The hotel is nice, not new in sight. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need A Solid 4*, because in Kemer they lived in 4, the level was just as good. There is a lot of food, everything is delicious, there is fish and meat, a lot of vegetables, a lot of sweets for tea, mint. The staff is friendly, they will always help you explain any question, but they don't speak much Russian. Wi-Fi is paid in the room, free in the lobby. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea, from the slide, or every hour there is a transfer from the hotel, it takes you back and forth. Every evening there is music, a program, the bar seems to be open around the clock, from the hotel 4, 2 by the pools.
A wonderful hotel, excellent conditions for recreation, caring and professional staff, excellent chefs!!!
A gorgeous beach! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel!!!
Good luck, prosperity and success in your business!!!
The hotel itself is good, the staff is excellent, polite, attentive, friendly. The rooms are quite spacious. The food is delicious and varied, there is only seafood, fish every day in any form. There is a transfer to the beach, every hour, there are no problems with places. The big disadvantage is the location. Firstly, on the mountain, there is a steep climb of 30 meters and there is nowhere to go for a walk. Animation every day. The hotel for relaxing without leaving the hotel is excellent.
Nice hotel, overall I liked everything. The food is not bad, the staff is friendly. Many people note that the location of the beach is not convenient, but it was not difficult for us to walk - not far at all. You can also stop by the store on the way. There is a bus stop nearby, it is convenient to get to the center of Alanya.
A small, cozy hotel. No kids, very tasty food, drinks seem to be normal, like everyone else's.
I liked the evening animation. The rooms are clean and cozy.
The disadvantage is the road to the beach, you have to walk.
We were with my husband in July 2024, you know, I want to come back to this hotel again and again! You won't regret it! The food is delicious, though not varied, the drinks are at the highest level, tested by our entire large company😂
The animation is great, the staff is just super, from the director to the room cleaner
Everyone is sociable and very nice🥰
Our vacation was a success thanks to this hotel
There's still a lot I want to write, but I think you've got the gist of it.😋
In July 2024, we visited the Michell Hotel. I'll say right away that I'm not thrilled.
Cons: the hotel is located 4 hours from Antalya airport, there are many residential buildings for locals in the area, there are no markets where you can shop. Upon check-in, they give out one card from the room, they settle it in a room with a bad view, if you want to change it, you need to pay $ 40-80 extra, if you're lucky. Shower gel and shampoo are not given out, a 3in1 soap dish is hanging, but three cotton pads and a shower cap were given out upon check-in, they have never been updated.
The receptionist speaks Russian alone, but is very unpleasant and rude. There is no point in communicating with the second admin in any language other than Turkish, you will not achieve anything. They show noticeable indifference to the problems of vacationers and try to openly merge if they are not interested. There is practically no animation in the hotel, only water polo is held in the pool and in the evening from 21:30 to 23:00 discos or contests. The rest of the announcements of the programs for the day are posted for the design of the stand, apparently. The animators do not want to work, they refer to the fact that the guests are not interested in the events. As a result, during the week of stay there was one charge at 11:30 ... If you are aiming for an active and more fun vacation, you are clearly not in this hotel.
The hotel does not congratulate you on your birthday in any way. The beach looks more like a wild one, entering the sea from a pier and it is better to swim in special shales, since the bottom is in huge slabs; it is supposedly fenced, but a huge number of "leftist" people come to it, apparently local. You can expect anything from them, especially from men, girls be vigilant!!! On the beach, the employee who wears mattresses is a bald man, an extremely unpleasant person, there were many reviews about him. He never brought us mattresses or set up an umbrella, there was no desire to contact him!!!
Pros: good food, quite varied, lots of desserts, but few side dishes, mostly just rice.
The rooms are cleaned quite well, daily. Towels are changed every two days, beach towels are changed daily. Many people write that it is far from the beach, it did not bother us, but in general it is not particularly normal, traffic in Turkey is very busy on the roads, it is difficult to cross the road, they never miss it. Walking through a gas station is also not very pleasant.
In general, there are few advantages to the faucet, even the basic criteria of 5* hotels are not fulfilled in the hotel, it pulls at 4*, not even a solid one.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OPTION!!!
