The hotel is old, but well maintained.
The location is good – a quiet street, but close to 7/11, large shopping malls, night markets, embankment, sea and tuk-tuk.
The breakfasts are hearty and delicious, there is even a hearty soup. But almost the same every day.
The staff is very friendly. It's funny how they keep calling the elevator for you. The pool is clean, the water is cool, there are several sun beds.
The rooms have a balcony, you can see a piece of the sea from it, and the exhaust of the air conditioner allows you to effectively dry things (this is usually a problem in Tae).
The bed is huge with a comfortable mattress and a blanket.
There were no neighbors to be heard at all.
There is no territory as such, as well as similar urban hotels. But a rather pleasant reception with a breakfast area.
Of the tangible disadvantages:
- When you take a shower and do not put a towel on the edge of the bathroom, water flows on the floor.
- Noisy kondey, although it cools well. At the same time, not only your own, but also the neighbors' condos are strongly audible.
For those who like not to leave the hotel, it is better to look for another option. If you need a hotel for breakfast \ overnight \ rest \ wash up – a great option.
The guest is 3* and, accordingly, she herself is on the 3rd
Advantages:
+ close to the center of Pattaya
+ for lovers of parties and selling love, everything is nearby
+ near the embankment , the sea is close
+ friendly staff
+ cleaning every day
Minuses:
- close to the center , noisy and everything is expensive
- meals are breakfasts, monotonous and not tasty
- poisoned
- the rooms are tired
- the hotel itself is obviously already old
- noisy condey
I live in a hotel with two children aged 8 and 14. The location is excellent, near the beach, 2 minutes down, 5 minutes to the Alcazar and street food. The hotel is clean, the public places are also clean, including the toilet at the reception. The breakfasts are modest, but you don't need more: omelette, sausage, soup, coffee, watermelon. Very quiet, at first I doubted that anyone else lived besides us. The staff is responsive, polite, ready to rush to help with any request. This is the first time I've seen this. The pool is small, but warm, clean, we swam right in the rain. Bed linen is just a buzz, in Egypt you will not always find this in 5. The mattress is a cloud. I recommend the hotel and I am glad that I did not make a fortune when choosing it. Who flies in July and August, keep in mind: it rains 3 times a day, but it didn't bother us in any way.
We had a vacation with my husband from November 24 to December 8, 2024. We liked the hotel very much, starting with the rich broth breakfasts, thanks to the chefs, friendly reception staff, welcoming guys, conscientious employees who cleaned our room. A room with a large bed with a soft mattress, with a large balcony overlooking the alley. I also liked that the room has hints in Russian. For example, on the first day we could not find a faucet with water to rinse our feet from the sand, but it says there that the faucet is under a palm tree. In Pattaya, no one speaks Russian, but the fact that the hotel's WiFi reaches the beach directly opposite (not a step to the left, not a step to the right) helped a lot in terms of using a translator on a cell phone in a store, for example, at a dry cleaner. As for lunch and dinner, we ate mostly chicken pork as a kebab, we took it to the room sometimes in a cafe, but it turns out there is a cheap hot food network in Pattaya Center on the lowest floor closer to the exit to the second street, in the very center where there are many tables and a lot of people, for example, the second with a side dish 100 baht portions are large (we we went right at a time when they gave 34.4 baht for a dollar😞 and multiplied everything by 3.4🙈 to go there by tuk tuk 10 baht along beach street and back from the shopping center you go straight to second street, and there you can go to the night market👍 and everyone found out about it only by the end of the rest😬
Nice hotel, convenient location within walking distance of shops and food. To the beach, 5 minutes on foot. Regular room cleaning. Friendly people at the reception!
A hotel with a good location. The beach is a couple of minutes away, the main shopping centers are within walking distance. Walking street is a 20-minute walk along the embankment, to the pier from which ferries to Koh Lan run - 30 minutes. There are many night food markets, ruins with souvenirs, but at the same time it is located on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious, with an interior from the last century, while not requiring renovation. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfasts are quite modest, but you will not stay hungry.
P. S. Rooms need to be taken with a view of the sea.
P. P. S. A deposit of 500 baht was declared, but it was not taken upon check-in)))
Nice hotel. It's quiet at night. Calmly. The staff is above praise. It's old, but neat. Cleaning service every morning. It's been 2 weeks, and there are no comments about the hotel. For those who are not picky.
Not a bad hotel, very convenient location, 3 minutes to Beach Road, 10 minutes to Second Road and to the Alcazar show. Very friendly staff, cleaning every day, the breakfasts are delicious, but as everywhere in Southeast Asia, there is not much variety. The staff does not speak Russian, you can communicate normally in English.
Excellent hotel, excellent location : across the Morechko road, within walking distance of 21 terminals, Marina, massages, night market, food, 100 meters away you can take local transport. At the same time, it's quiet at night! The room is large and spacious, there is a wardrobe with hangers, a pair of armchairs, a pair of banquettes, a table, a TV stand, a refrigerator, a kettle. The safe at the reception is free of charge.
Excellent breakfasts: incomparable soup, meat, chicken, side dishes, vegetables. Always the sweetest pineapples and delicious watermelon. Breakfast can be bought, you can order room service at the restaurant. The dishes are large and it will be cheaper than in outdoor cafes and restaurants. The staff is wonderful. They clean and wash every day - I asked not to change my underwear - they just gave me water, coffee and shampoos... There is a cooler with drinking water downstairs. At the corner of s7.
The only negative is the noisy air conditioner. There are advantages- it is installed so that it does not blow on the bed. But with the glass doors closed, this is not a big problem. I recommend. I would love to go back there!
The hotel is on the 4th jay, closer to Beach Road. It was clean, towels were changed and cleaned every other day (we ourselves hung a sign like that), soap and soap accessories were replenished)). The pool is small and cold, the breakfast is extremely modest, without sweets. The hotel was tired, but everything worked properly (the apartment is a bit noisy). We had a superior, large room with a comfortable bed and a balcony with a terrace, overlooking the center. The beach opposite the hotel is occupied by boats, we went to the right to the fenced area-the sea is clean, but shallow, after lunch it was pouring heavily, it is better to go to the right to the beach behind the Central Festival, there is deeper
Well Considering the Thai characteristics, it's just fine. The room is a little tired. But everything works, it was cleaned every day. The staff is wonderful, they try to help and they succeed. No complaints.
Good location, convenient access to the port, to the center. Next to the shopping center Terminal 21, where there is an excellent food court. Friendly staff, daily cleaning. We'll come again.
I liked everything. The beach is nearby. Everything is within walking distance. Sea view from the balcony. We have been flying to Thailand for 20 years already. It's good here. I recommend.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, the waterfront is just around the corner. The rooms have air conditioning and nice balconies. The pressure and temperature of the hot water on the top floor is not very high. Nice and clean pool. There are no Indians and Chinese!
A good hotel for your money. Excellent location, wi-fi is available. As in many hotels, the main thing at check-in is to give 100bt to the employee who will take your things to the room and then you will always be welcome at the reception))
