Judging by the reviews, the problem here is permanent and the manager replies that "it's necessary." There were always long queues at the ticket offices. They are in no hurry to open idle cash registers. Go to smaller supermarkets, where there are no queues, and forget about migros in general - prices are higher in migros, and the quality of service is poor.