Great hotel +16!!! The beach is super, there are few people, everyone is at the pools! The room is spacious, overlooking the mountains, the sea and the city. The food is delicious, a large selection of various dishes! We liked it!
pluses:
+ delicious food, lots of greens, vegetables and various meats, but in some "foursome" of Turkey, lunches and dinners are much more diverse;
+ friendly staff, speak both English and Russian well;
+ lots of snacks besides the main meal;
+ some rooms are very spacious and pleasant; beautiful and fresh interior.
minuses:
- very inconvenient road to the beach; you need to go down the hill on which the hotel is located, go through the gas station, then go to the underground tunnel and exit it to the beach (once an hour there is a hotel bus to the tunnel);
- bad entry into the water, a lot of sharp stones (but there is a pier with a descent into the water from the stairs);
- the feeling that the owners decided to cash in on everything; paid Wi-Fi (it is free only in the lobby); lack of shampoo and shower gel in the rooms (there is only an incomprehensible 3in1😂 slurry); paid cocktails, paid luggage weighing;
Excellent hotel18+. Nine km from Alanya. The distance from most hotels, which pleased me. The hotel is not designed to accommodate children, so the rest was quiet, calm and measured.The territory is not large, two swimming pools, hammam, massage, bars. The sea is across the street, 7 minutes on foot, but there is a minibus every hour. A beach area with sun beds and a bar. Passage to the sea, through panton, as the coastal part is rocky. Excellent, varied cuisine, friendly, friendly staff. The room is large, cozy, clean.Excellent cleaning. Excellent bed, with a good mattress, fresh linen, towels.In general, everything you need for a good rest.
We had a rest at the end of June, about the hotel in order:
1. Location. It takes about 3 hours to drive from the airport, and you can get to the center of Alanya by taxi for 300-350 liras, or by bus for 30 liras per person. There is not much place to walk nearby, migros and other supermarkets are 10 minutes away
2. Check-in. We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m., offered to improve the room for 50 €, before paying you can evaluate the room. We used this service, the room is about 60-70 squares, 4 balconies with sea views, two air conditioners, two recreation areas, on each TV. Cleaning is daily, the bar was replenished with juices and mineral water every day
3. Nutrition. The food is good, for lunch and dinner 2-3 types of chicken, fish, beef, turkey. After lunch, there is a snack bar, you can order from the menu, you can choose pizza, pita, chicken, sandwich, etc. The bar seems to be open from 10, beer and cola are normal, we haven't tried the rest, in the afternoon you can have a snack with a cake in the lobby bar, popcorn is prepared in the evening. After lunch, you can grab ice cream by the pool.
4. Beach, swimming pool. We haven't had a swim in the pool in a week, there's not much to say. It takes 10 minutes to walk calmly to the sea, and the shuttle also leaves +- the same amount. There are always enough sun beds, there is a bar on the beach in the morning and a snack bar on the menu from 12. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, at the bottom of the plate, aquashlocks are required. There have been waves all week, many people will be uncomfortable swimming, as the waves are dragging.
5. The overall impression is good, the hotel itself is new, everything is clean and beautiful. The plus of the hotel is food, minus the beach
Great hotel, location,room, restaurant,
beach.
1. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, without children-the main one + undoubtedly!!!!Built on a mountain, high from the road, the noise from cars does not interfere. The room was overlooking the garden-beauty. The room is cleaned daily. The staff is friendly.
At the reception, of course, you need to know Russian. At least 1 administrator is obliged to explain in Russian, to help Google translator in case of misunderstanding.
2. Swimming pool, sun beds, towels - everything is clean.
If you know how to talk and negotiate, then sun loungers will always be available for you. It is impossible to be an adequate and grateful person))
From 15:00 to 17:00 ice cream at the pool bar.
Cakes in the lobby bar are also available.
The coffee is very tasty despite the fact that it is from a vending machine.
3. The food is delicious, varied. There are always ready-made sets of cutlery on the tables in a separate package, salt, pepper is so in it. Wet wipes are constantly present.
Once a week, an extensive, beautiful dinner is organized for all guests (barbecue, grilled meat, fish).
Dinner at the ala'card chic restaurant (fish menu)Romance))
4. Animation! What a clever Tyamo!!! What is aquaerobics worth! He gives himself 100+% to his work!!!
A positive, cheerful guy.
In the evening, he is a stylish host of events.
