There was a terribly flexible schedule that killed the central nervous system - I really wanted free time and planned. The bosses set the plan as they wanted and the bosses considered the implementation of the plan as they wanted. We had to recycle often and mostly these refineries were long in time - 12 hours. They were often placed unexpectedly. it's time for you to go home, but the boss came up and said that you need to work for another 4 hours because you need to make a plan. Not every Saturday was a day off. Everything also depended on the number of orders. Therefore, my conclusion is that the attitude of the authorities towards the workers at the factory was more inadequate. Unfortunately, my impression is that Horizon-Medea is going through hard times (although TVs and microwaves are not bad). I just wasted my time. It is a pity that businesses are getting worse. It is not desirable for me to work in factories because of attention problems related to psycho-neurology, but it was a complete horror for me. It was very hard.
