An urban-type hotel. Very clean and cozy. Cleaning is done every day. Fresh bed and towels. They give you bathrobes and slippers if you ask.
The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. I was surprised that there were pickles and smoked mackerel.
The rooftop pool is small. But there you can relax and refresh yourself a little.
Basically, the staff is very helpful and polite. The convenient location of the hotel, buses go from it where you need to👍🏻
Good service, delicious water, cleaning every day, comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful pool and delicious breakfasts. The hotel smells delicious. The furniture is a little old.And the location in the very center of the city. There are only Filipino workers, Pakistanis and Hindus. There's a problem with eating outside. We have to take dinners at the hotel. There is no transfer to the beach. There is no transfer to the beach either. The corniche was closed. We went to the paid beach garden. All the money went to the taxi and the beach
I don't understand the estimates, of course. I want to write in defense of the hotel, we rested there for the new year 22/23. The hotel is in a Mega convenient location, right at the entrance there is a bus stop from which you can go anywhere in the city, to Yas Island, and to the Sheikh Zeid Mosque.
Very cool spacious room, with a spacious bathroom! Delicious and very varied food, for breakfast and while red, and a very rich selection of fruits, cheeses and other food. Friendly staff! The gym is a little meager on the variety of exercise equipment, but this is the only disadvantage. If we return to Abu Dhabi, then only to this hotel. By the way, there is a good alcohol store right opposite with a good assortment and reasonable prices.
The hotel is super, we rested from 18.04 to 25.04.24. We took breakfast, a large selection of dishes, fruits and vegetables, cheeses and pastries!!! The rooms are standard, cleaned every day, water, tea, coffee were brought on request. The pool on the 21st floor is a fairy tale, there is a Jacuzzi and a gym. There are a lot of shops, cafes, shopping centers near the hotels. We went to the World Trade Center to buy gifts for ourselves and our loved ones, as well as delicious dishes for dinner. 15 minutes and you are on the Corniche embankment) I definitely recommend visiting families with children, there are many parks nearby. And in general, Abu Dhabi is very green compared to other Emirates.
a very nice and pleasant hotel in terms of price and quality. there is a cool rooftop pool with pleasant water and a Jacuzzi for 8 people.
the rooms are large, there is a lot of space. The bathroom has a bidet.
The breakfasts are average but generally good.
It can be seen that the old one is on the built-in radio in the wall, but otherwise it is not very noticeable. The banquet hall is included in the price.
A good hotel, my family and I liked it, the rooms are large, cleaning every day, the pool is clean, the Internet is practically working throughout the hotel, shops and cafes are nearby.
We had a rest for the New Year holidays. I liked the hotel. Cleaning is on request, the staff is polite, the hotel is clean and any issue can be resolved. Location on one of the central streets, bank, currency exchange, shops are all nearby. The promenade is 15 minutes away, the beach is about 30. Very beautiful view from the pool) there is a spa, a hall, a bar with live music, on the 1st floor you can drink coffee (for a fee.payment)
A very good approach to clients. We upgraded the room without any additional payment and provided a room larger than the reserved one. Good elevators, bathrobes and slippers, and a very good restaurant with delicious and delicious breakfast dishes.
Nice hotel with great food. The room is spacious, but smoky, but I'm the only one who probably has a smoking room on the fifth floor. During the 4 days of stay, the smell has not disappeared. Sockets of type G, do not forget the adapter.
A wonderful hotel for relaxation, there is everything you need. The staff is very helpful. Good location. Cool pool. All necessary infrastructure is within walking distance
The hotel is very good! Maybe not five stars, but the four is solid and in some places with a plus. We lived in it for 10 whole days in December 2023 and never regretted it! It's good that you weren't afraid of bad reviews. All the staff are friendly and very polite, mostly Indians and Filipinos, all speak English well. There is no deposit!!
The location is good - it took 30-40 minutes to walk to the main beach, and to the palaces with Etihad towers, and in the opposite direction to Abu Dhabi Mall and Rotana Beach, where you can swim in the sea and in the pool.
We had a very large room on the 19th floor with three (!) tables and huge mirrors, large jars of shampoos and soap, an excellent fine shower, a huge high bed, very comfortable and with a good mattress. Yes, the windows do not open, but the general ventilation is working, not much at all, it was not cold, you can even turn it off if desired.
The furniture is a bit old, but not tragic. But there is an iron and an ironing board! There was also a kettle, tea was replenished every morning along with two bottles of water. They also cleaned every day.
