In the support chat, they first said that you need to wait up to 5 days for delivery. When I wrote again, they said that the order had been handed over to the courier and I had to wait. I tried to find out exactly how long to wait, will my order be today or another day? They just started ignoring me...
It just feels like after payment, it doesn't matter what happens to my order or if it's convenient for me to pick it up.
The store is big and even has plenty to choose from, BUT!!!! There are very few consultants, you have to look for them all over the store. When you find and talk about useless searches, you are sent to look for more, but in another place. The product is sometimes located stupidly, which again does not allow you to find it quickly. There is no logic in the location of the product, from the word at all. Sections with related products may be in different parts of the store, keep this in mind before visiting, or better yet, go with a consultant right away
