It's a very controversial establishment. At first glance, it's a cozy, atmospheric place, with good restrooms, an open kitchen, and a seemingly good menu. But I still haven't figured out where the prices for such mediocre dishes come from. I'll start with Caesar. This restaurant serves this classic dish by the author, which we have been warned about. But we didn't expect it to be too authorial. The rest of the ingredients are laid out on huge lettuce leaves, after eating which only lettuce leaves remain. I strongly advise you to look at the photo of the dish before ordering. Pumpkin soup for 30 rubles is bland, nothing special. The rare pieces of salmon in it and strachatella did nothing to save the situation. Their taste wasn't particularly noticeable either. We ordered tiramisu for dessert. It was the final disappointment of the evening. For 25 rubles, we got a dessert worse than in the supermarket. For comparison, 25 rubles is 7 euros. For 4.5 euros in Italy, you can buy an amazing tiramisu. After such dishes, it wasn't that there was no desire to leave a tip, it was generally unclear why we were paying so much money. The restaurant is a complete disappointment, a good interior and smiling waiters alone are not enough to have guests ready to return to you again.

Are they the same color in winter and summer? - no.
Last spring we had breakfast on the summer veranda, everything was fine, because of this the rating is 4, not 3, which I would really like to put at the end of the last hike. It is the latter, because Minsk has already grown to the point where you can choose an institution without such shoals.
The end of winter, I'm booking a place for breakfast in advance.
When the hall is half empty, they are escorted to a corner table next to the toilet without any questions about whether they like it or not.
Next, the waiter arrives, receives the order and carries the appliances. At the first attempt to put it on the table, he drops the knife, calmly picks it up and puts it back on the table. We were asked to serve coffee with food at the same time, but for some reason after 5-10 minutes we now have "at the same time". What the washbasin looks like is a separate question, the photo is attached. The only thing I have no complaints about is the food, avocado toast and dranik - top.

It's a lovely restaurant. It was a week ago.
It's atmospheric inside. Sofas, interesting design with lots of mirrors and pleasant lighting.
Delicious Caesar with Shrimp. An original serving with a slightly spicy sauce and also a crumb of fried bacon is brought separately to the salad. I was surprised! But it is very tasty and not a greasy dish.
The green wine of Proseco was also at 5. They opened it in front of me.
The service is fast.
The staff is friendly.
You can see how the food is being prepared. And the chefs are smiling, customer-oriented.
The next time I'm in Minsk, I'll definitely come in to try some other dishes-they'll probably also have an original twist.
There were people of different ages and with children in the institution. Probably you can find delicious dishes for everyone there.
The restaurant is a little removed from the main street-it is less noisy and in the evening at 19 there was a place for me without a reservation, but there were still a lot of people.
During my visit, I visited several restaurants in Minsk and Grodno, but not everywhere is well received and you can sit comfortably.
I recommend this place.

We booked a table a couple of days in advance. Wonderful atmosphere at Michelle. The background music is not distracting, but brings its own accents.
The service surprised us with its care and speed.
Everyone who came to our table was as sympathetic as possible. They talked about the dishes, asked for impressions.
The food itself tasted great to me. The serving was interesting, the temperature of the dishes was appropriate.
I wanted to savor, to prolong the pleasure of the taste.
Thank you for the new experiences and for a decent place. I recommend it from all my satisfied taste buds!

We were here on a certificate from Surprise.by We got a new and enjoyable culinary experience. Interesting dishes, a whole set. The waiters were very friendly, and they were very interested in our impressions. The interior is tasteful, there is soap and hand cream in the toilet) It's a small thing, but it feels good. The place is pleasant, we went to dinner and were satisfied.
At the very beginning, they bring you water, one of the disadvantages is that the glasses were covered with dust, perhaps they arrived closer to closing.
We had gnocchi with caviar, stellini with salmon, dynamite shrimp and tiramisu. I'll start with what I liked - tiramisu and stellini with salmon. Tiramisu is very tender, I've seen bad reviews about dessert and I absolutely disagree with them! I advise you to try it - you won't regret it. Stellini, like any micro pasta, is not liked by everyone, but I really love its delicate texture, which was revealed by the creamy sauce!
But I didn't really like the gnocchi - they were cool and I would have cooked them a little longer.
Dynamite shrimp will appeal to shrimp lovers, which I am not. I expected it to look like wasabi shrimp, but it's just shrimp in batter. Everyone else who likes shrimp should like it.
I advise you to come here for the sake of the pleasant atmosphere of the evening in Minsk!

It's a good place, a solid four. The service was at the highest level (they clarified about allergies, which is unusual and pleasant!), the kitchen was simple, without frills, but everything was delicious (rice with pork was slightly oversaturated, in my opinion, but sweet grapes perfectly set off this taste).
The furniture (chairs) has already been scuffed, I would like to replace it.
I want to mention the water supply, because for me it is an indicator of an excellent institution.

Strangely enough, the establishment is completely non-customer-oriented, or rather, the staff consists of young people who don't care a bit because the hall is full, and they don't want to think about the future.
I went in with my family to eat homemade dumplings, asked the waiter if they make dumplings themselves? I was assured that the dumplings are made in the institution.
As a result, I gave 60p for 2 servings of dumplings and they brought me small dumplings with minced meat that look like jelly, I was surprised because the cost of a serving is more expensive than 1 kg of good dumplings in the store, I went to check with the administration, who also assured me that they do everything themselves and said "if you don't like it, you can not eat" well, I didn't He began to eat.
Eggplant with beans for 35p turned out to be very much for an amateur.
As a result, the full receipt was counted, although 1 portion of dumplings and eggplant were untouched.,
Well, okay, I'm not going to get impoverished, I went to the store now and took 2 packs of dumplings, and they came out to me at 30p, and they're great compared to the "homemade" ones from the institution.