The food is excellent, both breakfast and dinner. A large selection of dishes for every taste. There were also delicacies. At breakfast, for example, there was always camembert, sometimes door blue, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, nuts and pumpkin seeds. For dinner there was always the most delicate fish, chicken, beef and lamb, a lot of vegetables and herbs, salads at a minimum. I conquered the local warm pudding pie. There are a lot of fruits - both dry and canned, and fresh, melons with watermelons every day, and apples with oranges for breakfast. Different juices in the morning and in the evening. Three coffee machines. There was never a queue for anything. Everything is clean and decent.
On the 21st floor there is a nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi, instead of sun beds there are wicker chairs and sofas with pillows, it is very beautiful and comfortable.
One disadvantage is that we searched for all this necessary information on other people's websites, our tour operator Biblio-globus has nothing on the website. And it's easy to get confused on the Internet, because there are a lot of Millennials, but our hotel does not have fresh photos. It is especially bad when three times in a row the staff of Biblio-globus told us a completely insane deposit figure - 1,500 dirhams per day, that's $ 4,500! Moreover, we called the hotel ourselves and clarified this issue. It's good that we decided to go light and did not lose.
So our vacation was five points, which is what we wish you.
The main advantage of the hotel is its location. I liked the warm pool, because the weather in March was quite cool. The rooms are large but tired, but this did not bother us, since we were passing through for one day. The breakfast was standard, without frills.
The hotel is not new. Of course, this is not quite the top five today. We got here by accident, without choosing. But according to the combination of positive aspects - the cost, breakfasts, the presence of a swimming pool, the customer orientation of the staff, the location - this is a very good hotel
The rooms are old , there is no pool , but the rooms are large , the location is practically in the center , and the beach is 20-30 minutes on foot

I don't know how this place can be a 5 star hotel?
The dirt in the rooms is terrible (photo attached), the door from the locker fell off, you can hear everything that happens in the hotel (we had doors to neighboring rooms on both sides in our room), the safe is not fixed in any way (photo attached) you can just take it and with all the contents it is easy to take out of the room, there are not even dental brushes and pastes, the room is damp so that clothes do not dry and windows do not open. There are two working elevators to the hotel on the 21st floor, the elevator works only from the room card (while not all residents know about it and ride around the floors like that), the cards are demagnetized all the time and it is very difficult to get to the floor you need (we had to go down to the reception several times to change the card, since it was impossible to get there neither to the floor nor to the room is a very inconvenient system.
With incomplete check-in of the hotel, half of the rooms on our floor were not occupied, the room next to us was empty for 6 days, they categorically refused to check us in early, saying only at 3 o'clock come to check in, we have not had this yet (with free rooms in hotels we always went to a meeting), and this attitude towards the guest in this hotel in everything.
We were gone for several days, went to the beach, couldn't find cleaning these days, asked for 4 bottles of water on the third day, they refused us, they said only 2 bottles a day, there were 3 towels in the room for two adults.
The tables in the restaurant are not cleaned, while we were sitting at breakfast for 6 days, no one came up and cleaned the dirty dishes, the breakfast food was very tasteless, there were two days of brie cheese then and it disappeared, honey was also a few days and disappeared, porridge did not change once in 6 days and there was it impossible(
The hotel is old and in need of repair, the sockets are loose, there is water on the floor in the bathtub all the time, the corners are stripped, there are stains on the carpet, the room is very dirty and unpleasant.
To sum up, I can say that this is the worst hotel.
Excellent hotel. They will always find a place to park their cars. Comfortable beds. There is a bathtub. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the 22nd floor.
I liked only the location of the hotel. Everything else is not very. Who is interested in an alcohol store across the street and a bus stop. The rooms are old and dirty. Next time I'll choose another hotel.
I liked the hotel, it is located on one of the central streets, near the bus stops from where buses go to the airport, the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the presidential Palace, the Louvre, the beach. To the free beach 20-30 minutes on foot, to the paid one it is better by bus. Opposite the supermarket, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. On the 20th floor there is a gym and a swimming pool, where there is a wonderful view. The rooms are clean, cleaning is daily, adapters are provided on request.
Alley along the embankment with a length of 8 km, everything is very well maintained, not crowded, high-level hotels, the kitchen is on top!the most beautiful place!
Not a bad hotel with a view of the mosque. There is very little space around the pool. But for its price, it's not even bad. The breakfasts and dinners are delicious!!! The beach is a 40-minute walk away.
Everything was fine, I liked the attitude to tourists, catering. Room cleaning was not always on the level. There were no previously announced beach towels.
Clean, delicious breakfast - I really liked it, but the hotel is old, so there is a smell, 5 stars were given apparently a very long time ago. Far from the beach. There is a shuttle from the hotel 3 times back and forth in the morning. Decent warm rooftop pool, sauna and gym.