Everyone is squeaking from him)))Rrrr, kwa-kwa, meow))))))
5. The beach is great. There are no extra people.The bungalows are clean, they were cleaned daily and after each visitor. Walk 5 minutes. There is also a transport, very convenient because the hotel stands on a hill. Entering the sea is not very convenient, but for those who can swim well, this is not a hindrance. It was not very important to us, we completely enjoyed the sea and the sun.
6. Entertainment-who does not have enough animation in the hotel, everything is in the center. You can get there by bus and taxi.Stops are marked with the letter "D" in addition to the official (glass) ones. You need to catch a taxi, otherwise there is a chance that they will pass by.
Funicular...disappointed. It is probably better to visit it in the daytime or before sunset. There's nothing to do there in the evening. Imho.
Restaurants located on the territory of the fortress must be booked in advance.(Hisar, Panorama, etc.)
The shawarma of the Turks is certainly on top, delicious.
They don't know how to cook sushi. Don't waste time and money.
7. Hookah $ 10 near the pool. The guys do it well, the pipes are always with ice.
* The only thing that remains a mystery is that there are no dry napkins on the tables in the restaurant! You need to ask.
In a restaurant on the beach, napkins are freely available on every table.
For us, the rest was great, we enjoyed our vacation 100%!
If you are not a picky, grumpy and eternally
dissatisfied muzzle on serious cabbage soup, then you will like everything for such money in our difficult time!
For us, it is a place where we definitely want to return.
To all who are in the subject - Rrrrr;))))))))
We were driving an ultra, but in fact 4 *. The cuisine is delicious, there are 3 bars including on the beach. The rooms are already tired, spots in places, holes in the walls, air conditioners working every other time. Animators constantly want to deliver for money. There is nothing much nearby, the beach is a 7-minute walk from the hotel and 15 from the beach (the hotel is on a hill). The views are very pleasant. The port of Alanya is not so far away, where you can climb the castle and the red tower (there is something to see, it is interesting). If you are offered to go to the castle or Cleopatra beach for money, then do not see each other, but just take the bus) it's about 15 minutes by public transport or rent a scooter, but keep in mind... They have a bad traffic situation..
A wonderful hotel, I came for the third time and I will definitely come back again. It costs its money and earns 200% of it.
Beach: there is an entrance from the shore (plate), there is a pantone with a convenient staircase.
The sea is 500 meters from the hotel.
Recently we had a rest for a week with friends at this hotel. The food on the Swedish line was varied and delicious, we tried something new every day (especially desserts). Service, 5-star staff, every employee knows his job and is very attentive to every guest. Rooms with a nice interior, comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains (if you take sea view), the maids are very attentive. The beach is 7-10 minutes from the hotel, it can be problematic, but personally I liked that there is an opportunity to walk to the sea (there is a grocery store next to the hotel on the way to the sea, which is also convenient). The atmosphere in the hotel is cheerful, I also liked the animation, we went every evening, the animators are super. Also, many thanks to the tour operator Yulia, she was in touch from the moment of purchase until the end of the trip, helped and guided in all matters.
The rest was a success!
1. A crooked tennis court with a ragged net.
There is no living place on the grid, it is torn in several places and hangs in the center barely at knee level.
2. Nutrition - whole cabbage, sliced cabbage, sliced cabbage with tomatoes, other types of cabbage. There are 1-2 normal dishes, on the 3rd day it is already impossible to eat it. Cocktails are all monotonous, cheap. It is impossible to eat cheese and sausage at all.
3. It is located on a mountain, it is long and difficult to climb from the sea. You have to go through the underpass, go through the gas station, cross the road, then climb the mountain.
It is the longest drive from Antalya airport.
4. If you need to iron a thing, prepare 4-5€ for each thing.
5. There is no Internet connection. Only near the reception, sooo slow. They charge for Wi-Fi, 14 euros for 1 device for 7 days. If it's just the two of you, cook 28 euros.
6. The bus supposedly takes you to the sea, according to the schedule. In fact, he has never been there. We waited once, the time came, nothing happened. We always walked, we never saw this bus arrive.
7. You will not be spat at at the reception. They're not trying to help you, they're just trying to drain you as quickly as possible.
8. For an additional fee, our friends were accommodated in a room with a sea view. But with a catch - on the 1st floor! To move into a more comfortable floor, they ask for more money.
9. There is a "cupcake time". They give cheap cookies without anything, which taste like they've been there for weeks.
On the plus side: normal rooms, maids and waiters work well.