We had breakfast at this establishment. Not to say that it's bad, but I won't say that it's a delight. Americano coffee is like two cups of espresso for some reason, the first time I saw it. Michel is a cozy place for both breakfast and lunch/dinner.
We visited this institution on 06.04 and were very satisfied. Dog friendly place, which is good news))
We tried various positions and they were all good, but in our top "beef tartare with capers" we highly recommend it.
In general, it is very good for Minsk. Delicious dishes, a wide selection of bar menu, stylish interior. We were very pleased with our visit to this place.

I didn't like the place. Although the interior was not bad, the food was not delicious. We had Caesar salad, pasta with salmon, chicken schnitzel. Caesar was absolutely terrible: incomprehensible chicken in breadcrumbs, lettuce leaves, mayonnaise sauce and all. The pasta with trout turned out to be a plate of star pasta with two small fish chickens for 45 rubles. The schnitzel was just tasteless. We were disappointed.

I came to this place for delicious and beautiful food, I love to try new items on the menu, and most importantly, my heart lies with vegan food! When I saw risotto with artichokes and strachatella on the menu, I realized that I would definitely order it. Since Risotto with strachatella is just an incredible mix, which, if properly prepared, will bring maximum gastronomic pleasure. The dish was brought, I was looking forward to it! I started trying, and realized that my expectations were not met… Unfortunately, there is only the name of the risotto here, in fact it is a bland rice porridge that tastes of milk and butter. I came to dinner, but I got breakfast.. Unfortunately, artichokes and a spoonful of strachatella could not save this dish, since the mass of pseudo rice porridge made up about 80% of the whole dish. I don't recommend even looking at this dish on the menu. The price-quality ratio is at a minimum.

After two heavy deliveries, we decided to go to a restaurant nearby (This one) .
We ordered a carpacho (sort of), a burger and something else. Burger with toast, my toast dish and my wife's as well. Now we cook ourselves at home. Perhaps it's just customary to put old bread on top of everything. I almost broke a tooth. It took the staff 10 minutes to accept the order, after 30 minutes of waiting for the order, I found out that I had to wait at least 15 minutes more. In total, the waiting time for the order turned out to be plus or minus 45 minutes, at least. The waiting time for breakfast after arriving at the cafe is approximately an hour. No one informed us in advance about the extremely long wait. In response to the claim about such a long wait, we received a response that we were warned. At the same time, I repeat, no one warned about anything. Otherwise, we would have left right away. Waiting an hour for breakfast is prohibitive. They didn't give me a high chair either, saying no. Although, I accidentally found a high chair in the toilet. In general, the service and attitude of the staff are below the baseboard. We will not go any more, although we purposefully went to Michelle. Very weak.

I hope that the negative feedback is due to the fact that we came on Sunday evening. Although such an institution should think about ensuring that the food is always in proper shape.
I ordered camembert with strawberry mousse. They brought it, but after the fact they said that they had run out of fresh fruit, and at their discretion they decided to add a second toast of bread. Replacing fruits with bread, by the way, is a so-so idea. It was worth informing the client before cooking the dish and clarifying whether it would be convenient or worth replacing the position with something else from the menu.
Camembert, by the way, was cold, the same as the toasts that were brought to it.
I had a dog with me. Ordering beef for her is a rare and pleasant case when you can take something to a pet in an institution. When I was at Michelle's in May, they brought both a bowl of water and sweets - the menu says "a gift from the institution". This time - nothing, no water, no sweets, they brought only what they ordered.
In general, it is worth considering that the quality of the kitchen and service is always good, and not only in the first couple of hours after opening.

Our company waited for its order for 40 minutes!

The order included scrambled eggs, burgers and rice porridge.
So the scrambled eggs and porridge were cooked for 40 minutes!
When asked by the waitress to hurry up, she didn't exactly apologize for the long cooking, she was rude to us, like don't serve you raw!
Cheesecakes were cooked for an hour!!!
Neither salt nor pepper were put on the table..
In general, visiting this cafe spoiled our whole impression of Belarusian restaurants.
I gave 2 stars for the fact that the dishes were still delicious, but the service is a guard!

I am still in shock from the institution. I booked a few days in advance, came with friends (7 people) from Moscow. We came on Sunday morning and sat down at the table. The menu was served to us, we decided and waited for the waiter. A girl came and said, "I want to warn you that the waiting time is FROM 50 minutes due to the heavy workload of the restaurant. So that you understand, "heavy workload" is a couple of tables for 1-2 people on the veranda and only 2 tables inside. There are 3 chefs in the open kitchen who are not in a hurry at all. Where the girl got the load from is unclear. How you can make omelets / scrambled eggs (breakfasts, in general) for more than 50 minutes is unclear. How can you not warn in advance when the table was booked almost a week in advance is unclear. In general, we were left without breakfast. I give one star for an interesting menu, even though we haven't tried it. We came to the restaurant opposite and did not regret it by the way.

It's a very cool, atmospheric place. We went to brunch, tried avocado toast (just incredibly delicious), pancakes with cheese ice cream (unusual, delicious) and pancakes (also delicious, a lot of everything and goes well together).
I also want to mention very tasty freshly squeezed juices, we drank carrot and orange, both were sweet, it immediately feels like very good oranges and carrots were used. In fact, you don't often find such delicious juices, so I was pleasantly surprised.
I also liked the service very much, the waiters are all friendly, they help each other, it's immediately noticeable. No one passes by an empty plate/glass. They cook quite quickly. Beautiful interior and pleasant atmosphere. The overall impression is very positive.
