We wanted to buy it, but the same woman decided not to help and went about her business, saying that we needed to find a manager. Terrible service, the staff (sales consultants for garden furniture) misleads the buyer by trying to sell an exhibition sample (with a defect), do not have information on the availability of goods in stock and also do not check the availability of goods before payment (so buying in any online store, the buyer will have more information and confidence in the quality product).
I came to the store on Independence (05/23/2025) for a garden swing, clarified the dimensions of the factory packaging of the goods (I looked at the manufacturer's website), the availability of the goods in stock (I looked at the store's software), received confirmation and an invoice for payment and was sent to the cashier.
After paying for the goods, it "turned out" that there was only an exhibition copy left, so it was also defective (the upper awning was damaged), for which I received an offer of a 10% discount (which I was not interested in). Therefore, I was sent for a refund on Friday evening (that is, the money was suspended for a week, since it is unlikely that he will prepare an electronic invoice and send it to the bank on the weekend, and then wait for a refund for another 3-5 days). I didn't make a scene, I just got angry and fumed, you can't swear in public places (but it would be worth it!!!).
I bought a garden swing at Mile on Expobel, but it didn't do without jambs there either (although I asked about stock availability 5 times, received a positive answer, went to pay). But after payment, it turned out that out of 5 pieces in the warehouse, 4 pieces were booked, and the fifth was unpacked and only partially folded. After you've already paid for the product twice and have to wait for a refund, I didn't really want to be left without the product (actually, this is a violation of consumer rights, train the staff or at least make them read it). At least the product wasn't defective.
I've been a frequent customer on your network lately while doing my construction work. But after such "fun" as tonight, I don't know what kind of "fun" should happen on other networks to make them want to come to yours.
I have never written a complaint in 35 years, AND I THANK THE MILE STORE for the new experience.
