4 I put it for the beach and the road to it! Many people write about climbing when you walk from the beach along it, indeed, it is very uncomfortable and difficult to walk, especially with my weight, besides after swimming in the sea! from the beach to the hotel you have to go through a gas station, two roads! Going down and up into the underpass is another quest, not all guests find it on foot the first time. There is a transfer to the sea, and a schedule, but like everything in Turkey, you do not always need to trust what is written. It's good for me to walk, I enjoyed it until the crazy heat started in the afternoon, I can't even imagine how people overcome it all in August!! The beach is rocky, you need slippers to enter, otherwise, it's just suffering, not swimming! No one particularly cleans the beach, or rather they clean it in the area of sun beds and a bar, and bottles and masks are lying closer to the sea (covid punished us in this too). According to the hotel: a small area, a small pool, the view from the balconies is so-so (. The pool always has very loud music or noisy company. I liked the hotel only in the "no children" format. Food is like everywhere else, I do not go to eat, it is important for me to have fresh vegetables and products, and they have always been there.
The hotel is beautiful. But they put me in a room with a view of the garbage dump. The sea is far away. Round-the-clock food, yes. In general, my vacation is completely ruined. I can eat at home and swim in the pool. By the way, the pool is always cold in the hotel. Sorry.
We DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
Usually people share their impressions in two cases: either the vacation exceeded expectations, and it is a complete delight, or, as in our case, complete disappointment and a feeling that money has been wasted.
During the whole vacation, only one thought came to mind - be sure to leave a review for the MICHELLE 5* ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE hotel! It's a pity the Internet allowed this to be done only upon arrival home.
A living example of expectation / reality. We went with full confidence to get an ultra all-inclusive package vacation, as the MICHELLE hotel positions itself, delicious food, tranquility, sea-sun-beach. This is our third vacation during the pandemic in 5* and 5* ultra all inclusive hotels, so there is something to compare.
The first thing you should pay attention to is that you will have to get from the airport for at least 3-4 hours, until vacationers are transported along the way in all corners of 4 * hotels, you will not get to the hotel. There is no individual transfer from the airport to the hotel, for the comfort of vacationers, as should be provided by the 5* ultra all inclusive concept, here.
To begin with, they settled us in a room on the fifth floor almost 2 hours after arrival, the hotel as a whole with a view of an abandoned construction site, where noisy work is going on in the morning, which is unlikely to give you a good night's sleep. The other side of the hotel looks at the roadway, from where you can see the sea.
And now about 5 stars for purity:
Of the advantages: good (quiet) Relax pool, shoreline bar, modern style furniture, no small children, relatively quiet. Give the hotel a 3* star category and all questions will disappear.
About the cons!
1. Let's start right at the entrance to the hotel. A "small slide", in reality at an angle of almost 45 degrees, 150-200 meters long, along which you will go down and up every day to get to the "beach".
2. THE BEACH! You can get there on foot or by hotel shuttle, but it often goes off schedule. Walk for 15 minutes, running across a busy road to the gas station, then, after passing the gas station, you go down into a stripped underground concrete passage, and exit to the beach... But there is no Beach in principle! The territory is not well maintained (sand is not cleaned, cigarette butts, leftovers). There are 4-5 rows of sun beds far enough from the entrance to the sea (40-50 m), there is a bar. It is impossible to enter the sea without a pier. In the first run, all the heels were cut. Strangers enter the territory, there are no fences, they lay out their towels and sunbathe (they are kicked out, but it's unpleasant, there are no cameras, the territory is not fenced, there is no sense of confidence that personal belongings are safe) In general, the beach has complete anti-sanitary conditions for vacationers, 7 bungalows that are on the beach in poor condition with a shabby appearance. The food at the snack bar on the beach is not very fresh, with a meager selection, drinks at the bar are also in a limited assortment.
3. ABOUT FOOD. It cannot be called a restaurant (upon check-in, even the hotel employee called it a dining room). Powdered mashed potatoes, yupi, French fries, nuggets, beef patties (preparation for a burger), sausages. Bread is not always fresh. Monotonous, without haute cuisine and interesting dishes. The choice of food is very small, the dishes are not appetizing, they often went hungry. If some dish is over during the meal, then it will not be updated, like finish what's left. There was never any meat, beef at all, mostly chicken and turkey, or some kind of cutlets, it is not clear what they are made of. Lunch is something that was not finished for dinner (casserole from yesterday's pasta, mixed salads). The bars are open until 00:00. After that, the lights are also turned off even in the lobby. In the lobby, the bartenders are constantly busy in the nook washing dishes, which is why they constantly had to wait for them to finish.
4. ABOUT CLEANLINESS. The dishes are dirty, sometimes with stains, sometimes with chips. The glasses are all worn, coffee cups have to be chosen, every second one is stained, crumbs from past gatherings on the tables, stains from glasses on the tables in the lobby… It's not 5* stars!
