I came with a problem — white smoke from the chimney. He described the situation and the behavior of the car. They started attributing everything in a row: injectors, chain, engine. Moreover, the engine was almost killed at the diagnostic stage.
My requests not to load it were answered: "It's better to let him die here than somewhere on the road! We're not magicians!"
But it probably did not occur to them to assume that the problem was not in the engine. We agreed to start small. Diagnostics showed a malfunction of one nozzle. Why they took me to check all 4 is unclear. Well, we checked it out. Everything is fine.
Then they said that these were not injectors, which means the engine. They can't do anything else. I was told to prepare a "column" or a new engine. And with each call, the amount for repairs increased. It has reached 10,000 bel. rubles. And this is only for the work of installing the engine, if it is replaced.
Then they said that antifreeze was going into the engine. Then it's not antifreeze anymore, but oil.
As a result, I went to pick up the car out of harm's way. I paid 300 rubles for the services "I didn't understand anything specifically", "the source of the breakdown was not revealed".
In the neighboring service station, the problem was found quickly and eliminated for reasonable money without "riding on the ears" and "pointing to the sky".
And regarding the phrase "we are not magicians", I want to wish the specialists of this service station to be treated by the same doctors who will respond to them in the same format.
Paying attention to this service station is wasting time and money! We are from St. Petersburg, we came to pick up our son from his grandmother's summer vacation. In the evening, our car stalled in Vitebsk. In the morning, the car started up, but it was scary to go back to St. Petersburg without visiting the service station. Because it was Saturday, unfortunately not all service stations work or can see the car, and we had only 1 day. We found this HUNDRED. They applied. They measured the pressure in the fuel tank and made a computer diagnosis. The problem was never found. Qualified assistance and advice were not provided. And at the same time, they charged 70 rubles for their services. For what??? We lost time, we didn't find the problem in the car, but at the same time we paid 70 rubles for not helping us! I recommend thinking carefully before contacting this service station for help!

После ремонта бензиновый двигатель стал работать как дизель, неравномерно, через 10 минут загорелась лампочка "Ошибка двигателя" и обороты совсем стали проваливаться. Я позвонила ребятам, они сказали: "Ну мы же не волшебники, привозите на эвакуаторе, послезавтра будем смотреть". За ремонт с запчастью отдала 763р, в итоге ехать невозможно. Больше туда никогда не поеду, и друзьям не посоветую.

As a result, 40 rubles were demanded for nothing done and a broken bolt. Another time I turned to this service station with a banal replacement of brake discs and pads in a circle. As in the first case, I drove the car as agreed by appointment to the opening. I took it only closer to the closing of the service station, they changed it all day long. Well, okay, this is just the beginning of the story. It so happened that I had to go on a business trip for 1.5 months, and upon arrival, the time came (the car did not travel more than 2000 km during this time). Upon arriving at the service station, I do not pass it due to a malfunction of the braking system. Immediately after that, I go to a specialized service station, where I am given the conclusion that the brake discs and pads are installed in violation of the technological process, as a result of which both discs and pads are damaged, the dust cover on the rear caliper is torn, the moving elements of the calipers are not lubricated, the wheel hubs are not cleaned when installing new discs and much more. As a result, after their repair, the car had to be repaired anew. So if you want your car to drive, avoid this one hundred percent. Not only do they not do it, they also break it. The most finished service station in our city.

Since the car is constantly needed, and there was no time to study, I agreed. I took the car and went to repair the air conditioner, after replacing the compressor, the air conditioner did not work. Since the tension did not come to him. A very high-quality repair for 600 rubles.
As a result, 600 rubles were stripped off for the work and it was done in one place, part of the wiring remained inoperable. I do not recommend using this service even if everyone else is busy. If you want to lose money and stay with a broken car, contact them. They are aces in this. As well as the company in which I work and the fleet of which was serviced at this service station was there the last time.
I will add to the workshop's response. 500 rubles was said for the diagnosis and you take it in disassembled condition. The compressor with the clutch was replaced at another service station and they did not work because the damaged wiring was not repaired properly. There was a melted fuse and an open circuit, which I successfully repaired not at your service station. And in general, the question as to the specialists, why repair it for such an amount when it costs 80-100 rubles? I will answer for you, a clean divorce for money.

Where, during a conversation without looking into the car, he began to say that in the car you need to do the same thing on the other wheel, and so on. I tell him. So why don't your specialists talk about it over the phone. You didn't see the car inside. But the fact that she is 93 years old, you understand what and where she is pulling. As a result, I took the car from the service station with a piece of paper with faulty brakes. I went to another service station, where they changed everything I need on the right wheel for 50 rubles.
There is one conclusion, not only can they not do what they are asked for, they also stupidly pull out money for repairs.