Great hotel! not far from the sea, it takes about seven minutes to walk.. There is a gas station to the left of the hotel and there is an underground passage nearby. its own beach with umbrellas and sun beds. When entering the sea, be careful not to hurt your feet on the shells. The food is very tasty. The view from the room is amazing!
The hotel is 4*, but not 5*. The buffet. It is delicious, especially what is cooked on the grill. There are many different desserts. Fruits were plentiful.
You can enter the dining room only in one place and there they sell junk for euros in the corridor. Right specifically in the room in front of the dining room there are tents and touts selling garbage. You go out to eat and the touts get on your nerves. I don't even want to go wash my hands, because these beggars are standing near the toilet and asking to give them euros. This is not shown in the photos and the tour operator does not talk about it.
We were poisoned by hotel food, and were diagnosed with an acute intestinal infection. And the hotel doctor is paid, he is not included in the "ultra all inclusive".
At the reception, you need to give a baksheesh in the form of 100 bucks, otherwise they can settle with a view of the field.
The sauna on the 2nd floor is paid, they ask for a crazy 70 euros for a massage.
WiFi in the lobby is free, and wifi in the room costs again a bag of euros. As a result, we bought a Turktelecom SIM card.
There are antennas of 3 operators on the roof of the hotel: turksel, Turk telecom and vodafone. Moreover, the power of the transmitter is exceeded much higher than the permissible one. You enter the metal elevator, but the signal does not weaken. Do not keep your phone near body parts for a long time - with such transmission power, it is really dangerous.
It's a cool hotel. We hung out there with my wife for 2 weeks. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The price/quality ratio is in favor of the hotel.
The hotel is good. There are pros and cons.
Pros-there are no children, I have nothing against children, but other people's children are other people's children and they are unnerving. It's beautiful here, no one yells or screams.
The hotel is clean, the cleaning was done carefully, the bed linen was changed every other day, towels every day.
The food is good, the choice is small. The most delicious food on the beach (tantuni is just a forevor)
I was celebrating at the hotel , and they brought a gift - a cake , fruit and champagne. Nice.
The alcohol is good, you didn't get sick in the morning.
The animation is weak .
The hotel is on a hill, going up and down is such a pleasure.
The road to the beach is not comfortable, first a slide, then go through the road, then through the underground passage, the beach is clean, but the entry into the water is difficult.
The biggest disadvantage is noise insulation, if you want to sleep in silence, then you are not here, the noise from the lobby reaches the 6th floor, it feels like loud Germans are talking right at your door. They saved earplugs.
Well, the hotel itself is not big, there is nowhere to sit or walk in the evening. Close to Alanya, Alanya is beautiful.
I recommend the hotel to my friends, two couples went to it and were satisfied, but we will not return there ourselves. We want more variety in food, closer to the sea
Nice hotel, friendly staff. We lived there for 2 nights. There is aerobics in the pool during the day. Pool bar and lobby. He works in the lobby until the morning. There is plenty of food, very tasty. The rooms are comfortable, the view is very beautiful. But the nights are very loud. Songs from the lobby, even with a closed balcony, interfere with sleep. We did not get to the beach of this hotel, there is nothing to share from the impressions
A great hotel for those who do not want to hear the screams of children and their mothers! When the settlement was offered a room with a sea view for $ 50, we did not agree, we were given a room on the ground floor, just great, you do not need to go far, you do not need to wait for an elevator, so if you are offered a room on the 1st floor, agree.
My husband and I were delighted, great food, lots of meat, fish every day and a lot of greens, fruits apples, pears bananas, watermelons.
Ice cream is unlimited every day.
The alcohol is Turkish, the service is excellent, there are a lot of employees who are ready to help, speak Russian and English.
Russian Russians, Germans and Poles are the main guests of the hotel, there is no problem that we are Russians, we all talked and hung out together, there are a lot of young people, but this is in season.
Animation is not stressful, if you want to get acquainted, participate in hotel events, yoga and darts in the morning, then just cool music, and not only Polish, as someone wrote in the reviews, then aqua aerobics, water polo and shows in the evening, almost every day, the guys take you to clubs in Alanya, if there are few parties in hotels, Please go ahead, hang out further, they pick you up and bring you back around 3 a.m.
Sunday is animation's day off, so it's a quiet day.