5. ABOUT THE STATE OF THINGS. Beach towels are torn, they are changed every 2 days, and then if there are clean ones in the period from 8 to 19:00, if you did not have time or the towels ran out, you carry the wet ones to your room.
6. ABOUT THE TERRITORY. At the entrance to the hotel there is one bench in the parking lot for a bus with tourists, perhaps everything. A tennis and golf course, 2 swimming pools, one of which flows into the restaurant, tables are adjacent to the sun loungers, a very small area inside. If you want to take a walk, then only after overcoming the slide will you find a small life in the form of a gas station with a market and a bus stop. By bus you can get to the center of Alanya (15-20 min) 3 lira per person.
There is a hotel bar on the beach, but it cannot be called a hotel beach!
To sum up, our verdict IS THAT we DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Unjustified 5* stars.
Leaving the rooms, the air conditioning does not work on the floors of the hotel, there is also no ventilation in the elevator, until you go down or go up to the room you will sweat 100 times. The Internet is very bad and constant authorization, you can only catch a pair of antennas on the head of a reception desk employee, which is extremely strange for the concept of 5* ultra all inclusive. During the holiday period, my husband had a birthday, there was no compliment from the hotel, in the form of dessert, which are not few during the meal or a bottle of the cheapest wine that pours in buckets at the bar. In general, the rest was not what was expected, the price for staying in a hotel with such conditions was clearly too high. Once again, I remind you that there is something to compare a vacation with according to the concept of 5* ultra all inclusive. We met some vacationers from Russia and not only at the hotel, their opinions about the hotel are the same as ours.
It is suitable for the option of "spending the night", not to rest in this place, and not for such money!
The hotel has a 16+ concept, which is very pleasing. Good cuisine, decent bar, adequate staff. Two swimming pools plus a private pontoon on the beach. The beach is a 10-minute walk away or by bus from the hotel. The spa treatments and massages are excellent. The rooms are clean and new.
Perhaps the only relative disadvantages are the weak animation and the concept of A la Carte.
It is suitable for a relaxing beach and bar holiday.
We had a rest in October 2019. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and courteous. But I didn't really like the food. And it's still a long way to the sea on foot
Sanatorium for pensioners. We thought +18 would be fun, but we were very wrong. There is no entertainment, no shops around either. A good spa is the only place worth visiting in this hotel. For the spa 1 star and the second for the nice and clean rooms. It stands on the outskirts, surrounded by cottages for locals. We took a speaker with us, a guard ran after us and asked us to make it quieter, although the time was 17:00, and the sound was not full. During the week, the disco on the 2nd floor was 2 times, and so until 11 and everyone slept. Cognac is diluted, once I got pepper with a caterpillar), the food is monotonous, but delicious, a lot of greens and vegetables, baking is the same every evening. There has never been anything from the sea of products. There is always a "night" soup and some meat and salad. The entrance to the sea by pontoon, the beach bar is normal, beer and wine are normal, the cleaner on the beach poked at the glasses several times to clean up after themselves and not in a very friendly way. As soon as you get up, the mattress immediately takes away from the chaise longue, the first time I've seen this.I definitely won't go to this hotel anymore.
Great hotel, we really liked it. It is located near Alanya, by bus you can get to the city in 15 minutes. It may not be suitable for fans of the first line, since you have to walk to the beach for 5-10 minutes, or by shuttle, which runs every half hour, but this did not bother us at all. The hotel is quite new, the rooms are on fire. Everything was fine with the food, too, we didn't go to the hotel for lunch, we had lunch at the beach bar, as we hung out at the sea all day. This is a spa hotel, so bath lovers should also like everything (after the beach, it's a pleasure to hang out in the steam rooms for an hour). Disco lovers will also have a place to roam, discos are held three times a week. In general, I give the hotel a solid five, most likely I will return there again.)
A wonderful hotel, the staff is polite, always ready to help, Especially I would like to mention Musa (in Russian, you can just say Misha). He is a very responsive, polite and very nice guy! He will tell you everything, show you, explain. Just great! This is a big plus for the hotel! The chefs in the restaurant are also on top - they cook wonderful dishes. A small minus for the hotel is the beach (pebbles) But in principle, you can enjoy your vacation anyway, the hotel itself is ready for this. I advise you to definitely visit this wonderful hotel!
It does not even reach 3 stars, I do not recommend it
The beach is like a garbage dump
There is no shampoo, no shower gel (the cheapest soap with a dispenser for everything)
Hotel for 3+
Beach : 1 terrible rocky beach where I cut my legs.
The attitude towards the guests is terrible, after I cut myself on this beach, bled, none of the medical staff provided help, I had to turn to Anna, who works at the spa!!! If it wasn't for Anna, it would have been very bad!
