There was a nuance - there was a hair in the salad, but it was replaced with another one without any questions. The waiter did not bring bottled beer for 20 minutes, apparently she forgot, I had to remind her. But the most important thing that completely ruined the impression of the evening was that at 17:00 the receptionist came up to us and said that it was time for us to leave, because at 17:00 there was a reservation for this table and people would come, and the waiter warned us. Of course, no one warned us. Neither the waiter nor the receptionist himself, from whom we booked a table for 15:00. I do not recommend the establishment
God, I read the reviews, but many people don't like how good it is that I didn't fall for the negative reviews, this is the best place beautiful, lots of flowers, just like in the jungle, autumn is a beautiful interior, even though they write that it is old, and I get high from such an antique interior. I have been to many cities and in many establishments in Sochi, Rostov, Moscow, and I will say that I have not tried such ribs, croutons and beer anywhere, this place surprised me very much. I did not get into 4 establishments in this city because there is no place for one, and not only did I choose a place for myself, but the food is divine. This is my favorite place now. Thanks to the chefs and waiters and the administrator, everything is at the highest level. Don't believe the bad reviews until you check it yourself personally.
It's just disgusting! I called a loved one, because the food is really delicious there, but I knew that the service there was disgusting, but this time it just went beyond all bounds!!! The waiter just ruined the evening, I have never seen such terrible service anywhere else... We are not particularly picky people and turn a blind eye to many things, we are not principled in many ways, but this did not even leave us indifferent, I took out desserts with ice cream first, everything melted.. I constantly forgot the appliances, forgot to punch one dish at all and pretended that they made a mistake in the kitchen, I'm silent that I came up almost once an hour when they finally asked for the bill, asked for cash or cashless, and did not bring the bill.... we already asked another waitress when she came to CLEAN OUR TABLE, THINKING THAT WE HAD ALREADY LEFT! And I can say with confidence that this is just one of the things that we didn't like about his service. It was just a mockery, believe me that in this case the service will not leave you indifferent and delicious food will not fix the situation. A loved one was furious like me, said he would never come again.