The sea is 7 minutes across the road, back to the hill, it didn't bother us, it's always cool to walk, there is a minibus to the sea, but we didn't use it.
Alanya is very close, there is a bus stop near the crossing to the sea, it takes 20 minutes to drive, the cost is 60 lira for two, the money was changed from our guide at the hotel.
We went to the fortress in the city, for those who like to see the sights, ask them to stop at Cleopatra beach on the bus, and there is a fortress nearby, we downloaded maps me and moved offline around the city. A shopping mall without brands, you don't have to waste time.
In principle, it's not bad, but all additional services are for euros. The food is different and there is a lot , everything is clean, the service is not bad.
A wonderful hotel. The staff is very polite, many people understand Russian. The food is at the highest level, every day a different assortment. Sandy and pebble beach , the sea is very clean. We will definitely return to this place
I was at this hotel at the end of the season. The impression of the hotel is twofold. There are both positive and negative aspects. The hotel is located in the Kestel district. There is no tourist infrastructure around at all. It takes 20 minutes to get to the city center, where life is in full swing, by bus, or by taxi. The composition of the tourists is international (Germans, Poles, Scandinavians, British, Turks and a few Russians). Everyone is without excesses, everyone smiles sweetly at each other. The hotel itself is generally not bad, but it is clearly not a 5*. The rooms are quite spacious with large balconies and beautiful views (it does not matter where the windows face the sea or the mountains), the hotel stands on an elevation. There are no soap and soap accessories in the bathroom, to be more precise, they are present, but this is clearly not level 5*. Shampoo, shower gel in one bottle in a dispenser. The absence of toothpaste, toothbrushes, ear sticks. It's good that at least there are small pieces of soap. There are no bathrobes, only two towels per person, although for the beach you can take towels at the spa center according to the hotel card. There is very little water pressure throughout the rest. They complained, promised to fix it, but they didn't do anything. There is a free safe in the room, there is a kettle and tea bags and instant coffee (brrrr). WiFi is only available in the hotel lobby, in the room for a fee. There are a couple of channels on TV in Russian.There are two pools, but they are not heated, the water is icy. The territory is small, but this is a city hotel, so no complaints. The food is normal, although in the last three days before the closure of the hotel, the assortment was cut. You can order decent Turkish coffee at the bar in the lobby, the local alcohol is terrible, imported extra for an additional fee, but we don't drink, so it doesn't matter to us.In the evening, there are themed performances by invited artists (well, such a thing) and a disco by the pool with a bar. The beach is TWO roads away, but there is a shuttle service to it, we have not used it once. The beach itself is pebbly, sun beds, umbrellas(free of charge). There is a beach bar where you can have a snack if you are too lazy to go to the hotel for lunch. Beer, wine, cola, tea, coffee (but not in Turkish).Entering the sea from the shore is terrible, but there is a ramp with a steep staircase (also not the best option). The bottom is large rocks and rocks, I cut my toe, so I recommend having aquashouses. Near the beach of the hotel there is a more or less normal approach 50 meters to the right, but it still does not compare with Cleopatra Beach. If you want to have fun or go shopping, then it's to the city center or to the Mahmutlar neighborhood next door by bus. In general, such is the "oil painting". I definitely can't recommend it, everyone has their own. But I'm definitely not going here anymore.

August 20
Great hotel!!! I have been choosing for a very long time, I advise you to watch video reviews of this hotel and draw your own conclusions, rather than read reviews, half of which are negative.
The food is great, we are not some kind of overeager people, we liked everything, there were different fish, chicken, turkey, beef, grilled, a lot of snacks, salads. We were in May, so there were only oranges, apples, bananas from fruits, then they began to give watermelon. Our friends who have visited cool hotels where every evening there was a cuisine of a certain country did not appreciate the food here. But once again we liked everything, it was diverse, we didn't get tired of it in 2 weeks. The ala kart restaurant is the same restaurant where you eat breakfast/lunch/dinner only not indoors, but outdoors) You eat the same food that is served in the hall, but the waiter brings it to you. In general, do not waste time, because you also need to sign up there.
Animation is just a delight! Every evening there was a disco/karaoke/dancers/singers/DJs. Music plays all day around the pool. The animators are great fellows, all the entertainment around the pool, sometimes there was volleyball at sea.