The only advantage of this hotel is the spa center and its staff!
No one speaks Russian!!!!
I constantly return to this gorgeous, beloved, crystal Spa hotel!!! Because I fell in love with him! I often rest in different countries, and there are favorite hotels everywhere! Cozy room, clean sea, good food, polite staff!!!
Positive: beautiful new premises, courteous staff, perfect food and bar, swimming pools and SPA at the highest level, 5 minutes from Alanya
Cons: the entrance to the sea is dangerous, you can cut yourself on some mineral plates, only a few of the staff speak Russian, but this is not a minus, because you need to know English yourself.
In general words, a fat plus, the best place where you were with your wife
My husband and I have just arrived from a vacation at Michelle's hotel. To be honest, I was not impressed. Although the hotel is new, everything in the rooms is already falling off (especially in the bathroom). The audibility is 100%. Russian tourists are not treated the same as Germans, it is visible to the naked eye. Room cleaning starts at 13 o'clock, when people just want to take a nap, here on those from under the bed, we came to clean. There's a dress code for dinner, they don't let you in a T-shirt and shorts, but if you're German, then come in naked, no one will say a word to you. The staff hardly speaks Russian, it's good that there is a translator on the phone. Wi-fi catches only on the balcony and on the beach. Can a 5-star hotel afford such "little things"?
I'll give you a five for the price-quality ratio. Departure 🛫 05.10.19 for 9 nights 70000 standard rooms for two. Nutrition 4 :meat , beef always and so on , fish is not very bad, I did not find the seafood stated in the reviews, I looked for it badly, perhaps. And most importantly, there are no queues. This is +. The sea 🌊 guys 3 :there is no entry, the pier is not an attraction for everyone, of the advantages there are always places on the sun beds. Bar 3. Swimming pool 4: there are plenty of places. Numbers 2: they don't look bad, but audibility is when sitting on a push you don't understand who farted you or a neighbor. Animation 2. Evening Shows 4. In general, the filling in bar 5 is very good. And of course, a large number of beauties, including those who are not married, will turn out to be the most important factor for hotel visitors. Write me any questions. Good luck to everyone.Yes, we have been to Turkey 7 times, so you understand .
Comfortable rooms, tower service, the food is very tasty. The only thing I didn't like was a little animation and a night disco, there are no foam parties. But this is a relax hotel, so who wants a relaxing holiday here
The hotel is very poorly located. The feeling that you are in a field with grass and a construction site at the same time. The bottom of the sea on the beach is solidified lava. A lot of bumps. It is very easy to get injured. The food is just disgusting . It's not tasty and it's not enough. There are a lot of cats that are brought to tables and eat from plates. The lobby resembles hotels in the 60s...the gloomy and tasteless is left. Of the positive, perhaps, only the clean and well-equipped rooms
One of the best hotels in which my husband and I rested. The Greek Mitsis, the Egyptian Citadel, the Major Africana in Tunisia... Michelle has never been worse, and in some ways even better. Very clean, very decent restaurant, good quality fruits. Very thoughtful ergonomics. With a full hotel, there are always empty seats in the restaurant, on the beach and by the pool. Yes, an unimportant entrance to the sea, but there is a convenient Pantone and, moreover, a large distance between the rows and you can always be in the shade or in the sun (who needs what). And most importantly, THERE are NO CHILDREN!!! A respectable vacation for the elderly.
The hotel is quiet, the animation is there, but weak. We were chasing relaxation, and we got it. The only drawback is the road to the sea, and the entrance to the sea itself. And the hotel does everything to ensure that they do not exist either. A minibus runs to the sea every half hour, and the entrance to the sea is from pantone. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean. WiFi on 4. As it often flew out. And he had to re-enter the passport and room data.
A very great hotel. The service is above the class .I am very pleased. Thanks to the person who is very kind to everyone. Thanks to Emrah and Merv khanim.
This is a great place (for me personally)! It's a good hotel, but the territory is very small, and you can stomp across the road to the sea... But it turned out to be a fabulous place for me))
The hotel is excellent, the service is excellent, the cuisine is varied and everything is also very tasty.

+ a huge variety of food, approach to the client, everything is beautiful.
- the sienas between the rooms are very thin, the audibility is 100% if you eat to sleep, then this will not work.
Good food, room cleaning and the rooms themselves are on the level. The entrance to the sea is rocky and very unpleasant, and the artificial pontoon on the waves is very shaky.
There are problems with temperature fluctuations of tap water, alcohol and its quality is very dependent on the bartender.
Hurray! I paid for a tour to this hotel for May 2020. I'm looking forward to the trip, I hope it won't be worse than this year. And it was wonderful. Happy New year!
