After visiting this hotel in 2019, we were shocked. The owner has changed. The name too. But that's nothing compared to the staff. Everyone is used to people being congratulated on their birthdays. But during this visit, my wife asked me to congratulate me on my anniversary, it coincided that we were at the hotel. To which the staff asked her for money for congratulations, I don't remember how much, but it was disgusting. The rest was ruined. We did not expect such an attitude.

The noisiest hotel in my life. First, a disco is playing, where there are no dancers, every night you have to go and remind 23 o'clock, because the organizers themselves do not think about it at all. Then another "disco" begins - cleaning at the pool bar: bottles are rattled, then they are dragged to the trash, parts are thrown into the container, the glass is ringing throughout the hotel, then iron cylinders are dragged, now they are knocking, repairing something and talking loudly. The time is 23.50, and so on until 0.30. Apparently, they do not know about respect for vacationers in this hotel, they are not educated or they do it intentionally. Therefore, it is amazing to read that such a quiet and cozy hotel. It is quiet during the day, but at night ... Out of 4 days of stay, 3 nights like this - until one o'clock at least you wait for it all to end, on Monday it was until 1.30, yesterday until 0.30, today it is now 23:56, it seems to have subsided. Separately, I would like to say about the disco: I went to the playground at 23.05, there is not a single dancer, but the moronic boom boom is playing and will not stop until you call the reception desk or go to the playground with your legs and remind me of the time. Anyone who needs a really quiet hotel is definitely not here. Breakfasts, as many wrote, are meager, lunches and dinners are good, but one shift is very overdoing many dishes. It is a pity that the efforts of many other employees (on-site cleaning, room cleaning, reception work, catering) are completely negated by the work of an unnecessary disco and deliberately loud cleaning of the pool bar.