The rooms are good, everything is clean, the cleaning was done every other day, if anything was asked to be cleaned. We were first placed on the 2nd floor in a room above the reception with a view of the backyard (it is considered a quiet room) and the first night we did not sleep because people were talking downstairs (there is a 24-hour bar nearby). On day 2, we moved for a fee to the 5th floor in the far wing and it was calm and quiet there, but during the 2 weeks of vacation, the lock in the door broke 6 times and each time we had to run to the reception to ask to fix it and each time it broke again. This is a fat minus, which was inconvenient and it was very unpleasant that the staff said that this was normal and we were not the only ones. In general, we were just unlucky in this regard. There are also rooms overlooking the pool and the sea, very beautiful, but you will not sleep there because it is noisy because of the music by the pool from morning until 12 at night.
There are many Russians, Poles and Germans in the hotel. There are a lot of young people and older people. But everyone is friendly, they say hello all the time.
The beach is pebbly with sand, a good approach is in the rightmost part of the beach after the tennis court and the bar, there is sand both when entering and in the water. On pantone, I did not like the approach, because you go straight down to the plates, they are slippery. The approach on the left is also bad, many have cut their legs, do not even try to enter there. The deck chairs are not very comfortable, because the backrest does not rise, but mattresses lie on them, softly.
There is a creamy liqueur like belis in the bar, we found out about it at the very end of the vacation. The cocktails are tasteless. Sambuca was given 2 times at dinner.
The hotel has no territory, there are no shops nearby, there is nowhere to walk. We went to Alanya to the nomadic market and just go shopping, you can also buy souvenirs, clothes and excursions 2-3 times lower than the guide.
We went to the water park, we really liked it, we managed to get through everything there, go everywhere, but in May there weren't so many people. They took food there with them, left it on the bus, and carried a 1.5 liter bottle of water under towels into the territory. At the entrance there is a search of things, so be careful, they can withdraw water. My friends went to the hammam, I didn't like it. But I really liked the hammam with massage at the hotel.
At the market, they took teas, polo for her husband, coffee (tasteless), creams, and gift sets of sweets. We took the bus or walked, it's a bit far, but at least some physical activity. By the way, the hotel is located on a hill, but a minibus goes to the beach and back at a certain time. We went there ourselves, drove back.
The hotel is gorgeous, the food is too, but mostly the Germans rested there, in the evening it was a bit boring after 24:00.The beach is normal, but the entry into the sea is terrible, there was not even a desire to swim, it was decent to walk to the beach, especially back uphill, although there were buses from the hotel to the beach and back.There are free drinks, burgers, French fries on the beach.In general, I liked everything, but at night to take a walk you need to go to the city center, and the hotel is sick, not for fans of parties
We stayed at the hotel for a few days, then we had to look for another one
It doesn't pull for a five, the territory is small, there is nothing except the pool. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. There is nothing for hygiene in the rooms.
The food is for 4, very small and monotonous
Wi-Fi is free only at the reception, and so you have to pay, and for all guests who are in the room
The staff does not speak Russian and not even everything is in English, it was problematic to find out anything
It's 10 minutes to the sea, across the street, it's impossible to swim, the entry into the sea is terrible, we went out with scratched feet, everything is covered in slabs.
There was nothing of entertainment, quiet music during the day by the pool, a disco in the evening, but there is no territory, there is no place to dance, there is little free alcohol, you need to pay, there are practically no Russians.
You need to come to this hotel only to go on excursions and to different places, the hotel is boring!
We flew to this hotel to relax in July together with a girl. The hotel is 5/5. We got exactly what we wanted: 16+ without children, high level of service, varied and high-quality, delicious food.
The rooms are simply top-notch, clean and tidy, nothing is worn out anywhere. It seems that the hotel was built a couple of years ago. There are no questions about the drinks that are included, you can drink. The assortment includes alcoholic beverages for sale in euros, rubles, lira (do not expect a low price).
Free Wi-Fi, which is stable in the reception area. If you want to be everywhere and always in touch with your loved ones on the territory of the hotel, then I recommend taking paid Wi-Fi for 7 euros for 3 days. It even works on the beach by the sea (500m from the hotel). The speed is decent (depending on which phone you have). There are no problems on the iPhone XR and iPhone 11, everything loads quickly and you can make calls via video communication without loss.
The hotel has a very large number of foreign guests: Turks, Finns, Australians, Germans, Poles, Danes, etc.
