I take the selected compressor from the shelf, a separate box, I go to the checkout, my turn comes up, the seller does not sell, they say, go to the info center for a guarantee...I collect all this unpacked stuff, go to the info center, wait for a couple of minutes when they pay attention to me, please help...kindly suggest contacting a specific girl seller to resolve this issue...the seller is busy with the buyer, getting in, interrupting is not an option...It's been another 15 minutes..the seller got free, and confidently said that it was not for her, not her department...most likely, I need to go to the electricians))), by that time it had been about 30 minutes since I decided to buy a compressor))it seems that someone is not interested in selling something, sent it to another and is free)- freaked out, left the compressor, got out, went down to another place ((, well, how is it?(- well, you won't push me into any gate (, it's just a consumer compressor, and I refuse to send me around the whole store to each other without knowing who, and everything is not in business)), I bought a vacuum cleaner, a sink, and a mixer from your competitors...it took up to 10 minutes to get a guarantee for everything...
In fairness, I will say that in the mile store chain, I am always tired of the choice, price and location, and this annoying situation, I found only one explanation for myself - apparently several people I got into are not sitting in their places... I thought the sales consultant was an assistant to the store, the buyer, to help, sell, direct in the right direction, for a painless, prompt and pleasant purchase and sale transaction, in the interests of the store, for which I actually signed up and receives a reward...
P.S - because of a handful without responsibility - I will not refuse purchases in a mile, only I'll cool down a little))-

The extremely outrageous attitude of a person towards the store's customers, unprofessional behavior and failure to fulfill their direct duties to advise customers, I hope this issue will be dealt with by the administration and measures will be taken against this unprofessional person, because the store is good, but this attitude towards people and the unprofessionalism of the consultant has a very negative effect on the desire to come again.
