First, about the advantages. Green, cozy, good breakfasts, clean rooms, new furniture, off-site Parking. The price is acceptable.
Vacationers are mostly British of retirement age.
Minuses. WiFi is very bad in the rooms. But I'm not lowering the stars for that, but for the attitude of the staff. We booked 3 rooms. In the morning, the child's temperature rose sharply and we urgently went to the clinic in Fethiye. While the procedures were taking place there, I had to stay a little while, while my friends stayed at the hotel. The hostess came up to them and snatched the key out of their hands and said pack your things. We explained that we would be back from the hospital now and we could extend the room and pay until the evening due to an unforeseen situation, but she silently took the keys and that was it. The time was about 13.30. Moreover, friends were still going to have lunch there, make an order. In general, this attitude is very unpleasant, we returned from the hospital 15 minutes after the check-out, the child with 38.8, friends left our things as best they could and had to leave. The sediment remained unpleasant. In addition, on the expedition website, where we made the reservation, the checkout time was indicated midnight, respectively, we were completely sure that the checkout time = arrival time, i.e. a day.

It was a convenient location for us - away from the crowded part of Oludeniz, closer to the mountains, but we were by car. A large apartment with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and everything you need - a frying pan, a saucepan, a refrigerator, decent dishes. Friendly staff. The cleaning leaves much to be desired - when we arrived, there was sand and small stones on the floor and sofas - it is impossible to walk barefoot. Wifi in the bedroom does not work at all. There were problems with hot water.

We had a rest in October 2024. The hotel is located far from the embankment, but if you have a car, then there are no problems, 3 minutes and you are at the embankment. The hotel is clean, nice, we had 2 rooms, both beautiful, the only thing is that the far room did not have wi-fi, because the reception signal apparently did not reach. The hotel has a swimming pool, parking for cars. Breakfast, buffet, usual, as everywhere in similar hotels.
