At the time of visiting a particular store, for the first time at the checkout I did not hear an offer for an additional product and the availability of a bonus card or purchase. At the time of calculation, I personally asked myself, "why don't you need a bonus?". In response, I heard with a dissatisfied sigh, "well, scan." The card was not scanned, to the question "why?" I heard, "how should I know?" Then it became interesting: this is definitely a competent employee or just picked up from the street. At that moment, I didn't figure it out, I thought it was okay, I wouldn't lose much. But when the cashier started counting the change, I was very surprised! In theory, every store always asks to see coins, so that it would be more convenient to give change. But here, on the contrary, she scooped out all the change from the cash register and there is nothing to give in her hands or put it in the designated place for money, she just throws these pennies along with the check. At that moment, I had a question, since when does the cashier have such a right to treat the customer? It is a pity that I did not pay attention to the cashier's badge, so it would have been addressed to a specific person. But the features themselves were more apparent that the girl had long nails with a striking design. The receipt indicates Alex's Radenko. But often cashiers work under the card of the administrator or the senior cashier. Therefore, the exact name of the incompetent employee remained unknown. I hope the owner will take at least some measures, but in the meantime, the council will work on the staff.
