The store is not bad. Lots of discounts. Halva installments for 1 year from 100 rubles by check are convenient.But the service is lame. There are no consultants. To find a consultant, I had to leave the goods in the plumbing department (in the farthest corner of the store) and go to the ticket offices at the entrance. I caught a runner with coffee in his hands. We returned to the plumbing department with him. I consulted on the product, rather than consulting, I clarified. But regarding the gaskets for the faucet in the bathtub, he advised to take a rem kit. And that's not the problem-not a single gasket from the kit has come up to me. I had to buy gaskets at another store. I would like the consultants to be in the field of view.

There is a price tag from it on the rack, while above the price tag there is exactly the same antiseptic but a concentrate that is 5 times more expensive (there is no price for it). The consultant, not really listening and not even trying to check its availability, said that it was not there and that the note about the presence on the site did not mean anything
