I purposefully drove a mile, because I like the store, a large selection, competitive prices, promotions.But after today's visit, I will consider several alternative options before going to Kamennogorskaya.
The situation is as follows; - the wheel blew away, it was finally decided to purchase a compressor, so as not to search the Internet, wait for delivery, without a doubt it was decided to go a mile away, since it is necessary here and now ...in the store - I chose, I stand, I spin, I look for someone for 10 minutes- no one ...
I take the selected compressor from the shelf, a separate box, I go to the checkout, my turn comes up, the seller does not sell, they say, go to the info center for a guarantee...I collect all this unpacked stuff, go to the info center, wait for a couple of minutes when they pay attention to me, please help...kindly suggest contacting a specific girl seller to resolve this issue...the seller is busy with the buyer, getting in, interrupting is not an option...It's been another 15 minutes..the seller got free, and confidently said that it was not for her, not her department...most likely, I need to go to the electricians))), by that time it had been about 30 minutes since I decided to buy a compressor))it seems that someone is not interested in selling something, sent it to another and is free)- freaked out, left the compressor, got out, went down to another place ((, well, how is it?(- well, you won't push me into any gate (, it's just a consumer compressor, and I refuse to send me around the whole store to each other without knowing who, and everything is not in business)), I bought a vacuum cleaner, a sink, and a mixer from your competitors...it took up to 10 minutes to get a guarantee for everything...
In fairness, I will say that in the mile store chain, I am always tired of the choice, price and location, and this annoying situation, I found only one explanation for myself - apparently several people I got into are not sitting in their places... I thought the sales consultant was an assistant to the store, the buyer, to help, sell, direct in the right direction, for a painless, prompt and pleasant purchase and sale transaction, in the interests of the store, for which I actually signed up and receives a reward...
P.S - because of a handful without responsibility - I will not refuse purchases in a mile, only I'll cool down a little))-
2 stars to the staff for not caring about customers and their time.

The store is located next to the MKAD, which is convenient to drive, there is a large parking lot.
If you drive on your own, then the bus runs from the subway often and stops next to the store.

Actively engaged in repairs, I had to visit this store three times in a short time and this experience, to put it mildly, disappointed.
1) During the first visit, I was faced with the fact that the employees (those with whom I talked, anyway) do not know what and where is located in the store, as well as what the mounts for beacons and the damper tape are. Several times I was pointed to different corners of the store and these movements took a lot of time. Also, during the same visit, I wanted to buy a brush for "liquidation" and a broom, but it turned out that there was no brush anywhere (according to the employees, it was the last one and they did not know where it was), and the brooms looked like they had been working hard for several years.
2) Based on this experience, next time I decided to place an order through an online store. Here it's time for tricks with the "Pay" system. For the first time, as a result, I just had to pay with a card. Today I paid through "Pay" at 13.35. at 17.30 I arrived to pick up the goods, but they told me that it had not been paid and demanded payment. Fortunately, I was smart enough to insist, we checked everything and found out that there was still a payment, and so the payment would have been double. An employee in the pickup department worked with papers at such a speed as if she was performing a solemn ceremony (she had to stand there for about 20 minutes to pick up a small order). At the exit from the pick-up point, a guard called out to me with the phrase "hey, guy, what do you have there, where are you going?" To say that "poking" is extremely annoying is to say nothing
The only plus is a large selection and small queues, but there is certainly no desire to visit this particular store

Of all the hypermarkets in Minsk, only here my wife found a set of furniture and a bathroom with a washbasin. A good choice of quartz vinyl, but there is no moisture-resistant glue for it, this is a minus, a good choice of ceramics from keramin.

I have known the store for a long time, but for the first time I came across a 6 mm plywood saw. I thought I would save my time and order a cut of plywood in size, so that I wouldn't bother with milling the edges myself, I spent a little money on cutting and an hour of waiting time, I got this result: in the photo ... I'm shocked, I get a jigsaw without chips, but here on the formatnik so;(and the master assured that this is normal))))) and the plywood is cut without trimming… I didn't want to rattle my nerves and took it as it is. As a result, nerves, time and money were spent and cut, plus damaged plywood.... Draw conclusions....

I often go there and buy materials, accessories and consumables for my home. Prices for some items can be extremely inflated, but in the aggregate of all purchases, you turn a blind eye to this.
The service at the checkout is fast, rarely stood in huge queues.
In this store, I found a way to replenish my own list of construction tools: I buy at a discount what I need and have never regretted it.

I recommend visiting in the New Year period ... the atmosphere of NG is implemented very vividly, promotions are held periodically and a very large selection of New Year's themes.