This is not surprising, because the main focus of the hotel is on these guests (but Russians are not forgotten and treated no worse).
Based on recent events in the world, no one was angry at us in any way or said anything. I didn't try to sort things out, etc.
Of the cons, I think it's only a long delivery from the airport to the hotel, but the wait is justified.
WE RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE! Are you chasing after the quality and level of service? This is the hotel for you.
A wonderful place! Wok is just a fairy tale, and what a masterpiece Tom yam is!❤❤❤❤❤It's tastier than I've ever tasted! Friendly staff! Arthur is a fire chef! 🔥🔥🔥Insanely delicious drinks! Misha, The guys are heartily rooting for their cause! Come and you won't regret it once! Irina Lezhneva recommends "Fishka overseas"❤
The hotel does not pull for 5!Good staff , delicious but monotonous food .There are almost no fruits at all in the morning there are apples, pomegranates, grapes and that's it!Alcoholic beer and wine are dry .The bed linen is in the hole.There are no irons in the rooms and to iron a thing is 1 euro , there are no cosmetics , soap and other accessories , there are not even slippers for customers .It's not very far to the sea, but the road passes either through a dirty gas station or a very dirty underpass.Wi-Fi is paid, the sun beds are very old on the beach.The view from the room was very pleasing and the food was delicious .And most of all I liked the masseur Misha, he just has golden hands.I put all the bones in place and for his sake we would return with pleasure with my husband again and this is a huge plus....

We had a rest in October 2022. Good hotel, solid 5. Food, drinks are almost 24*7. If you arrive at night, then everything is thought out, there is food for midnighters. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily.There is a safe.The attitude of the staff is friendly, attentive, and even. A large number of foreign guests. The SPA area deserves special attention. The very gold of the hotel is located there. And not because there is a good gym, sauna and hammam, but professional massage therapists. I would especially like to mention Mihrabi (Uncle Misha, that's how he appears to Russians) is a fantastic masseur, just from God! In 7 sessions, he got rid of headaches due to clamps and hernia in the collar area. A professional of the highest class and just a good, kind person. If you have problems with your spine, joints and you want not only to relax but also to do a little bit of health - you are here!

The hotel is great, but unfortunately the descent and entrance to the slide are difficult in the heat. The food was delicious. Cleaning every day is optional. The air conditioner was working properly!
We came here for a week with my husband.
The hotel is located a 3-hour drive from Antalya Airport.
The staff is very friendly.
The food is fresh, delicious, but there is little choice.
It's a little short of a 5-star hotel. There are no hooks in the bathroom, no bathrobes, and the Internet is not working well. You can't log in from your phone and computer at once. You need to get out of some kind of device.
It is very noisy in the rooms, because the hotel is located right by the roadway.
Roosters are singing under the windows)))) someone's private house will say goodbye nearby.
The hotel is very good, but comparing with other hotels there is something that can be done better.
I liked everything except the beach worker Hassan, and the fact that there is no shampoo gel in the room

In general, I liked everything, I recommend the hotel. We spent 7 days in it. I will list all the pros and cons.
Positive:
-modern hotel, pleasant lobby, rooms
-the staff is moderately polite, friendly, solve all problems that arise. Checked in an hour earlier in a nice room with sea and mountain views;
- delicious food;
- bar by the beach, in the lobby and by the sea;
- there is a supermarket near the hotel;
-excellent relatively inexpensive hookah
Minuses:
-the pool (two) closes early in the evening and is not open until the morning;
-cocktails at the bar get boring quickly, primitive and sweet, but, in our opinion, a very good wine;
-there are few hygiene items in the room.
About the sea separately:
Access to the sea is really very limited due to the plates, but we were satisfied because we managed to avoid strong waves, so it was not a big problem for us. If you like soft sand, then the hotel is not for you. But there are always few people on the beach and nearby territories, it gives the impression of a wild beach (bananas, jet skaters come on request).
I recommend the hotel 100%
Hotel fire🔥
Food, drinks, service, staff, entertainment - everything is great. The location is also convenient, 7-10 minutes walk to the sea.

We had a vacation with my wife for the second time.
I'll start from the beginning.
