There is no soul, no kindness to the child, no sincerity. That's how it's usually done. And a whole lecture about the use of sugar for teeth ..I tried to explain that I know this very well, that I personally gave up sugar 4 years ago, but it is already in many products, etc ... but no. The lecture continued and was somewhat rude. The clinic itself is also so-so convenient. There are pencils to draw, but apparently only on the floor it can be done)))

I don't treat my teeth often and I don't understand dental terms. Before the treatment, the doctor STELMAKH Julia said that the cost would be about 150 rubles. But at the checkout, I was stunned by the cost - 405 rubles. (The visit lasted 30 minutes, but the doctor's work was counted as 1.5 hours), taking into account that the second visit will have to pay the same amount. It is necessary to warn a person about this, and not to put them in such a desperate situation by deception.
There was a careless attitude during the treatment itself: I couldn't put in a word to interrupt and ask when I had the opportunity, but I know EVERYTHING about the kidneys and the assistant's winter boots!
There was pulpitis, they put a temporary seal, and therefore it was necessary to come to the dentist again within 2 weeks. Of course, I did not go to this dentist for the second time. because it is not clear what to pay money for.
In another clinic, they took a picture for free (25 rubles in this one). The doctor saw the quality of the filling and was very surprised, not believing that it was performed not in a polyclinic, but in a private dentistry for 400 rubles. The doctor, having entered the position, sealed the canal for free, put a permanent seal. They gave a guarantee.
In the same clinic, there is no guarantee, no act. Just a cash receipt.
It is extremely unpleasant that one dentist left such impressions of the entire clinic.

In our case, this is an anterior tooth, which was completed in two sessions (the first session is a consultation and diagnosis, for further correction: a crown with an implant or completion (photo seal). The staff are polite, they told me everything, showed me. We took a 3D picture of the entire jaw to study everything. They also told about other dental problems.
They did not specify anything about the warranty on the seal.

Why are you doing this nonsense, you have periodontal disease, don't you have a head?" and this is for My considerable money! I did not cover it with a gloss product, referring to the poor quality of my teeth! I urgently advised them to contact their periodontist, who, fortunately, is sitting in the next office!!!
I did not do half of the whole procedure, citing bad teeth... but the cost was taken 100%. And the fact that I have two front teeth Implants installed in France, she did not even notice.
A week later, I was already in another clinic and at another doctor, who told me that my teeth are wonderful, to my question are you sure that there are no deposits and there is no hint of periodontal disease - the doctor rechecked each tooth and said that everything is fine, only on both sides 6 can be cleaned: These are the teeth we Eat with, there are no veneers on them!!!! And how do such doctors generally work in a private clinic D.E.C???

A purely commercial approach. He treated with a toothache caused by a cutting eight. They took a picture that was not shown (later they gave a disk to their hands). They say let's delete all four eights. But why ? I have applied with a specific tooth, I need a specific solution. And I am offered an appointment in five days for the removal of teeth that do not bother me and have not even begun to erupt, besides, the removal of such teeth is more expensive. At the same time, no one is ready to offer a solution now, although 45 minutes of my recording remain. As a result, I had to solve the problem at another center the next day, where part of my gum was removed and the pain that prevented me from sleeping and living normally went away. At the same center, I was confirmed the need to delete the other eight, but all the others were informed that they were not problematic and could be saved.
Bottom line: you can make great money on tooth extraction (according to the preliminary assessment of D.E.C. specialists 1 000 - 1 200 BYN for 4 teeth), but where is your humanity and desire to help people who trusted you and asked for help?!