You are greeted by very nice receptionists, a girl Amina and a young man Fatih. They speak Russian well, and not only that. They will always tell you, they will always help, they will not leave you without attention. Let's move on. Yersin, who will help you carry your bags and is quite good at using the Russian language. He will also not leave you without attention and will always help. The rooms are wonderful, clean and with working air conditioning (hit the heat +42, thank you for the cold in the room), the sea view is incredibly beautiful. I would like to open my eyes all my life with such a view👍
The most pleasant thing... That's right, how they feed here. For 12 nights it was not possible to try all the sweets, there are no complaints about them😃 grill for dinner, it's just something with something. I felt sorry for them in this heat, but the food is impeccable again. Chefs deserve respect. The food was all great, I took meat, vegetables and fish, I didn't want anything else. 5+ out of 5
Next...
animators... Alina, Thomas, Alfie, Khan! Yes, you are my good ones, I will miss them) Thomas is like an eternal battery that I was looking for, but I couldn't find 😃 Alina does excellent charging in the morning... Yes, well done.
Let's move on...
here's the most interesting thing, the bar😇
There are a lot of guys, I couldn't remember all of them, I hope they will excuse me, they pour everything very quickly and beautifully, they will cheer up if necessary, they can.........rum cola is my everything.....
Well, of course the beach.
Yes, not sand, but the store sells special coral slippers, not expensive, and you will be happy... The whole sea of fish is literally😃👍
Hassan is the main one on the beach, he will put an umbrella, tell you everything, help everyone, as he has already become a native.
There is a bar, and the snacks are great... Tantuni, I'll come back for you!
Well, basically everything, I wrote about the most important thing.
We'll probably come back a third time.😇

We returned from the Mishell Hotel at night. Full of excitement and buzz! Flights without delays (biblioglobus). We settled earlier without any problems ! The rooms are spacious, cleaned every day, towels were changed every other day, the bed was changed 2 times in 10 days! The 16+ concept is a megaclass!!! I'm squealing with delight! The pools are clean, the territory is too ! There is a main pool (with a bar, music, soft comfortable sun beds, even sofas). There is a swimming pool on the entrance side with soft sun beds with curtains for a quiet and relaxing stay. Dolmusha (their minibus) goes to the sea, but we used it only once, walked, and after breakfast it was the most exciting walk! With such a variety of food and even so delicious!!!!! Walk for 7 minutes at a leisurely pace. There is a bar on the beach, drinks are brought, dishes are immediately collected, the staff is 5+! You can also eat there if you do not want to go to the hotel. There is a small section of the entrance to the sea with a sand, you need to find it on arrival and then there are no problems with entering! The toilets on the beach are clean! For me, this is number one, everything is clean and comfortable! In general, we returned so satisfied that we have thoughts of returning to this hotel! Special thanks to our Travel agent Julia and the waiter of the Mishell hotel restaurant Ramadan. A wonderful man , a professional and just a sincere guy ! Rest for 5+ , despite the fact that there are no declared ultra all inclusive here , everything is on the level, because we have something to compare with !
We had a rest in September at this hotel. We expected more. Unfortunately, the expectation and reality did not match. The staff does not speak Russian, it was just a quest to explain something to them. And not everyone speaks English well. I didn't like the beach, because it takes about 15 minutes to walk to it in the heat and through several lanes where there is constant traffic. The entrance to the sea is also very problematic, you can get hurt very easily, since some stones instead of sand ((( The transfer to the beach seemed to go, but not often. After checking into the hotel, we were wildly surprised that there were no hygiene products. This obviously does not pull at a 5* ultra all inclusive hotel. The food is so-so, the desserts are monotonous and not tasty. When we took the tickets, we were told that ultra all inclusive would include all cocktails and elite ones too, in fact we were told to pay for them! Of the positive aspects, only the spa is cool, we also liked the territory of the hotel itself: the bassik and the bar. Therefore, 2 stars. For such money (believe me, a lot) we definitely do not recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel.For people who like peace of mind, you are here.Friendly staff,delicious food,grilled meat and fish every day,fish dinner once a week.Where there were crayfish, squid, fish baked in lemon.The only drawback is the beach, it hurts to go down to the sea, you can cut yourself.I advise you to swim in slippers.The sea is clear, the glasses are immediately removed from the beach after you.
More of a four than a five. The food is delicious, the rooms are fresh, the spa area is missing: the smell of mold is constant in the batch, but there is also a sauna and that's it.
It's not close to the sea.
The hotel will no longer be for a beach holiday, but for a stopover while traveling by car.
